Die Unterkunft liegt direkt um die Ecke vom Wasser und bietet Gelegenheit für schöne Spaziergänge. Es ist ruhig, man ist unbeobachtet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, die öffentliche Anbindung an Stockholm ist völlig problemlos. Aber auch mit dem Auto ist man innerhalb von 20-25 Minuten mitten in Stockholm. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man braucht für das tägliche Kochen und Leben und ist unaufgeregt und freundlich eingerichtet. Außerdem sind Henrik und Irma sehr liebenswert und freundlich, sodass man sich gleich wohlfühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Quartier calme, bien desservie en transports publics, avec toutes les commodités à proximité (boulangerie, supérettes, restaurants…). Centre ville accessible à pied (20 minutes). Apparemment spacieux, en peu vintage avec 3 lits confortables (4ème couchage le canapé, pas essayé). Seule bémol ça sentait le tabac froid.

The appartment was very well-equipped and perfect for one person during a long stay (one month). Birgitta and Anders are nice and caring hosts; the communication was friendly and easygoing. Issues with the internet connection were shared and quickly resolved. Gribbylund is a lovely neighborhood and the appartement is only 5min from a beautiful lake (which was frozen when I arrived, adding to the overall area's appeal). Walk trails are also available nearby in Täby. Groceries can be done in Täby Centrum (around 40min by foot): a Lidl and KFC are at around the same distance. A ICA store is located closer but I did not check it out. As a note, the ceiling is not specifically soundproof, so bring earplugs if you are sensitive to occasional noise (the main house is located upstairs and the garage is at the door). The flat offers everything you need and would expect from the pictures. Also has the best views you could imagine on the archipelago. A little personal touch with some decoration would do the rest for a perfect flat.

Labai rami ir tyli vieta, aplink gamta, jokio triukšmo, tinkama norint pailsėti. Viduje jauku lyg pas senelius vasarnamyje, buvo šilta.

Vincenzo’s place was perfect for our visiting family. He was very responsive to any questions and made us feel very welcome. It felt like a home away from home. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Thanks for an excellent stay.

Het was een klein, gezellig, schoon en knus appartement gelegen in een rustige, mooie en groene buurt met vrijstaande huizen. We hebben zelfs een hert zien oversteken. Alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig alleen is het niet zo geschikt voor lange mensen gezien de hoogte van 1.90 (gelukkig zijn wij kleiner). Strand, supermarkt en bakker waren op loopafstand. We hebben een keer lekker gegeten in restaurant Bryggan Alsten bij de haven, ook op loopafstand maar iets verder weg. Vervoer naar centrum is snel en gemakkelijk met tram en metro. Het was heerlijk om na het drukke centrum thuis te komen in een rustige, dorpse omgeving. Communicatie met Anki was uitstekend. Het was jammer dat we haar niet ontmoet hebben maar bij vragen reageerde ze meteen. Kortom een aanrader.

Vi kände oss välkomna och som hemma i Spersbodahusen, sköna dagar med varmbad, utflykter, läsning och spelkvällar. Mörkt och ruggigt i december men mysigt med sprakande brasa om kvällarna. Vattnet i kranen är kollat och helt ok men smakar inte som i stan, så ett tips är att ta med flaskvatten att dricka om man är lite petig. Hans var väldigt hjälpsam, frågor besvarades snabbt o vänligt med bra tips. Vi åkte till stämningsfulla Wira bruk och fikade hembakt. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Dejligt hus i de smukkeste omgivelser - og nem kommunikation med værten. Perfekt til mange mennesker og til at nyde den smukke skærgård.

Nous avons passé 2 jours incroyables, entouré par une faune et une flore exceptionnelles et un magnifique coucher de soleil. Il y a des loisirs proposé par les hôtes qui sont super chouettes. Le logement est très paisible avec son ponton. C'est un endroit idéal pour observer, contempler la nature. Un grand merci à Ulrich pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et sa sympathie. Ich kann diese Unterkunft für andere nur empfehlen. Es wirklich sehr ruhig. Ich habe die Ruhe wirklich genossen.

Die Unterkunft von Malin und Sven ist einzigartig schön! Wunderschöne Lage in Mitten einer traumhaften Natur. Das Anwesen war einfach nur ein Traum, keine Wünsche blieben offen. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Personen, welche sich auf dem Grundstück hervorragend beschäftigen konnten. Gemeinsames Kochen in einer wundervollen Küche, Boule spielen, Kanu fahren oder einfach nur den wundervollen Garten oder die Schärenwelt geniessen. Es war für jeden etwas dabei❤️. Die Kommunikation mit Malin war immer top, sie hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und war immer erreichbar. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen! Vielen herzlichen Dank Malin und Sven🥰

Our stay was wonderful! A beautiful cabin with plenty of space. Particularly loved the fireplace, big kitchen and rowing on the lake. Our host was very responsive before and incredibly welcoming when we arrived! Would love to visit again.

This house is just beautiful! We had a weekend like a Swedish dream, thank you to Mia & Jens who really took good care of the house and made sure we will be comfortable. All the equipment is modern and in excellent condition, it is warm and welcoming. Thank you, and see you again!

An excellent stay in this 13th floor flat. Great views and very cosy. Really quirky, which appealed to us greatly. Communication was good and our host met us at the door to show us around. A good experience that I would thoroughly recommend. Thank you.

Felix had a lovely apartment that met all my needs. It was close to grocery stores, shopping, public transit (metro, buses) and a few blocks from beautiful walking paths along the water. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

Logement conforme aux photos et description. Très cosy et agréable : eau chaude, chauffage, équipements fonctionnels, bonne literie et sauna en bonus! Environnement très calme, dans quartier résidentiel. 10 mn à pieds pour arriver au tram 12, arrêt alleparken, qui amène directement au métro sur le même quai. Vous êtes au centre de Stockholm en 30 mn. Anita et Hanna nos hôtes sont très réactives et habitent au dessus du logement, ce qui est très sécurisant. L'accueil d'Anita a été très chaleureux. Elle est d'une gentillesse remarquable et saura vous conseiller pour le mieux. Nous recommandons vivement !

Väga kenasti sisustatud korter, kõik vajalik oli olemas. Sissepääs läbi garaaži, aga privaatne. Väga suur ja mõnus vannituba koos saunaga. Kõik juhised olid väga selged ja lihtne oli kohta üle leida. Suur aitäh!

La signora nadja e il signor Thomas sono degli host ottimi, l'appartamento era migliore delle foto con una terrazza con una vista unica, comodo a tutto e ordinato. Super disponibili e gentili entrambi, spero di rivivere un'esperienza cosi.

Stefan's place is fantastic, such a great location with great cafes, bars and resteraunts in the local neighbourhood for when you don't fancy travelling across the city. But if you do want to travel then good transport links for the underground (tunnelbana) as well as buses and the Flygbussarna coach stop the airpot is a 5 minute walk away. The aprartment was clean, unclutted and comfortable, with great art and interesting books all around. The small balcony is a bonus, it gets the sun and so is a lovely spot for morning coffee (or evening beer). Stephan was friendly and was around to let me in on arrival and explain how everything worked, but his description and instructions in the listing were perfect anyway. Had a great stay and hope to stay again if I get the chance.

We had an excellent experience at Egon's apartment. The apartment is in a calm neighborhood outside the city center, but accessible with a train less than 10 minutes away. It is especially convenient when flying in and from Arlanda Airport. There is an inlet with a park to walk around very close by, which we visited. The main house has a beautiful garden, with cherry trees that were blossoming. About Egon, he was very friendly and reachable since the beginning, his instructions were very helpful .

Peter's penthouse was an absolute dream. The space is beautiful and so spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable! Also, having a washer and dryer was great for our group, as we were traveling and desperately needed to do laundry. The hot tub was the cherry on top of the stay, and it even snowed while we were there, creating the most magical background. We can't wait to return to Stockholm in the summer months!
