Vi kände oss välkomna och som hemma i Spersbodahusen, sköna dagar med varmbad, utflykter, läsning och spelkvällar. Mörkt och ruggigt i december men mysigt med sprakande brasa om kvällarna. Vattnet i kranen är kollat och helt ok men smakar inte som i stan, så ett tips är att ta med flaskvatten att dricka om man är lite petig. Hans var väldigt hjälpsam, frågor besvarades snabbt o vänligt med bra tips. Vi åkte till stämningsfulla Wira bruk och fikade hembakt. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

We have stayed in about 30 AirBnBs but this was our favorite. The rooms caught the morning sunshine through to the evening sunset, everything was so spacious and comfortable. The location was blissful, yet within an easy drive of Vaxholm and Stockholm. Supermarket close by. We all felt so relaxed.

We came in from Galveston Texas, to visit with family & friends. We booked Matt’s place because it was close to my family. Omg, it was a beautiful location. So peaceful. We were so rejuvenated after we got there after a long flight. Perfect place to come to after the hectic days. If & when we come in again, we will be calling on y’all. Thanks so much!

Die Unterkunft von Malin und Sven ist einzigartig schön! Wunderschöne Lage in Mitten einer traumhaften Natur. Das Anwesen war einfach nur ein Traum, keine Wünsche blieben offen. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Personen, welche sich auf dem Grundstück hervorragend beschäftigen konnten. Gemeinsames Kochen in einer wundervollen Küche, Boule spielen, Kanu fahren oder einfach nur den wundervollen Garten oder die Schärenwelt geniessen. Es war für jeden etwas dabei❤️. Die Kommunikation mit Malin war immer top, sie hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und war immer erreichbar. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen! Vielen herzlichen Dank Malin und Sven🥰

We had a wonderful time at Harry's place! The views are spectacular and the pictures don't match the real experience. The house is very cozy and all amenities one could need are there. In particular, our children loved the place and the location on the island. There are numerous spots to hide and to explore, several toys for the sea etc etc. Harry was a very responsive and generous host who helped us with all the little issues that we did come up with. We would certainly love to come back!

Immense, confortable et chaleureuse maison de famille sur la belle île de Linanäs, on s’est senti comme à la maison. Idéal pour partager avec des amis. Marie est une hôte réactive et très amicale. Le trampoline, les petites plages alentour, le kayak, la facilité d’accès depuis Stockholm ont rendu ces vacances très relax et reposantes.

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage im Haus von Elisabet und Rikard. Das Haus ist blitzsauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Es hat Spaß gemacht, in der tollen und sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche gemeinsam zu kochen. Der Blick aufs Wasser und die Lage sind traumhaft. Wir konnten auch im September auf der großen Terasse sitzen und die Umgebung genießen. Elisabet und Rikard waren wunderbare Gastgeber. Sie haben uns zu jeder Zeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden und geholfen und waren immer sehr schnell erreichbar. Herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit, die wir dank Euch, Elisabet und Rikard, in Eurem Haus hatten!

Apartment as described and matched the pictures. Kitchen was well stocked for its size. Coffee included! Convenient Gamla Stan location - easy to walk across the river and on a quieter Gamla Stan street. Very close to palace. A nice bakery restaurant is at the end of the street by the water. Obviously keep in mind that it’s an old building as it lists, full of charm. Depending on your family’s preferences, do note that the bathroom is quite snug. Our children also slept on the couch in the living room but they did find the house was a bit creaky when our family member sleeping downstairs would need to use the spiral staircase near the couch to reach the bathroom at night. FYI, if you’re planning on sleeping on the couch but you’re a light sleeper. If you have mobility issues, this probably isn’t the right stay for you. Overall good stay and everything was as expected for a Gamla Stan apartment.

this is a lovely apartment in a hip district of Stockholm with lots of good coffee, shops and restaurants. The bed and pillows are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you would need. It’s nice because it also has an elevator.

Great apartment in the heart of the old town - perfect base to walk around. Right under the beautiful German church tower. We loved walking to Djurgarden (Skansen, the unmissable Vasa Museum, Grona Lund theme park) and getting the ferry back. Don’t miss out on Skeppsbro bakery (five mins walk, by the water) or Goose Alley pizza kiosk! Bella was a great and very responsive host, would stay again

Bra boende med en pålitlig värd. Pär är trevlig, tillmötesgående och bjuder på fin gästfrihet! Det är stort och rymligt! Dessutom väldigt bra pris!

Wow…did not realize when we booked Elisabeth’s apartment we would be totally surrounded by Old Stockholm’s history. What a wonderful place to stay when visiting Stockholm. We walked the entire city during our visit. We will be back!

This apartment makes you feel like you are home away from home. It feels lived in unlike some other apartments that can feel quite sterile and cold. It spacious enough for everyone to feel like they have their own bit of the apartment. Very convenient in terms of location with a subway stop near by but also lots to do within the neighborhood itself. Perfect for a couple or a small family.

Labai rami ir tyli vieta, aplink gamta, jokio triukšmo, tinkama norint pailsėti. Viduje jauku lyg pas senelius vasarnamyje, buvo šilta.

Perfect location near lots of great restaurants, coffee shops, and the metro. Very walkable and the apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable after a long day of exploring the city. Communication was great from the beginning. I would definitely recommend this space and would be happy to stay here again.

We stayed at Kalle’s place in 8 - 2 families with teenagers. The house was perfect, the kids enjoyed the pool and the SUP (as well as we did!). Great evenings on the terrace and at the fireplace, barbecues every night… Kalle is an excellent host, extremely helpful, full of resources and advice. He suggested a concert in the neighborhood, a swimming sauna and boat trip which we enjoyed a lot! We found ourselves part of a neighborhood of very welcoming people. Alternating visits of Stockholm and days by/on the water was ideal for our group and nearby Waxholm is a great starting point for exploring the arcipelago. We strongly recommend the place and were very sorry to leave!

Vi kom precis hem efter en magisk vecka på Resarö i Daniels jättefina hem. Daniel var verkligen en toppenvärd som mötte upp oss vid incheckningen och vänligt visade oss runt. Vi kunde lätt ställa frågor som han snabbt och smidigt besvarade perfekt. Samma sak vid utcheckningen som gick hur smidigt och bra somhelst. Huset är en dröm och tillsammans med en underbar pool, välskött trädgård och jacuzzi så fick vi en fantastisk semestervecka tillsammans! Kan varmt rekommendera Daniels hus och vi kommer jättegärna tillbaka. :)

Die Villa Sjöman ist der perfekte Ort für einen Urlaub mit mehreren Personen (Familie und/oder Freunde). Sie liegt etwa 10 Minuten vom Festland entfernt und ist - was wir ganz toll fanden - nur mit einem Boot zu erreichen Sie bietet innen und außen sehr viel Platz, sie liegt direkt am See, man kann baden, es werden SUPs und Kajaks zur Verfügung von Emelie und Jacob zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, es gibt zwei Bäder und ist hübsch und modern eingerichtet. Jacob hat uns beim Check in alles sehr ausführlich gezeigt und erklärt und ist mit uns auch die nähere Umgebung mit dem Boot abgefahren. Der Kontakt mit Emelie und Jacob ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend, herzlich und unkompliziert. Sie sind top Gastgeber. Besser geht’s nicht! Vielen Dank nochmal für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt.

"Wir hatten einen fantastischen 14-tägigen Familienurlaub in Jennys & Fredriks Haus! Das Haus ist einfach großartig - geräumig, komfortabel und bestens ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit Fredrik war ebenfalls hervorragend, er war stets erreichbar und hat sich um all unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Die Lage ist ideal, wir konnten sowohl die Ruhe der Umgebung als auch die Nähe zu Sehenswürdigkeiten genießen. Unser Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen und wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank, Jenny & Fredrik!"

Für uns war es perfekt ! Wir waren 3 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern. Das Haus ist gross und gemütlich , zudem ein schöner Garten zum Spielen für die Kinder. Badesteg ist ca 300 m hinter dem Haus, zum grosser Badestrand sind es ca 15 Minuten Spaziergang, Bushaltestellen nach Stockholm oder ins Zentrum von Vaxholm (3 Stationen) bzw zum großen Fähranleger sind auch nur ca 300 m entfernt. Die Fähren 83 welche in der Sl card enthalten sind fahren nur 3 morgens und 3 am Abend bzw Nachmittag, für die anderen Fähren welche den ganzen Tag fahren muss man extra zahlen, aber die Fährfarten sind traumhaft schön. Ansonsten einfach mit dem Bus/ Metro nach Stockholm fahren . Vermieter war immer erreichbar und unkompliziert, auch ein späterer checkout war kein Problem. Perfekte Unterkunft für eine Mischung aus Stockholm city und Vaxholm !!!

This house is just stunning! The calm neighborhood, the view over the lake, sunset and sunrise from every corner of this house. Linda was a very friendly host and super helpful. We would love to come back as it as just as we imagined.
