Quartier calme, bien desservie en transports publics, avec toutes les commodités à proximité (boulangerie, supérettes, restaurants…). Centre ville accessible à pied (20 minutes). Apparemment spacieux, en peu vintage avec 3 lits confortables (4ème couchage le canapé, pas essayé). Seule bémol ça sentait le tabac froid.

The flat offers everything you need and would expect from the pictures. Also has the best views you could imagine on the archipelago. A little personal touch with some decoration would do the rest for a perfect flat.

Annika's place was perfect for our four night stay in Stockholm! We had never been to the city before and we really lucked out choosing this spot. Gamla Stan (Old Town) is the place to be - really beautiful with old-style architecture, great restaurants and shops, right by the water and the ferry terminals, easy walk from the T train which we took all over the city. Gamla Stan is a busy and thriving area, but Annika's place is off a quiet alley so the noise never bothered us. The bed was comfortable (and basically in a dark, quiet cave!) and the living room was cozy and wonderfully decorated for hanging out. The kitchen is more for snacking than cooking large meals, but that worked great for us. We had a minor problem with the shower one evening and Annika responded right away and had it fixed before we returned from dinner. Very glad we choose her place!

Very nice, spotless clean and spacious flat just as shown in the photos. The view from the window is absolutely stunning. The location is perfect - peaceful yet convenient, with supermarkets just a few minutes' walk away. Plus, the charming old town is only a pleasant 20-30 minute stroll from the property. I highly recommend staying here!

Uzi’s apartment is marvelous! A truly artistic design harmonized in every detail. Also spacious and and a very nice bed. Situated at the beautiful Södermalm close to ’city-city’. A short walk (12-13 min) to subway or the bus right outside the door. I travel a lot and always use airbnb - Uzi’s apartment is one of the best I have stayed in.

Vi kände oss välkomna och som hemma i Spersbodahusen, sköna dagar med varmbad, utflykter, läsning och spelkvällar. Mörkt och ruggigt i december men mysigt med sprakande brasa om kvällarna. Vattnet i kranen är kollat och helt ok men smakar inte som i stan, så ett tips är att ta med flaskvatten att dricka om man är lite petig. Hans var väldigt hjälpsam, frågor besvarades snabbt o vänligt med bra tips. Vi åkte till stämningsfulla Wira bruk och fikade hembakt. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Dejligt hus i de smukkeste omgivelser - og nem kommunikation med værten. Perfekt til mange mennesker og til at nyde den smukke skærgård.

Ich kann diese Unterkunft für andere nur empfehlen. Es wirklich sehr ruhig. Ich habe die Ruhe wirklich genossen.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, um sich selbst Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten zu können. Restaurants sind nicht in der Nähe. Die Lage und Umgebung ist toll, das Haus und der Garten sind ausgezeichnet.

We had a wonderful time at Harry's place! The views are spectacular and the pictures don't match the real experience. The house is very cozy and all amenities one could need are there. In particular, our children loved the place and the location on the island. There are numerous spots to hide and to explore, several toys for the sea etc etc. Harry was a very responsive and generous host who helped us with all the little issues that we did come up with. We would certainly love to come back!

Wir hatten 4 tolle Tage in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Wir waren zu neunt und hatten ausreichend Platz. Andreas ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der bei jeder Frage sehr schnell geantwortet hat. Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Sara et Niklas. L’appartement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût, très fonctionnel. La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique sur la ville, le balcon est agréable et joliment décoré. L’appartement est situé dans un quartier très calme, avec beaucoup de restaurants; à 10 minutes à pied du métro, soit 20 minutes du centre environ. La communication pour l’arrivée et le départ a été très bien, avec beaucoup d’informations utiles. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour un futur voyage !

Great place to stay and cool offbeat location by the waterside and marina. Felt very welcome. Friendly hosts. Good access to the metro with frequent departures to central Stockholm. Slightly noisy from 1st floor and highway, but only with the windows open.

Hjorthagen is a planned development for family living and, as of today, there are no hotels or purpose-built rental housing, so Angelica's one-bedroom apartment is a stand out. It is a modern unit with loads of natural light and a balcony with excellent views of the ongoing Gasworks development project. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and comport with efficient Swedish design, and the in-apartment washer and dryer are a great convenience. Angelica made room in closets etc. for storage, the kitchen is well-equipped, wifi coverage is excellent, and she was responsive to questions. Multiple options are available for bus and tram transportation into the central city and many coffee shops, small restaurants and a grocery store are within a five-minute walk.

Absolute value for paid money. Location is unbeatable. Tobias is incredible host, one evening I had some issues with internet, and he fixed that in minutes I let him know. Communication is smooth and polite.

Felix had a lovely apartment that met all my needs. It was close to grocery stores, shopping, public transit (metro, buses) and a few blocks from beautiful walking paths along the water. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

The spacious, private, exceptionally clean apartment (upper floor) of Vera's 1873 home is truly special. We (3 adults) greatly appreciated the warmth of the holiday decorations of the house and the view of the lake and forest across and enjoyed being in this quiet residential area in nature after exploring the sights of Stockholm which are an easy ride away on public transportation. Vera is a super-responsive host, immediately sharing great recommendations in response to our questions.

This is a hidden gem and Lena is an incredible lovely host! Very helpful and flexible about the check in time. The apartment is very cozy, spacious and clean. Super comfortable bed, couch and armchairs. The bus and trains are very close by and the main train station is just a short walk away. Cafes and shops within less than 5 min walking. We loved it here and would definitely come back. Mange tack, Lena! ☀️😊

La signora nadja e il signor Thomas sono degli host ottimi, l'appartamento era migliore delle foto con una terrazza con una vista unica, comodo a tutto e ordinato. Super disponibili e gentili entrambi, spero di rivivere un'esperienza cosi.
