Ostia : locations de vacances adaptées aux enfants

Giulia and Ivan’s place was great ! Very clean and had all the amenities- for two adults and a child it was perfect! It was 2 blocks from the beach and well located to restaurants. The city center was a short drive with more options. Giulia’s local recommendations were amazing and we had a fabulous meal and gelato of course ! All in all a great stop over on our journey down to Amalfi.

Das Haus von Luigi ist toll! Es hat drinnen viel Platz, ist super ausgestattet und einen wunderbar großen Garten. Es wachsen viele sehr hübsche Wandelröschen darin, die aber giftige Beeren haben. Hier muss man mit sehr kleinen Kindern gut aufpassen. Der Strand war wegen der Nebensaison leider nicht sehr aufgeräumt, aber das Meer war trotzdem toll. Wir waren ohne Auto vor Ort, es gibt viele Läden, Restaurants und zwei Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Leider kommen die Busse häufig zu früh oder zu spät und man muss in einer Verkaufsstelle oder in einer App sein Ticket kaufen, beim Busfahrer geht es nur Ausnahmsweise und ist dann viel teurer. Nach Anzio (12km) kostet es normalerweise 1,30€ beim Busfahrer aber 7€. Die Betreuung durch Natalia war herzlich und toll und wir konnten An- und Abreise flexibel gestalten.

Das Apartment von Anna war äußerst geräumig und gepflegt. Die Gegend ist ebenfalls sehr schön! Toller Vorort von Rom!

Location perfetta per visitare Roma, zona tranquilla vicino al Parco della Caffarella con tutti i collegamenti raggiungibili a piedi.

Detailed check-in instructions provided by the host. Host was very quick to respond to any requests. Accommodation was exactly as described; especially liked the backyard porch. Short walk to all local sites. I would highly recommend to all travelers.

We spent a month in Paolo's house with my wife and two little kids and we really enjoyed everything about that! Paolo was a great host and the house has everything that you can wish – well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom, AC and nice garden with a grill. As a parent, I also appreciated the reliable fence around the garden, which makes it safe for the kids. :-) The neighborhood is very calm and friendly, the shops, restaurants and bars are nearby and there is plenty places to visit around – the sea, Nettuno, Anzio,... And Rome's main train station is less than 50 minutes away by a comfortable and cheap train. I highly recommend Paolo's house to anyone, who wants a nice and quiet place to enjoy Italian sun, heat and comfort – for both families or smaller groups of friends. PS: The area is nice and warm even in November!

Una bellissima casa in una zona tranquilla. Gli spazi curati e molto puliti. Ogni dettaglio raccontato in modo preciso. Ve lo consigliamo!

Bardzo dobre miejsce dla rodzin z dziećmi. mieszkanie położone jest w cichej i bezpiecznej okolicy. Na dole kilka restauracji, barów, piekarnia. Supermarkety 300 metrów od mieszkania. idealna baza do codziennego zwiedzania Rzymu. Spacer do historycznego centrum zajmuje ok 10 minut. Gospodarze bardzo pomocni i serdeczni. Szczerze polecamy.

Clo dan Fabio adalah host yang perhatian dan menjaga tamunya dengan baik. Rumah menginap ini sangat strategis. Dari bandara Fiumicino 40 menit, sangat dekat ke Carefour, halte bis ke pusat kota dan terminal Roma, restoran pizza dan chinese food. Yang paling penting bisa jalan kaki 5 menit ke Basilica St Peter. Sangat beruntung jika dapat menginap di tempat ini. Terimakasih Clo dan Fabio, God bless you.

Nedim's place was an excellent choice for a short city brake. The apartment is easy to reach by local train (Tuscolana station) and metro A line gets you everywhere. The best part of the apartment is definitely the roof terrace. It gives you a private outdoor space above the city traffic after spending the day around the city.

El apartamento está muy bien situado y comunicado para llegar a cualquier parte de la ciudad. El Vaticano está a 5 minutos andando. Sin duda, si volvemos a Roma, volveremos a este apartamento. Muchísimas gracias por todo Giuseppe!

We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb! Fabia was a wonderful host, she met us at the bus stop and walked us to the location, offering local recommendations and transport instructions on the way. The apartment was just what we needed for the trip: clean, private, good wifi connection, and close to public transportation to the city center. Overall this was a great experience and would definitely recommend booking with Fabia!

Thanks Luca and Alessia for their hospitality. We really liked the flat and its location. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with a child, we felt at home. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, the neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!

Gabriella was a fantastic host and was very easy to get in touch with. The apartment was great for our family trip (6 adults) and had all the amenities we needed. The apartment is on the 1st floor and there is a small elevator which was a big help in getting our suitcases up when we arrived. Access to the city center was easy via metro or bus. The closest metro stop was about a 5 minute walk away. Gabriella was kind enough to let us leave our luggage in the apartment in our last day which was a big help! Would definitely recommend this place as it is definitely worth the price.

Camilla is a very accomodating, responsive, flexible, and friendly host, and her place is absolutely perfect for a couple/solo traveller. Upon arrival, everything was clean, the apartment has all the listed amenities, and generally very well equipped eith all the small useful things you could want for a couple days’ stay. Camilla was also left some nice goodies for us in the kitchen to eat and drink, which felt like a nice welcome. The apartment is cozy, has an amazing atmosphere, great privacy, very comfy couch and bed, good heating for wintertime, there is no undue crazy noise from neighbors, etc. Overall, I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, comfy, and clean place to stay close to the center, especially for couples for a romantic getaway.

Very comfortable clean and convenient property for a family of 4. Safe area with great dining and local supermarkets and just 5 - 10 minute walk to Vatican and Castel san Angelo. Local bus to central Rome this property is a great option for a family and great value for money. One item to note was that there was some noise from neighbours but in this type of property with families in the building it is to be expected. Nights were very quiet so it wasn’t a big issue. Also, bring slippers as the concrete floors can be a bit cold but other than that the apartment was great. We stayed for 11 nights and were sad to leave!

Excelente departamento, muy cerca del coliseo y a un par de cuadras de todos los buses y metro. Alessandra nos brindó muy útiles recomendaciones de restoranes por la zona. El lugar está impecable y tiene ascensor. Sin dudas volvería.

El alojamiento era tal como lo mostraban las fotos, muy comodo, con todo lo necesario y muy limpio. La anfitriona muy amable y accesible,llegamos tarde y nos estaba esperando, lo que agradecemos muchisimo.. lo recomiendo

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet, ein absolutes Design-Juwel. Außerdem bietet sie sehr viel Platz und sämtliche Annehmlichkeiten. Besonders mit Kindern perfekt. Das Kinderzimmer enthält viele schöne Spielsachen und Bücher sind und eines der schönsten Kindermuseen (Explora) ist ganz in der Nähe.

Excelente acomodação, num lugar estratégico de Roma, um charme. Fizemos várias coisas a pé (inclusive ir à Trastevere); super perto da piazza navona. Tivemos muita facilidade para usar o transporte público, pois tem um ponto de ônibus em frente ao apartamento. Apesar de estar super bem localizado, muita privacidade e pouco barulho. Wifi funcionou bem. Cama e travesseiros confortáveis. O local totalmente pensado para acolher o hóspede, com todas as comodidades necessárias. Secador de cabelo ótimo! Recomendamos fortemente! Celeste foi prestativa e rápida nas respostas!

We had a fantastic stay at Mara's place! She was an excellent host, communicating well from booking to departure. She provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants, supermarkets, and train times, along with clear directions to the building. Our arrival was smooth, and Mara's son warmly welcomed us and showed us around. The unit matched the listing perfectly—we loved everything, from the thoughtful welcome gift to the comfortable sofa. Having two bathrooms was also a great convenience! The area is peaceful, allowing us to sleep comfortably, yet the location offers easy access to Rome's many attractions while providing a relaxing escape from the city's hustle and bustle. There are also plenty of shops nearby, making it easy to pick up anything we needed during our stay. Mara’s place is excellent value for money, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome!

What I liked most was the excellent location, the apartments are 10 meters from the sea. Communication with the owner was pleasant.

Notre séjour chez Luca a été excellent ! L'appartement est décoré avec goût, et c'est très spacieux. On trouve tous les essentiels de cuisine, et même plus. La bibliothèque est bien fournie, pleine de curiosités, et apporte tout son caractère à l'appartement. Le lit est confortable et l'immeuble est très calme. C'était un plaisir de retrouver cet endroit chaque soir. Côté communication, Luca et Sofia répondent toujours présents. Ils sont très réactifs et chaleureux, et on sent bien qu'ils sont là pour nous aider et nous conseiller. C'est très appréciable. Nous recommandons à 100% ! Cédric & Ayano
