We had a group of 12 at the house. 3 families either 6 kids! Everyone had a blast and enjoyed every second of the experience. The hosts Karla and Alberto are wonderful people and available to help with all parts of the trip. We hope to be back!

The studio by the sea is wonderful, serene and beautiful. It's steps from the beach, surrounded by lush nature and very comfortable. The space has all the amenities needed to enjoy your stay, well appointed kitchen, bath, linens, beach towel. It's clean and tranquil. Heike and Hans are super friendly, helpful and knowledgable about the area & Costa Rica in general. They were so kind to accomdate our dogs, give them treats, water and lots of love. When we return to Coyote, we will definitley visit with them again.

Nous avons pu passer 4 nuits merveilleuses dans ce logement! Vous y serez comme au paradis! La communication c’est très bien passée, Béatrice et son mari on pu nous aider à trouver un bon taxi et nous notifier pour l’observation de tortues! Je recommande vivement et n’hésiterai pas à revenir!

Lauren's place is a true slice of paradise! It's perfectly sized for a couple in a nice secluded area tucked behind one of the most desolate, beautiful beaches we'd ever seen with our own private walkway to get there. The yard is huge and gorgeous! You can hear the ocean waves from the yard making it a super peaceful retreat. The kitchen was very well stocked for us to cook meals and even make fresh batidos every day! Junquillal is a beautiful beach and is a 45 minute drive (or less) to Tamarindo, but a significantly quieter area if that's what you're looking for. We'd highly recommend the place and would love to stay again!!

This place was by far the shining star of all of our stays. We ended up staying here for 3 nights. If you are looking to just unwind and reset this place will kick start the pura vida in you. The place was spotless and welcoming. The host gave us local recommendations and they had been spot on perfect. Fishing and strolling the beach at this place was by far our favorite daily activity. I would recommend that if you come to stay that you stop at a grocery store first and stock up on supplies so you don’t have to leave. The nearest decent grocery store is about a 20-30 min drive. Overall I cannot wait to come back and enjoy this place again. I will be dreaming about it for months to come!

Probably my favorite Airbnb of all time. What a wonderful place to stay. I've never thought a place was nicer than the pictures until we stayed here! It was so much bigger and just as nice as it looks. Very highly recommend for families or groups. With 3 bedrooms - all with a bath/shower - you can spread out no problem. The pool was amazing and my son's favorite part of the trip! Abraham (Concierge) was absolutely amazing. Took care of so much for us and helped with planning some outings. This place was off the main drag of everything in Tamarindo in a good way. Still close enough to go eat, etc. The beach is super walkable - but note right out front is not really a swimming beach. It's sporadically rocky all up and down the coast and you have to walk about 15 min either north or south to get to a swimming spot. Can also just drive a bit to town, and access swim beaches from there too. I recommend going south to swim - prettier and way less people.

Top Unterkunft und wirklich nur wenige Gehminuten vom tollen Playa Blanca entfernt! Dieser ist besonders an Wochentagen vormittags sehr leer gewesen, und wir hatten manchmal den ganzen Strand für uns. Sowohl zum Wellenbaden, Schnorcheln (bei Ebbe) und Entspannen ein super Strand! Wir hatten den Großteil der Zeit kein Auto (Anreise per Bus über Santa Cruz) und hatten trotzdem eine tolle Zeit. Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis :) Wir hatten durchgehend nette Nachbarn und hatten trotzdem ausreichend Privatsphäre. Der nächstgelegene Supermarkt (auch fußläufig erreichbar) hatte das meiste, dass wir brauchten. Danke an Edwin und Kris für die tolle Zeit!

Fantastic location steps from a beautiful and secluded beach. Stay does require a 4x4 vehicle to get in and out but well worth the effort!

We had a fantastic stay! We were a group of 5 (myself, husband, two toddlers, and grandmother). There was so much space for everyone. This location is really fantastic- it is removed from the main town area, but we didn't mind at all because the hotel is so great and the stretch of beach that's across the road is absolutely perfect. The food and hospitality here was also wonderful. We can't wait to come back! (Tip- make sure you go to the beach right across the road for sunset. Bring drinks from the hotel bar. Can't be beat)

We loved every minute of our stay at casa de calma. The house is the nicest we’ve stayed in, the patio and pool being the star! We loved walking to nosara, watching the monkeys, having breakfast at sunrise and watching the sunset on the beach. Perfection!

We stayed in several Airbnb properties during our travels across Costa Rica. This was by far my family’s favorite. We rented the villa with three bedrooms and a kitchen. We learned that this property was previously the Hotel Iguanazul and was bought about ten years ago by a family who are slowly converting it to private villas. Our rental was one of the original four-room hotel buildings. The primary suite and kitchen represent one half of the building. The other half are individual bedrooms with attached bathrooms. Our kids are older, so we were okay that the rooms weren’t centrally connected, but families with small children will want to think about sleeping arrangements here. We were the only renters for the two nights we stayed, and we greatly enjoyed having a resort-style pool for our private use. Sunsets, beach walks, and relaxing in the enclosed (and much calmer) Playa Blanca were all fabulous. We highly recommend this property!

Sabine and Nico were very kind and cordial hosts, answering any questions and responding to any needs asap. The pool was a very nice addition after coming in from the beach just across the street. Outside grill by pool was a nice touch. Directions using Wave or Google Maps was easy enough to find. The area is very quiet, calm and not at all touristy which is what we were after! Would recommend and stay again.

We loved staying Aaron’s home, it felt like an oasis with a beautiful garden and private pool. It was only a few minutes walk to Playa Guiones, with walkable distance to surf board rentals, cafes and delicious restaurants. The home was beautifully appointed with comfortable beds and lots of storage. We felt welcomed and well taken care of at every turn, muchas gracias Aaron!

We just finished up a great stay- the view and the pool make this place 100% worth the stay. Douglas was very responsive and even installed a railing for the steps as my mom had trouble going up and down and the staircase didn’t have one. Very helpful with my questions and advice prior to arriving. The house is hard to find in the dark on the rural roads. More clear directions like look for the white car port might be helpful for future guests.

This is a wonderfully stock Airbnb. It has everything you need for a week at the beach. It is located in the heart of the town and is easy to walk to restaurants and bars. We could not have asked for a better host and experience.

Hosted a family vacation at Casa Kaiman. Home was beautiful, great amenities, walkable to beach and town, yet quiet and private. Loved our stay and will be back again soon.

Location and access to stores and restaurants and especially the beach. Great recommendations for food and places to park. We loved meeting the people of Samara and felt so welcomed everywhere we went.

Quiet location, accurate directions made it easy to find. Not ocean view as I had hoped, but a short walk down a path to the most inviting cove. Steve was gracious in accommodating my request.

This place was absolutely perfect for our surfing trip!! Private beach access, beautiful yard looking out to the ocean and spacious home. The hostess was responsive and communicative and very friendly and helpful if we had any questions. I hate to write this review as I don’t want anyone else to know about the place as I would like to keep it to ourselves next year. ☺️. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here. Absolutely a wonderful place and wonderful hosts!!

Great place to spend a relaxing vacation. Douglas was very responsive and the property was in a beautiful location. If you arent familiar with Costa Rica, be prepared the roads and long travel times. The location is in a beautiful location, but doesnt have alot of locations near the property. We were looking for that so it was perfect. Douglas' instructions and recommendations were very helpful and we really enjoyed the pool on property. We also had private chefs and massages on site which were great.

It’s hard to put into words how amazing this stay was. From the moment we spoke with Patrick during the planning phase + how extremely helpful + responsive he was to our many questions, to Dimas, the on-site manager meeting us + guiding us to the home, the care we received was beyond five star! This home is absolute paradise - the pictures do not do it justice. We felt so comfortable here + had the absolute best time with our 3 teens. You will never have a single need go unanswered because Dimas is constantly in contact with you + eager to help in any way possible. We even had a flat tire the night before we had to leave + he was able to find someone to come to the house and repair it! I’m not sure we could even have found this type of service in Canada at that hour of night on the weekend! He was an absolute lifesaver. We will miss this gorgeous home so much + wouldn’t hesitate to return in an instant! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Patrick + Dimas. You are a dream team! ❤️

Such an amazing spot. There are a few restaurants and shops within walking distance as is the beach. The home is beautiful, with beautiful, comfortable furnishings. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The third bedroom is private, separate casita. All bedrooms had great ac. We saw many monkeys during are stay!! The private pool was amazing! We had everything we needed. Pablo was always quick to respond! Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with us, we hope to return! We’ve been to CR three times and this has been our favorite house!

I loved my stay at this container home in Nosara. The space is beautiful, and I really appreciated clear directions to help me find the place and tips for getting around and recommendations for things to do. I was debating renting a car and was really glad I did. Great stay, overall.
