We loved this home, and Mats was a truly wonderful host. His gracious hospitality made us feel so welcome, and he went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay, even finding a bike trailer for our young boys to enjoy and stocking the kitchen with thoughtful treats just for them. The house itself is cozy, comfortable, spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and set in a gorgeous forested area close enough to the sea to hear the waves from the back porch. Our stay was so relaxing and we can’t wait to return for another lovely holiday!

We had a very pleasant stay at Feda's house. The location is good, 15 minutes away from Älmhult, where you can find supermarkets and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. There is a beautiful badplats 15 minutes away by walk where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. The house was clean and well-maintained, just as shown in the photos. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities provided, like the fully equipped kitchen and Wi-Fi, were perfect. Feda was very friendly and always available to answer any questions. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers and would love to stay here again in the future. Cheers.

Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben, es liegt wunderbar abgeschieden aber auf einer schönen Lichtung im Wald, trotzdem liegt alles was man braucht in weniger als einer halben Stunde Entfernung. Ilona und Jan sind super nette Gastgeber, man kann immer sicher sein das man sie erreicht wenn man sie braucht. Sehr gerne wieder

Een heel mooi, ruim huis. Veel mogelijkheden in de buurt om dingen te ondernemen. We werden heel gastvrij ontvangen. Zouden het zo weer boeken!

Ein wunderschön ruhiges gelegenes Häuschen in einer tollen Umgebung um mal abzuschalten und wieder zu lernen oder viel aus zu kommen … Es gibt kein Tv, kein Radio und kein WLAN … Aber genau das war unsere Vorstellung von Ruhe und Entschleinigung… Dafür gibt es große Wiesen, Felder und Wälder um einen großen zumeist eingewachsenen Garten ! Einen Basketballkorb, Wickinger Schach und ein gemütliches , mit viel Liebe eingereichtes Haus mit allem was man für ein entspannten Urlaub braucht … Wir waren dieses Jahr das zweite Jahr dort und würden immer wieder kommen ♥️

We spent 4 days in the cabin - 4 adults/5 children. The cabin is very cozy and spacious and beautifully located in a forest area. There are many rooms to choose from and a nice kitchen area and bath room for bigger groups. There was some misunderstanding about the check out expectations, otherwise communication was clear. We would all like to visit again during a different season.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche zu sechst mit Hund in dem kleinen schönen Ferienhaus. Wir hatten das Schwimmbad einen Abend ganz für uns alleine. Wir haben tolle Ausflüge und Wanderungen unternommen.

It is a beautiful cottage in the woods with other small houses around it. We were here in October and autumn had really kicked in. It is a beautiful and perfect spot to get away and be in nature. People in the area a very friendly and nice. Sandra as a host was very helpful and help us with whatever questions we might have had. I would strongly recommend it to someone else.

Vi kom för att spendera en natt i Åhus och blev förtjusta i den lilla pittoreska staden nära till vattnet. Vi åt på restaurang och tog en längre promenad med hunden till stranden och havet, väldigt vackert. Johannas boende ligger privat och avskilt men har samtidigt nära till Åhus med restauranger, livsmedelsbutik och bykänsla. Nära till gångbron där man lätt kan ta sig till långa sandstränder och havet. Perfekt att hunden kunde följa med!

Mycket trevligt boende, stilfullt inredd med alla bekvämligheter vi behövde. Det kändes privat med egen innergård och att det var förberedd för en kvällsbrasa i kaminen uppskattade vi. Fick ett trevligt bemötande, värden var mycket hjälpsam. Rekommenderar varmt detta boendet till andra.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ingela’s place and love to come back! Highly recommended. We felt at home right away in this cozy, spacious, and clean house. The house was warm when we arrived, with the fire burning. It was above our expectations, especially the kitchen: high countertop, sharp knives and equipped with everything that you might possibly need. The parking lot was also spacious and fitted a car and a campervan. Be aware that you need to bring your own sheets for the bed. Personally, I would really like a paid option for cleaning the house.

Boendet var bra , tydliga instruktioner och härlig stuga. Min önskan var också att komma bort ifrån fyrverkerier på grund av rädd hund. Önskan uppfylldes nästan.

We had the most wonderful stay at Martin's and felt right at home! The house was equipped with everything we could have possibly needed and more for a large group. We particularly enjoyed the movie projector and cosiness of the property. Martin was always friendly and helpful. Couldn't recommend this stay more!

Dejligt roligt sted i naturen med ca. 10 kørsel til byen. Der var dog en togbane i baghaven, som vi lige skulle vende os til, da vi ikke er vant til det, men ellers gav det ikke nogen gener. Man følte sig velkommen i huset som virkede større end forventet ud fra billederne, med en lækker TV stuen i kælderen. Stedet vil kun blive bedre i takt med at det sidste bliver renoveret. Dejlige lange gå ture i skoven som vi brugte en del tid på. Alt i alt havde vi en super tur og meget gode værter.

Ein wirklich schönes Fleckchen Erde in mitten des Waldes von Schweden. Leben wie vor hundert Jahren, aber mit allem notwendigen. Feuerholz, Streichhölzer, Kerzen sind in Mengen vorhanden. Genau wie Teller, Besteck, Pfannen, Töpfe … es gibt eine kleine Solaranlage zum Laden aller elektronischen Geräte (auch 230 V können geladen werden). Es gibt zusätzlich zum Holz-Ofen einen Gasherd und einen kleinen Kühlschrank (ebenfalls mit Gas betrieben). Gewürze, Müllbeutel, Handtücher, Bettlaken sind ebenfalls da. Neben dem Haupthaus gibt es ein weiteres Gebäude in welchem sich ebenfalls eine voll ausgestattete Wohnung befindet. Eine Holz-Ofen-Sauna kann ebenfalls mit genutzt werden. 100^C sind kein Problem, man muss nur vorher die Feuer Mordors entzünden! 😂 Die Außen-Toilette ist sehr einfach und Wasser muss aus dem Brunnen geholt werden. Im Umkreis von Kilometern ist man hier vollkommen alleine. Alles in allem sehr urig und dem Alter entsprechend im Zustand. Wir haben uns SEHR wohl gefühlt!
