Great space as always

We had just attended a funeral in Rivers State and were en route back to England, so we needed a comfortable place to unwind before our journey. From the moment we walked into the property, we were blown away—it was stunning, serene, and felt just like home. It was exactly what I needed. It’s a pity we only stayed for one night, but I’ll definitely return the next time I’m in Lagos. The property manager was also very responsive and helpful, especially with our luggage.

Roland was a great and accommodating host. The place was beautiful and even better than described. The staff was absolutely lovely - will definitely come back again v soon whenever I need a staycation!

After a few hiccups the first day, Ib made sure our stay was very enjoyable. The Airbnb was beautifully decorated with modern furnishings and had all the amenities we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living area. The location was ideal, close to local attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. Ib was also very responsive and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Positives: Very close to restaurants, the housekeeper Japhat was very helpful and did everything I needed him to do. He was phenomenal. Uchenna was also available and very responsive. Uche even called me during my stay to make sure everyone was going well. The price was also great for what you got in the apartment. The gateman, Gabriel, was also very helpful and made sure the place was secure and safe. No one could enter the compound without the pass code and verification. The place was clean and the bed was SOOOO comfortable. I was so impressed with the how comfortable the bed was. WOW! Negatives: Table in living room needs to be repaired. The pool is not available. If there is no pool, then it should not be posted on the page. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay and I would stay here again!

Lovely apartment, enjoyed my stay

T stands for TOP NOTCH! This is our 4th stay here and we are always happy to have chosen Toyin as a host. The home is maintained very well and the staff has always been great!

Delia's place was very peaceful, clean, modern and tastefully finished. The surrounding were in a very secure Park view estate, a great location. There is a grocery store close to the estate gate, lots of restaurants 5-10 mins away, close to Lekki Phase one, Victoria Island, its right beside Banana Island. Its a great place for a work visit or a holiday. it's close to many high end-hotels if you want to have work meetings. Also a great place for families. it had a dedicated parking garage for my car. I would definitely book this again if I am in the area.

Was great to be at Churchills place

My stay at Eyitayo's was great, and worth the spend. This host was very responsive and polite. The place was exactly what my family and I needed. Lots of space, clean, tidy and quiet. The children loved the play area too. I am definitely looking forward to returning here.

This is home away from home. Fantastic home. I have used Akeem s place before and I will use it again. If you live abroad and you are looking for a very safe and comfortable beautiful home. This is the place for you. The security in this estate is top notch. The house it’s self is very clean and beautiful I will recommend this house over and over again.

I just want to say that the apartment was fantastic. It was a shame we could not stay longer. However, we can now say we have a place next time we visit Lagos. The entire accommodation was clean, had a sense of Mediterranean style setting to it and it was just easy to be in.

Gbadamosi was an excellent host, all the amenities were provided as advertised. The environment was serene and eccentrically clean. I indeed had an amazing experience and would gladly recommend his property to prospective renters.

Fola’s place is an oasis in the middle of Lagos, the garden is beautiful & peaceful - IK was so helpful and everyone made me feel at home. Thank you 🙏🏽

This place was as seen in the pictures. Beyond that, the host was very kind. always checking in to ensure things went well. They also were very responsive to requests for anything. I will highly recommend Ngozi's place to anyone who chooses to get a place around the Ikoyi axis.

Great Airbnb, Eugene was a fantastic help. Lateefah constantly checked in with guests. The apartment looks even better in person, nice rooms and kitchen, everything was well cleaned and the ACs / appliances work perfectly. The apartment is located in a very secure building. I would not classify this area as Lekki Phase I but more Ikate. Easy to get to VI, Ikoyi once you get past the busy T junction near the petrol station. The only thing I would mention is about the water pressure and slight stench from the water - but this is a Lekki problem so it is best to have bottled water and also Dettol on hand. Would recommend this AIRBNB to anyone staying in Lagos for a while. Again, big thanks to the porter Eugene and the gatemen who were always available and handy. Hopefully this review helps anyone looking to book.

My sis & I really enjoyed our stay . I initially stayed in Vivian’s 4 bedroom and her service was top notch so I went ahead to book the 2 bedroom space and yes Vivian still outdid herself with her services. Her staff also was great & helpful . Firstly I love how secured the estate is , very quiet & organized estate and also how the property is on the first floor. Secondly the Estate is located in a very prime location. We were so happy we could just stroll to get all our groceries from the popular Nigeria supermarket just before the estate and get food at the restaurants nearby. The space looks more finer in person and the aesthetics was great. Loved how cute & portable the space was. I’m usually skeptical about Lekki water because of the things I have seen & heard online but both properties I have stayed in, water was extremely clean & pure. Thank you Vivian for making our short stay worth it and always being responsive to us . I’ll definitely recommend Vivian’s listing

I will definitely 💯 percent recommend anyone to Mr Valentine place to stay at anytime … believe me everything was amazing and the maid was amazing with her service as well… me n my guest really enjoyed the place and wasn’t ready to leave 🥰…. Thank you again Mr Valentine God blessed….

Carpe's place was excellent. Very central, in Victoria Island, near alot of beautiful resturants, bars and lounges.. The communication of the host was excellent, he was very helpful and understanding. He wasnt there when we checked into the apartment as we arrived quite early. Notwithstanding he was in constant communication with us over the phone making sure we were well settled in and comfortable. The apartment was highly secure, and comfortable everything and anything you could have wanted in a house was made available. The interior was beautiful and extremely neat. The steward Jerimaiah, was very helpful and polite. Our stay was enjoyable and comfortable, we truly felt at home. I would definitely recommened this apparment to anyone who wants to stay around VI and very ideal in accomodating families as it can house 6 persons.

Joseph was a perfect host, communicating right from the outset throughout our entire stay. He went the extra mile to ensure our stay was comfortable. For example, knowing that WiFi in Lagos can be spotty, Joseph has not one, but two back up networks in the apartment! That’s dedication 😊

I enjoyed my stay. Very close to a few beaches and nice restaurants. The host was easy to contact and communicate with and made sure we had a housekeeper come in & clean throughout the stay.
