Pedro was an excellent host, he provided clear instructions during check in and was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We forgot a backpack full of electronics and didn't realize until 3 hours later. The cleaner had already found it and she informed Pedro, so when I called him, he quickly arranged pick up for the bag. It was such a relief finding honest people :) A great experience overall and we loved the rooftop!

We had a great stay in Mahahual. The location of this apartment was perfect - close to all of the restaurants / beach clubs. without being right in the middle of it. The host was super responsive to our questions and needs. We didn’t use the kitchen much with so many restaurants to choose from but it seemed like it had all the necessary amenities. The apartment was clean and cozy. Thank you!

Hosts and staff are lovely! Large, secure walled compound with pretty garden, pool, sculptures, gallery and only 6 rental units. Monarca apartment is spacious with artistic decor and a good kitchen. Just a short walk to restaurants, tiendas, bakery and ATM. The beach and malecon are a 20 minute walk or 35 peso taxi ride away. The bicycles were uncomfortable with local roads full of potholes. Golf cart rental is an option. El Jardin Secreto is a very beautiful well maintained oasis! Thank you Cesar and Sabrina!

Martin y su esposa son muy amables. Los perritos de la casa son una adoración. La playa es una maravilla hay peces en la orilla se puede nadar y disfrutar la arena maravillosa los kayak se disfrutan mucho. Recomendamos ampliamente visitar la casa.

Sencillamente increíble ! Lugar donde uno encuentra La Paz que busca. He leído de personas que no les agradó porque es difícil llegar o porque no tenían TV. Vayan a la ciudad o a un all inclusive ! Jajajaja. Es perfecto para descansar y estar con tu pareja lejos del bullicio de la gente. Lo recomendamos al 100% Gracias Katy y compañía por todo. Seba y Edu

This must be one of the best places you can stay in Bacalar! 2 mins walk from the public swimming spot, cafes close by, the pool is amazing, and the property is very well cared for. Susann and Björn were lovely hosts, they even helped me arrange some balloons and a piñata on arrival to surprise my friend for her birthday.

If you want to find the place for ultimate relaxion outside city polution and away from disturbing world with the perfect view of the blue lagoon just to yourselves - this is exactly the place. The host is very engaged in making your experience remarkable. The cabin is simple but it has all you need in the world without electricity - Gerardo has thought about everything and is open to any suggestions. We didn't want to leave the place even for an hour for shopping or restaurants - it was so relaxing to hang in a hammocks all day with some brakes for swimming and walking in the lagoon and seating late in the nights outside with sangria, staring at the stars. There was very few mosquitos during our stay and Gerardo provided us with repellent and mosquito nets.

Bueno solo que sería de buena información indicar que se encuentra justo enfrente de un cenote y con niños pequeños no es recomendable ya que no pueden nadar con más seguridad y en cuestión de al querer salir fue un problema más cerraduras de la puerta frontal para cerrar y abrir eso nos quito tiempo por todo lo demás excelente y cómoda

I really loved my stay here! The unit is right on the beach and the view is fantastic. Marcia was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. There is a restaurant with delicious food and a bar with amazing cocktails. Incredible stay! Can’t wait to return.

Wir haben mit 3 Kindern (16,11,9) einen traumhaften Urlaub in diesem wunderbaren Haus genossen. Es ist noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos!! Man muss wissen, dass man ca.20min über eine unbefestigte Strasse am herrlichen karibischen Meer entlang fahren muss, bis man Einkaufen kann. Sehenswürdigkeiten und Städtetouren eher von woanders planen! Hier kann man ganz besonders gut relaxen und genießen, da man im Haus wirklich alleine und fernab von Trubel ist. Man hört nur den Wind in den Palmen und die Wellen. Genau das haben wir gesucht - ein einsames Haus am Strand….wie im Paradies fühlt man sich in der Casa Kìin-Ha mit sehr viel Komfort wie reichlich Ventilatoren, Riesenkühlschrank, Eiswürfelbereiter, Wasserfiltersystem, Notstromgenerator etc. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde das Haus 3x gereinigt - sogar mit Wäschewechsel…Toll!!! Die Unterstützung von Marcia war hervorragend. Es hat wirklich alles super funktioniert und wir empfehlen zu 100% bei einer Mexikoreise hierher zu kommen!

We stayed here almost a week and everything was good. Pet friendly and good communication. The location may not be perfect for some visitors, but nothing is far away in Bacalar, particularly if you have a car or a bike.

Fuimos por trabajo, pero el lugar nos hacía olvidarnos que estábamos de visita. Quedamos invitados a regresar.
