Our second cousin holiday season at this location and we love how comfy and sociable of a space it is, while still providing privacy and space to isolate when needed. Amazing hosts and always helpful!

Karen was an amazing host! This home had everything we needed for a perfect family ski weekend. We will undoubtedly rent this home again!

Kyle was a wonderful host. We had a couple small "hiccups" but Kyle was extremely responsive and helpful! The location was gorgeous! Loads of deerv to watch right outside the large living room window! The home itself was very warm and inviting! Felt like home from the moment we walked in. Loved our stay! Thank you!

This cottage is in a very nice quiet location within a couple hundred yards of the water. There’s a small beach area for the kids, and a dock to fish off of. The cottage itself was clean, and met our needs. The owners were polite, and communication was good throughout our stay, but they won’t bug you either if you prefer privacy. Overall a lovely little cottage on the water for a fun weekend with the kids. We would likely stay again and would consider renting other places from Steven and Linda as well. Was a great experience start to finish.

We had a great winter get away and enjoyed fantastic snow at nearby Tree Tops and Otsego ski resorts!

We loved staying here for a little weekend getaway! Dorene and John were so helpful and kind. The place was awesome so close to everything! Everything was so cozy and well put together, the hot tub with view is awesome!! We for sure will be back

My wife and I were looking for a fall weekend getaway and this place worked beautifully. The home has a bit of an old school feel, which we really enjoy. The view from the HUGE picture window, overlooking the secluded lake surrounded by the stunning fall foliage was worth the price alone! There were two kayaks and a boat with electric motor, an outdoor firepit with a wagonload of free wood (you can't use the indoor wood burning stove though) and plenty of comfortable beds. Leslie was extremely responsive and friendly too as we chatted on the phone a couple of times during our stay. The place is well stocked with everything needed and is very neat, tidy, and clean. Two eating areas with our fav; a large table overlooking the water! On this October weekend, the lake was pretty much devoid of people (but included geese, ducks, and various birds). A couple of great homestyle restaurants within two minutes (one closes at 2pm!) were right up our alley and Gaylord is 12 minutes away! LOVED!!
