Easily accomodated our large group with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and the large living room/dining room space for us to gather. Plenty of kitchen equipment for us to prepare meals and loved the extra sink and bar area for food prep. The fake fireplace was great with the temperatures outside below freezing. Lovely back wooded area with the brook to see from the back porch. Hosts were quick to respond and their home was beautiful.

This was my first Airbnb experience and I was a little nervous because I’d heard so many cautionary tales. But the stay was really wonderful and I had nothing to worry about. The house is new, clean, comfortable, charming, in a quiet neighborhood, and well located to see all of the sights in Cooperstown and the surrounding area. The host is very responsive and friendly. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We spent a long weekend at Emily's place, was just what we needed. Emily responded quickly when I asked about local recommendations for dinner. Perfect location for what we wanted, nice quite family weekend. We will be back and rent again. Thank you.

We had a great stay at this remote home. Beautiful surroundings, peaceful and relaxing. The town of Delhi is just about 7 miles away and had some great little stores. We loved our breakfast at the Blue Bee. The house had nice amenities and very soft, plush towels.

The location is fantastic and the amenities are plentiful! A wonderful house for gathering with friends and family. There are 6 bedrooms, four of which have an attached full bathroom. The basement area was great with options to play air hockey, ping pong, or hook up a gaming console to the large screen TV. The hosts were very responsive and flexible, particularly when it came to checking in and out. To future guests with pets: this house is in the wilderness, so be prepared to check your pups for ticks.

Christine was the kindest, most communicative host I have encountered! She was helpful and available when we had questions. The home itself is beautiful and has a lovely view of the lake. We enjoyed watching the fall foliage while we sipped our coffee and relaxed. The first night was warm enough for us to use the patio and fire pit, which was so peaceful. We were a bit late in the season to utilize the lake, but I imagine this would be a great spot for lake activities in the warmer weather, too. Easy drive to downtown Cooperstown and any destinations we traveled to. Parking directions were clear and easy to follow.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Home Base Airbnb while visiting our son at SUNY Oneonta College for family weekend. We feel right at home. The space was not only cozy and clean but also beautifully decorated, reflecting the charm of the area. Our stay was comfortable, our host providing helpful local tips I highly recommend Home Base Airbnb to anyone visiting the area, and I hope to return soon!

If you are going to Dreams Park for baseball, this place is new, clean, and close. Newly redone, AC, 4 bed (2 bunk rooms and 2 bath). Only downside is poor cell coverage. Other than that, and we easily worked around it, place is great!

Jaynee and her family made us feel right at home. Our stay was super relaxing and enjoyable. The property had gorgeous views and the kids loved the cows. The space had all the necessary amenities and was very clean. Dan took our family on a ride through the property to see the wild life and views. I would highly recommend this place. We will be back !

This unit was very clean and well suited with everything needed. While staying in a barn, it didn’t feel like one as it was very new and updated with a modern feel. The host Mike was very friendly and even showed us around his barn with the animals.

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting our child at Colgate University. Absolutely loved our stay! The hosts live next door and were very accommodating. The home was beautifully decorated and well appointed with cool fixtures and the most comfortable couch. They provided ground coffee, which was delicious, and the beds had great mattresses. The water pressure in the shower was not as strong as we like but everything else was perfect. The location was peaceful with beautiful views over the lake. The house is remote, but was easy to find. Can't wait to come back.

It really is like being at home. It is a beautiful cabin, surrounded by lots of snow and lots of pine trees. lots of towels and lots of blankets. We really had a great time, and Myrna and Mike, they are really great and very friendly. one hundred percent recommendable

We had a wonderful stay on Gemma’s property and felt right at home. The kids loved feeding the farm animals — a total highlight!! Gemma generously provided us with an array of breakfast items, which really made for lovely mornings. We would absolutely return!

Maryanne’s place was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway! It was cozy, quiet, and very clean. She had the fridge stocked with goodies, and delicious banana bread. There were trails on the property that made for a perfect morning walk. I would highly recommend if traveling to the Cooperstown area.

Sharon and Charlie were very welcoming. They made sure to explain everything, answer any questions we may have. I think the place is a beautiful serene location - especially if you're lucky enough to visit during the summer. Highly recommend to anyone looking to escape the hustle of the city and want some quiet time.

Hollow Cabin is the perfect getaway. The cabin itself is beautifully curated, and the space feels cozy and inviting without being too fussy or a place you'd be afraid to use the furniture. The view and sounds of the river are delightful. Jake and Eden were responsive and kind; they have created an amazing space! A note for those looking to take their active dogs with them: we chose this location because of the acreage and seclusion, but there is a fair amount of barbed wire in the woods near the cabin, and the space is only available after fording a stream that was roaring in the Spring (with no functional bridge). So, we ended up having to drive a while to find safe hiking spots anyway. There is also a beagle from down the road who made several appearances in the yard/porch, and while my dogs were chill, if you have a reactive dog, this would be a concern.

Absolutely wonderful location and stay. Perfect for unplugging and escaping to a quiet, stunning place in nature. Hosts were wonderful.

Gail and Chris' place was absolutely beautiful! The surroundings are serene and beautiful. There were beautiful birds around all day. Their home is comfortable and homey but also very clean and beautifully decorated. Their love of art really shines through as the art throughout the home is whimsical and fun. They leave nothing to be desired in terms of kitchen supplies, towels and soft bedding and blankets. It was lovely in every way and I will surely be returning. Gail and Chris were super responsive and wonderful!

house is beautiful and worked great for our group of 11 (kids from small to big and 4 adults. The air mattresses and bunk beds worked well and the loft with ladder was big hit with the kids. We drove up in two electric cars so the outdoor outlets near the parking were a big help in getting some charge for driving around the area and getting back home. Fabio was super responsive to our questions and replied within minutes every time we asked anything which is extremely helpful in planning. We will definitely consider the house again for future trips.

This is a great stay! Meghan has been a such amazing host. Her place is clean and well maintained. All appliances are top quality. The yard is the cherry on the top! It also connected to a state forest if you would love to have a little hiking experience. Will definitely check out during summer time again.

Had a great week in Meredith at stone and pine. Great property and a fun location during a snow filled week. 50 minutes from Belleayre and close to multiple dining options. Sledding, puzzles, poker, movies by the fire. Great place to spend quality time with family. Will be back.

We were in town for baseball and wanted a place we could get away and relax between games. It was an easy ride to the ball park and Cooperstown. We absolutely loved the location, it was such a great spot to getaway. My dog had the week of her life swimming every chance she got and my kids loved the fishing. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us Daniel. We loved it!

My girlfriend and I truly enjoyed staying in this cabin! Laura is very friendly and even checked in during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. She even got my girlfriend a slice of cake for her birthday! Amazing stay!
