Todd is an incredible host and the house is gorgeous. The location couldn’t be better-perfectly situated for families going to All Star Village, near lots of great amenities, and the lake is so peaceful. The house is spacious, clean, updated, and has everything you might need. We highly recommend and would stay there again without question.

The best review we can give is that this was our third time returning to this amazing house for a winter escape. The house is stunning and abounds with character. Relaxing by the fire, cooking in the well-equipped and cozy kitchen, dining by candlelight. It’s a gorgeous old home that has been beautifully maintained and has all the creature comforts you’ll desire. The area is beautiful in any season, with several quaint towns close by with local shopping and ample dining options. Scott is also a responsive and generous host, though I doubt you’ll need anything at all! Go enjoy this beautiful home!

This was our second stay at Roberts’s home, we enjoyed it as much as our first. The home is comfortable and has everything we needed. We return to the area regularly for a local event and will stay here every time. Highly recommend.

The place was gorgeous it looked like the Bearenstein Bears tree house it was soooo cool! The lake and boathouse was gorgeous it’s was too cold to do anything water related but in the summer it must be amazing. The kids absolutely loved it there was space for everyone to spread out. Rustic glam! We had rented all three houses together for a family get together it was great and we’d definitely come again when the weather is warmer and there’s more to do!

We stayed here for the week our son played at All Star Village. The drive was easy and took about 20 mins. The house was spacious for our group, clean, comfortable and offered multiple amenities. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of baseball.

This was our 2nd year staying at Helen’s and it was perfect again! The house is cozy but has a ton of space. We were 11 people this year and we all had our own beds and separate spaces. The house is clean and has many amenities, especially in the kitchen which is helpful when cooking for a crowd. Helen is super responsive and always friendly and accommodating. Can’t wait for year 3!

This place is PHENOMENAL! We loved everything about it! We were at All Star Village and it was a quick direct drive but is also just off the main road to Cooperstown so would be convenient for both parks. It is a very easy drive to Oneanta or Cooperstown to eat, and we went 10 mins down the road to Milford to ride the rails too! The hosts were very helpful, so kind, and quick to respond. The house was beautiful and had plenty of space for two families plus a set of grandparents- we could spread out if we wanted to or all hang together. The hot tub was great on the chilly days. The house was so clean, so many amenities included, stuff for the kids to do, great yard. The lake is gorgeous and the scenery so beautiful! My kids played air hockey, whiffle ball, basketball, fished, went out in the kayaks, and loved every minute! If we ever come back we will DEFINITELY be staying here again!

We had everything we needed to have a lovely family celebration commemorating our mother's 95 years. We hope to return in the future. This is a great place for a group. Billiards, ping pong, foosball, board games. And if you would rather read a book overlooking quiet woodlands there is plenty of room to find a quiet nook for that. We had a great long weekend. This spot is a beauty!

We had a fantastic stay at this charming cabin in Dehli, New York! The hosts were incredibly communicative and provided a spot-on description of the place. The cabin was beautiful, cozy, and a perfect retreat. Highly recommend!

Awesome home, we stayed with a few other families with young kids and had a great time. The lake is super close and also offers much to do! I would go again in warmer weather to take full advantage of everything the Catskill mountains have to offer!

We had an incredibly relaxing stay at Katherine's place, which felt like a private sanctuary! Booked last minute for a post-holiday getaway, everything exceeded our expectations. Katherine’s attention to detail and passion for hospitality are evident in every aspect of the home. The space is beautifully decorated, with comfortable furniture and a well-stocked kitchen—better than any other Airbnb we've stayed at. The spa facilities, including a private sauna with a stunning view, were the highlight. We also enjoyed a magical evening in the hot tub under the stars. Katherine’s commitment to guest comfort is exceptional, and we’re already planning our next visit!

Place is beautiful with gorgeous views. Super comfortable and Michael was very attentive and responsive. Had a great time, definitely recommend.

This stay is better than the pictures. The home is beautiful and the private and peaceful surroundings are stunning. Our family loved our time playing games by the fire, chatting in the hot tub, dueling at the ping pong table, and sharing meals at the dining table. The beds were comfy, home spectacular, tons to do in and around the home. 10/10.
