Guillermo’s property was exactly as advertised. Sits on a beautiful lake with picturesque surroundings and home itself is very comfortable. The place was immaculate and well supplied with amenities. Guillermo was a great host who recommended a local restaurant that turned it to be exactly what we were looking for. The home is about 20 minutes from Cooperstown and the Baseball Hall of Fame. Cooperstown is a cute community with GREAT local restaurants and shopping. We loved our lunch at Cooley’s and breakfast at Cooperstown Diner - it’s TINEY so the earlier you get there the better. Lastly, if you are a baseball fan, I can’t recommend the Hall of Fame enough! It was an amazing experience… One in which we would not hesitate to revisit.

We enjoyed our stay in Dereck's lakefront house, a short distance from the national baseball hall of fame. It was bigger than the ad described and quite comfortable.

This was a great find for my family which included some members with limited mobility. For anyone else traveling with elderly guests, here's what made this place work for us. 1. There is only one step necessary to enter the house. 2. Both living spaces, the kitchen, the dining area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms are accessible without any stairs. 3. Three bedrooms are located on the other side of the house accessible via just three steps. 4. The lake is a short walk from the house, but is accessible via a wheelchair. My kids also had a good stay here. There were three boats available: a canoe, a paddle boat, and a rowing boat. A big plus is that the island in the lake is immediately across from the house. It was close enough that we could paddle boat there. We were also able to access the public beach by canoe.

A beautiful spot! We enjoyed overlooking the water at sunrise and sunset. Lucy is a wonderful host and made us feel welcome.

We came for a week for Cooperstown and choose to stay here so we could play on the lake during the game downtime. We had the best time fishing and using the kayaks Cassandra provide. There was a cute fire pit and outdoor pergola for outdoor dining. The house was so comfortable with a large kitchen and indoor dining area with very comfortable bedrooms that were clean and cozy. We slept so comfortably. We had a wonderful time there and would for sure come back.

Our stay at Brendon’s place was fantastic, beautiful location, the lake house was super clean and cozy! Close to the Red Shed and Ommegang breweries. Oneonta is a short drive with great food and cute shops. Brendon was quick getting back to me with answers to my questions! We had a great stay!

Adorable little neighborhood, with lake access right across the road. Perfect for kayaking or fishing! The house itself was comfortable and perfect for hosting a fun quickly Labor Day getaway. We definitely recommend staying here, and in the event we find our way out this area we will be back!

Our stay was perfect! We enjoyed all aspects of the home; the lake, time on the dock, inside the house, and the area.

Once again, we had a fantastic stay at this lovely cottage on Goodyear Lake. If you need a place to stay in the Oneonta / Cooperstown region, I would highly recommend this place!

Erin’s home was perfect for my family’s stay. The home is right on lake otsego and the living room has beautiful views of the lake. Her home is clean and spacious. The lake access via the dock is perfect. My family and I will rent Erin’s home the next time we’re in town.

Wesley was a phenomenal host, beautiful home, extremely clean and comfortable! He checked in with us, making sure all was well during a snowfall, and offering a generator if the power were to go out! The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable and there were many other little extras like games, snacks, some drinks and all the cleaning supplies you might need. If we ever visit Cooperstown again, I would definitely stay at Wesley’s house a second time! Thank you for making our stay great!

Thanks Bethann for sharing your cabin with us ! It is a beautiful location and my favorite thing was being able to cook on the grill and eat outside enjoying the lovely lake and surroundings. I woke up the first night and got to see a shooting star from our bedroom window. We would love to come back !

Beautiful location with lakeside view. Such a peaceful and cozy home. We had everything we could have needed - canoe, kayaks, bikes etc. 20 minutes from Cooperstown Dreams Park. Absolutely gorgeous. One of my most memorable vacation spots. Highly recommend.

Incredible location right on the lake and within a short drive to Cooperstown. Comfortable and cozy and the views are priceless. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the porch watching the sunrise while relaxing by the fire pit as the moon rose over the lake. The home had comfortable furniture and beds. The kitchen was beautiful with all the amenities. Nothing was lacking. There was even firewood provided for the firepit. The town of Cooperstown is like being transported back in time immersed with baseball nostalgia with cool shops and scrumptious dining. The hiking at Glimmerglass State Park was nice too. We had an absolute wonderful time and plan to return. Thanks Michele for allowing us to stay at your amazing lakeside home.

Gorgeous property! Seems like a brand new build and so nicely done. Every detail is beautiful and thoughtful. The beds are incredibly comfy. This is the kind of place where you could stay for a long time and feel right at home. It’s furnished for you to feel you have everything you need. The kitchen items were super helpful for preparing dinner!

This was such an amazing place. Peaceful! The lake was amazing. You are renting from a rental company, so they have you sign a separate agreement and ask for another deposit that wasn’t in the description. Super clear instructions and easy peasy. They send you an App with instructions and all sorts of other information. I grew up in the area and was coming back to be with family. I felt right at home. Would absolutely love to stay here again, and for much longer! Don’t sleep on going down by the lake! Pretty good fishing. And fun swimming right from the dock.

Spent a lovely, relaxing long weekend with our 3 adult children & their significant others. The large dining table was just what we needed for hours of game playing and allowed us to eat our meals & linger at the table together. The living room was cozy with a great view of the lake. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, dishes, glasses etc & large enough for everyone to be in there together preparing meals. We found a small supermarket 12 minutes away. The bedrooms were large, storage was good. Bathrooms were large and clean. We didn't find any restaurants very close to the house but did find a nice lunch place in Oneonta about 20 mins away. But that was fine with us, as we happily opened some bottles of wine and stayed in at night. We found 2 great hiking areas, also about 20 mins away. Cabin was roomy, clean, cozy. Definitely recommend.

We had a lovely March weekend at Courtney’s place. The home looked exactly like the photos—modern, spotless, and very comfortable, especially the beds. A few suggestions that might help future guests: having a few staples on hand like ground coffee and salt and pepper would go a long way, as the nearest store is about 20–30 minutes away. We did run into an issue with large black ants in the upstairs bathroom, so we chose to stay downstairs instead. The home was otherwise very clean, so this may have been seasonal or related to the new construction. The road leading in is unpaved, with potholes and mud—an all-wheel drive vehicle is definitely recommended. We also noticed a sign from a neighbor expressing concern about Airbnb guests, which may be worth looking into. Overall, we had a really nice stay. The kids especially loved the basement with the pool table and air hockey—it was a great space to unwind and truly felt like a home away from home.

A Perfect Getaway! We had an amazing stay at the Over Water Bungalow on Lake Albanese! The location is stunning, with breathtaking lake views and peaceful surroundings—perfect for a relaxing escape. The cabin was beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a true home away from home. Everything we needed was provided, and the atmosphere was incredibly cozy. The owners were fantastic—super responsive and helpful with any questions about the area or anything we needed. Their quick replies made our stay even better. If you’re looking for a serene retreat with gorgeous views, a charming and clean cabin, and outstanding hospitality, this is it! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to unwind for a long weekend and will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

We had such a peaceful, relaxing stay. The cabin is beyond pristine, and kudos to the architect! We went for Oneonta admittance weekend, which was close (~20 minutes) and also to visit Cooperstown (~30 minutes). The cabin smells so good and we were able to have nice family cooked meals there. Everything you need is provided for that. We had a slight hiccup with the hot tub, but Michael immediately fixed it. Helpful tips: 1. Make sure to print out or screenshot access code to the cabin and wifi code, as there is no cell service. Once in wifi, it's super fast! 2. If cooking, there's everything you need, just bring Tupperware, aluminum foil, etc for leftovers. 3. Hot tub is great, just make sure you receive the instructions and follow them upon arrival to ensure you can use it that day. 4. Bring toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, etc) Overall, everyone loved the cabin and it's picturesque lake views, it's perfect, and we cannot wait to return!

We had a fantastic time at the cabin. It was charming, clean, and had beautiful views of the lake. The kayaks and pier were an awesome addition and gave us lots to do with the kids. A peaceful and serene getaway and a perfect home base for our trip to a baseball tourney in Cooperstown. Highly recommended!
