An amazing and eclectic home! Carin keeps this place super tidy and clutter free. We loved the large kitchen and living room! The frozen pond next to the house was beautiful to wake up to. The bathrooms are cute too!

Mark was one of the kindest hosts that I have ever interacted with. Check-in was flexible, he left us a bottle of maple syrup that he made, the house was spotless and much bigger in person, and everything was amazing!! Definitely recommend staying here.

We had a great stay at this remote home. Beautiful surroundings, peaceful and relaxing. The town of Delhi is just about 7 miles away and had some great little stores. We loved our breakfast at the Blue Bee. The house had nice amenities and very soft, plush towels.

Our stay at this property was lovely. I was hesitant to book a place with concrete floors during the winter, but turns out the floors have radiant heat! We stayed warm and cozy our entire visit- even turned off the space heaters as the radiant heat was plenty to keep the space warm. The home had a well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels, linens, etc to fit our needs for the week. Our dog also had a good stay, and we all enjoyed how walkable the town was. We wouldn’t hesitate to book another stay at this home!

The location is fantastic and the amenities are plentiful! A wonderful house for gathering with friends and family. There are 6 bedrooms, four of which have an attached full bathroom. The basement area was great with options to play air hockey, ping pong, or hook up a gaming console to the large screen TV. The hosts were very responsive and flexible, particularly when it came to checking in and out. To future guests with pets: this house is in the wilderness, so be prepared to check your pups for ticks.

Patrick is a phenomal host and was super communicative in getting everything for us going, the barn was such a beautiful place to ring in the new year, we are so grateful to have spent it on the property and we look forward to staying with Patrick again

Heath is an excellent host! He always responds quickly to mail, and goes out of his way to be helpful. His home has been nicely renovated, is beautifully kept, and has provided a comfortable spot for our family over Labor Day weekend for several years. He even stocks the refrigerator with yogurt, water and wine, and coffee is available as well. Thank you so much, Heath! Pam

Great communication. SUPER clean. Well appointed. Walkable to downtown Oneonta. Had a minor issue w the toilet that was addressed immediately. Very satisfied.

We enjoyed our time at this location. The hosts were very responsive when we needed them. During our stay the toaster over was not working. They dropped off a new one within 10 minutes! Fantastic. Thanks for the great stay.

Check-in was very easy. I love that it's a very convenient location from Cooperstown All Star Village which helped a lot when the games were delayed due to rain and lightning. Coming from California and visiting 3 different locations but not wanting to travel with too much stuff, the washier and dryer was very useful for us. Thank you for providing us a very convenient place to stay.

Fantastic place to stay if you are looking to visit Cooperstown. The house is very clean, roomy, and well maintained. The host is very responsive and helpful. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. Cooperstown is just a short 15 minute drive away. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would absolutely stay again!

We were staying at this rental because our son was playing at Cooperstown All Star Village for the week. We received quite a few notifications leading up, and even including an earlier check-in time. Everything that we needed was available to us, and we truly felt at home. Would definitely rent from them again if we end up coming up here again for one of our other sons. And the added pens, when we arrived where I hit with my younger boys. Thank you so much!

Stayed here for my sons tournament a Cooperstown and it did not disappoint. Clean and exactly how the pictures looked. Beds were so comfortable, even the pullout was great. I am very picky when I travel and this place had everything I needed. I felt right at home for the week.

Gail and Chris' place was absolutely beautiful! The surroundings are serene and beautiful. There were beautiful birds around all day. Their home is comfortable and homey but also very clean and beautifully decorated. Their love of art really shines through as the art throughout the home is whimsical and fun. They leave nothing to be desired in terms of kitchen supplies, towels and soft bedding and blankets. It was lovely in every way and I will surely be returning. Gail and Chris were super responsive and wonderful!

We enjoyed our stay at this winter cabin. The setting was peaceful, with great snowy views and a nice, quiet atmosphere. The cabin itself was comfortable, with a cozy fireplace that made the space feel warm and inviting. The hosts were super friendly and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. A small note for future guests: we found it useful to bring our own towels and blankets, as it added a bit of extra comfort for the colder nights. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience, and we’d recommend it for anyone looking for a low-key winter retreat.

The best weekend getaway space for when you need to be one with the nature. Super secluded. The property is well maintained, the perfect balance of seclusion while having all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. Gerry and Don were very responsive and helpful at every stage. The space was cleaned and heated before we arrived. Both Don and Gerry were friendly and proactive. Definitely recommend staying here.

The best part was the lake in the backyard — such a peaceful and calming view to wake up to every day. Whether enjoying a quiet morning coffee or winding down in the evening, the serene setting made it truly unforgettable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. I’ll definitely be coming back!

My family and I stayed at cabin for Thanksgiving and had a great time. We unfortunately lost power for a few hours because of the snow storm but Matt was very responsive and made our stay comfortable. He brought over extra lamps and even brought over cookies and seeds for our kids. The power was back up later that evening. They made our Thanksgiving extra special and we will definitely come back. Highly recommended!
