This home was absolutely beautiful, with magazine-worthy decor, a cozy ambiance enhanced by candles, and smart speakers in every room. The view right outside the house was truly picture-perfect. Michael was extremely responsive and provided fantastic recommendations for places to visit. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend staying here. We’d definitely love to come back!

Just spent a beatiful 3 day weekend at adams place. Gorgeous home and surrounding property was just what we needed.On checked in day adam emailed me and said house was available anytime we want to arrive. This was a nice gesture and we did arrived early. We hope to book again next year for our yearly getaway in the mountains in November.

Very nice place. Very helpful and friendly host. Wonderful freshly baked goodies as others have described. Try to get there before dinner as then the host can meet you in person and some details will be clearer.

The house was clean, spacious, and beautiful! Extra blankets and privacy shades downstairs would be the only change we would make. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room and everything was clean and comfortable. We would recommend this property!

This was our second stay at Melissa’s and we just love it there . So peaceful and relaxing . We drop my son at college in that area and before drop off we have a couple extra days enjoying family time .

We had a great stay at Brandon’s place. The house was cozy and had a nice yard for our dogs to play. There was plenty of space for our small family. And it was centrally located between Hunter and Windham so was ideal for a ski vacation.

Ian was Great and the house was everything posted about it. The fireplace & Great room were central to our family get together. Plenty of hot water for all people despite old man winter trying his best to ruin our vacation. See You Next Year God Willing. Ted & Karen Van Aulen

Jen’s place was not only extremely convenient in getting to and from Hunter Mountain, it was the perfect cozy home for the time we didn’t spend skiing. The home was clean when we arrived and well taken care of. Hopefully this home is available for our next getaway!

We have stayed here more times that I can count. Bob and Jacki's place is a great get-away. Comfortable, cozy and so clean and well stocked for a longer stay. If you see how many times I left a glowing review you will see I mean it since we keep coming back. It is our go to spot when staying in the Catskills. Thank you as always, Bob and Jacki!!

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting our child at Colgate University. Absolutely loved our stay! The hosts live next door and were very accommodating. The home was beautifully decorated and well appointed with cool fixtures and the most comfortable couch. They provided ground coffee, which was delicious, and the beds had great mattresses. The water pressure in the shower was not as strong as we like but everything else was perfect. The location was peaceful with beautiful views over the lake. The house is remote, but was easy to find. Can't wait to come back.

This place was spacious, spotless and beautifully furnished and decorated. It's not the average air bnb with multi property management, it's clear that Anne and Frank enjoy creating a beautiful home and property and take pride in being awesome hosts. Would love to stay here again in the summer and enjoy the outside pond and trails. Highly Recommend!

Daniel is an incredible host and the space far exceeded any expectations. I loved the attention to detail, the cleanliness, and the bathroom was next level. Right at the base of belleayre mountain which is great for anyone looking to ski. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful location for a perfect getaway from New York City

It really is like being at home. It is a beautiful cabin, surrounded by lots of snow and lots of pine trees. lots of towels and lots of blankets. We really had a great time, and Myrna and Mike, they are really great and very friendly. one hundred percent recommendable

We had a wonderful stay on Gemma’s property and felt right at home. The kids loved feeding the farm animals — a total highlight!! Gemma generously provided us with an array of breakfast items, which really made for lovely mornings. We would absolutely return!

Great place to stay. Easy travel to Cooperstown and the town of Oneonta. Major shopping nearby. Cute home nestled among other homes and a small farm. We felt right at home. Cozy yet spacious. It's close to family, so we will stay again.

The Little Log Cabin was the perfect long weekend getaway. It was so comfortable and cozy. I would love to return the next time I’m in the Catskills. Thank you Becca and Jesse for sharing such a wonderful home!

What a beautiful cabin! Very clean and comfortable. Beautiful view. Nice wood burning stove. Very warm cabin on some very cold days. We went to Belleayre. Very close by. The driveway is steep, but expected for a place high up on a hill with beautiful views and privacy. My whole family loved it and had a relaxing time. Thank you!

Had a great time at the cozy cabin. It's a cabin but still has some nice amenities. Location is somewhat close to road, you can hear occasional cars go by. Still, back by the pond it feels like being away from it all. I had a blast hiking local trails and enjoying the foliage.

Such a cozy cabin perfect for my family of four plus grandparents for a fun ski week. One of those kitchens that is small but still somehow spacious and perfectly stocked. Regan was very thoughtful and nice to deal with. The bedrooms were very comfortable and felt like sleeping in a fox den. Close to Bellayre Hunter etc. I also appreciated Regan’s thoughtful guide for local recommendations. Would definitely return

We enjoyed our stay at this winter cabin. The setting was peaceful, with great snowy views and a nice, quiet atmosphere. The cabin itself was comfortable, with a cozy fireplace that made the space feel warm and inviting. The hosts were super friendly and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. A small note for future guests: we found it useful to bring our own towels and blankets, as it added a bit of extra comfort for the colder nights. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience, and we’d recommend it for anyone looking for a low-key winter retreat.

Ideal stay. Feels like new construction, clean, comfortable, and focused around the beautiful 70s wood stove— about which, it loads awkwardly from the side rather than the front, but is otherwise a joy to use, burning clean and easy to operate. We did have to pick up some additional wood to get some kindling-scale starter and fuel for two nights. Each room has its own thermostat, the kitchen is well-stocked with essentials (oil, e.g.), water gets hot fast, and Jill was responsive, friendly, and accommodating. 10/10, keen to stay again.

What a marvelous place, so cozy and comfortable! Incredibly easy to check in and check out, and every question we had was quickly answered. We can’t wait to visit again!!
