Loved the lake house. Very clean. 2 outside decks with beautiful views. rowboat and kayak for the lake. Fire pit with fire wood available. The house was great and would definitely rent again!

Beautiful house and location! We had not planned to stay in upstate NY but glad we did. The lake is beautiful- the house has everything you could need. Close to Cooperstown!

The house was amazing, just like the photos! Had plenty of room for the two of us along with our Daughter and our two Grandchildren. The girls enjoyed the hot tub, and swimming in the lake! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to rent for their vacation! My only wish was it was on the water! I love looking out the window to see the water!

Guillermo’s property was exactly as advertised. Sits on a beautiful lake with picturesque surroundings and home itself is very comfortable. The place was immaculate and well supplied with amenities. Guillermo was a great host who recommended a local restaurant that turned it to be exactly what we were looking for. The home is about 20 minutes from Cooperstown and the Baseball Hall of Fame. Cooperstown is a cute community with GREAT local restaurants and shopping. We loved our lunch at Cooley’s and breakfast at Cooperstown Diner - it’s TINEY so the earlier you get there the better. Lastly, if you are a baseball fan, I can’t recommend the Hall of Fame enough! It was an amazing experience… One in which we would not hesitate to revisit.

Barbara’s peaceful cabin was absolutely gorgeous. We loved every minute of our stay. Beautiful scenery and right next to the lake. The cabin is also only a short distance from the Lapland skiing center and therefore an ideal location for all cross country skiing fans. Barbara was extremely responsive and answered all our questions. We are hoping to come back in the summer

A perfect spot for rest and relaxation, conveniently located near a supermarket if you prefer cooking in. It's also just a 20-minute drive to Woodstock for a night out. The house boasts an impressive collection of movies and music, and since the owner is a musician, be sure to check out her album—it perfectly complements the house's vibe!

Great place tonstay: so much to do, great host and definitely will go back again

We keep returning to this rental because it is so beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you can imagine to cook a large meal or a BBQ. The bedrooms have so much room for large groups. The best part is the gorgeous lake view from the back patio and master bedroom balcony. Thanks for a terrific, relaxing vacation!

We had a great stay for my friend’s birthdays. Rick and Jenn were so responsive and even got someone to plow the drive way for us during the snow. It was cozy and welcoming and we will definitely be back in the summer!

The house was absolutely beautiful, clean, and perfect for my family!! Waking up and having coffee looking out over the lake was wonderful. This was a perfect little cottage which sits directly on the edge of a beautiful lake. Heidi worked with me around our schedule which was very helpful. The electric fireplace was more than adequate to keep us warm at night. The house is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. We had a little glitch with the wifi but this was not consequential. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Matthew’s home was amazing! For a relaxing time on the water and enjoying time away from city traffic, this is the place to be! Matthew was communicative, flexible and very friendly. The house was clean, neat, and cozy. Will be back soon! Thank you!

Johnathan was extremely responsive and had very detailed clear instructions for everything. He checked in during our stay to make sure we were settled in. We were looking for a quiet comfortable place to relax and recharge and it was perfect for that. We especially enjoyed watching the ducks and geese swimming. The gas fireplace was so easy to use and cozy! There was a big snow storm forecasted during our stay and I was panicking a little bit about getting stuck and losing power, but Johnathan put my mind at ease and we didn't get snowed in or lose power and the snow on the lake was just beautiful.

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at Steve’s home. We originally booked a different location but due to some inconveniences, Steve put us in a diff home of his. We absolute loved everything about it. The space is very private, the amenities were great, house was clean, etc. We totally recommend Steve’s place!!!!

We enjoyed the peace and quiet while staying. It was wonderful for star gazing and the fireplace was lovely.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dino’s Black Bear Cabin. The cabin is private and peaceful, such a nice getaway from the city. The furniture is comfortable, linens soft and kitchen fully stocked with spices and basic ingredients. Loved the unique basement speakeasy and jacuzzi. The cabin had everything we needed. The views of the lake and surrounding woods were breathtaking, providing a peaceful atmosphere to unwind. The host was exceptional—thoughtful, responsive, and always willing to help with any questions we had. Their attention to detail truly made a difference in our stay. Overall, the stay was an amazing stay. We hope to stay again and again. I would buy this place if it was for sale!! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Our favorite place to go in New York. We love that the cabin has everything we need and is right on the lake. Our entire family enjoys this experience and look forward to coming back every year!!!

I've stayed at a couple dozen AirBnB's over the years, but this most recent one, Jacqui's place on Spruce Lake, goes right to the top of my list of best AirBnB experiences. It has an amazing location, is wonderfully designed and decorated, pristinely clean and functional, but most of all, it has an indefinably cozy and peaceful vibe. A lovely retreat from the world, and a great place to hang out in front of a roaring fire ( it has a truly magnificent fireplace) with loved ones.

This is a great stay! Meghan has been a such amazing host. Her place is clean and well maintained. All appliances are top quality. The yard is the cherry on the top! It also connected to a state forest if you would love to have a little hiking experience. Will definitely check out during summer time again.

Had a great time at the cozy cabin. It's a cabin but still has some nice amenities. Location is somewhat close to road, you can hear occasional cars go by. Still, back by the pond it feels like being away from it all. I had a blast hiking local trails and enjoying the foliage.

Ivan's place emulated a YouTube cozy winter jazz 12 hour video. It had everything you ever needed to feel relaxed and at peace. There were antique fire places inside the home, the house was made out of wood, it was clean and stylish. The location was great , facing the lake and mountains. It was a great place to disconnect and get away from all the noise. The town was 10 min away where you can get anything from wine to coffee to produce. Really grateful to the host for creating such a nourishing space and sharing it with the world. Thank you Ivan!

It’s a wonderful cabin by the lake. The place is very warm in the winter and is spacious for a family. The location is quite close to Windham mountain ski resort and only a short drive. I could see the surrounding will be beautiful in the spring or summer. Very private. The host is very responsive and kind.
