겨울에 지내기에는 조금 추운것 빼고는 위치나 공간은 너무 좋았습니다. 차량을 렌트한다면 주차공간이 있어 더욱 좋고 도보로 이용하기에도 신오사카역과 가까워 원거리 이동에도 편리하였습니다. 다음에도 재방문 의사 있을 정도로 편한 숙소였습니다. 다가족이 이용하기에는 굉장히 좋은 숙소였습니다.

A great place a bit out the way, I would definitely stay again .I would recommend to rent a car or a bicycle to get back at night. the local Transit shuts down 8ish. but a very nice place. just look for all the boats.

Great place with sauna and pool, it was perfect for 5 pax and it is also just 45 minutes drive from suzuka circuit for F1

7人家族で利用させて頂きました。 一家団欒で過ごしやすいダイニングキッチンとリビングで年末年始の冬場の利用でしたが、エアコンの効きが良く大変快適に過ごすことができました。 また、キッチンアイテムが豊富で滞在期間中の調理作業が捗り助かりました。 この度は本当にありがとうございました。再び機会がございました際は、よろしくお願い致します。

The home is very special and unique. We are a family of two adults, a 16yo and 8yo. We all loved the home traditional aspects of the home with modern appliances. Even though the home is nestled into a neighborhood, it is a short walk to the gorgeous river, a huge grocery store and a little further are bus stops and train stations. The bikes were such a gift and we enjoyed using them. Although we didn't use them, it was thoughtful to have rain jackets and umbrellas available. Hiroe met us promptly even after a time change with little notice. She was efficient and thorough in her directions. We felt grateful to stay in such a lovely and comfortable home.

The place is immaculate. Brand new everything and it was all done so well. The rooms and bathrooms were amazing. This is a must stay if you are looking for a large place in Osaka. I really can recommend this place anymore. The host is beyond fantastic and always responds quickly and accurately! Absolutely one of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed in!

Het verblijf in deze airbnb was fijn en comfortabel. Het enige minpunt was dat je voor één van de slaapkamers door een kast de trap op moest via een andere slaapkamer. Dit was voor ons als vriendengroep erg onhandig.

Staying at Christian's Airbnb was an incredible experience! From the moment we arrived, Christian welcomed us with open arms and treated us like old friends. His generous hospitality truly made our stay feel like a home away from home. Christian went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable visit. He arranged wonderful activities like yoga sessions, soba noodles, and bamboo experiences that added such a unique touch to our trip. Each day started off perfectly with his delicious breakfasts, which were a highlight for us! He also graciously provided rides to and from the train station and offered invaluable advice, making our travels seamless and enjoyable. The space was beautiful and clean and the train station was close. I highly recommend this wonderful Airbnb experience. It will be authentic and memory filled! We cannot wait to come back!

Located in a tiny side street that was super fun to access through a shopping street. Easy to hail a taxi at the end of the street. Great walking. True local experience.

写真の通りでとても綺麗でした。すごく良かったです。お風呂やトイレも綺麗で、2回の寝室も清潔でした。内装がオシャレでテンションがあがります。しかし、調理器具や食器類が汚いことが少し気になりました。そこを除けば完璧な宿だと思います！

We loved staying at Atsuki’s place! We couldn’t have asked for a better host, he was so friendly and helpful. The home was lovely and spotlessly clean and was a great base to explore Kyoto from. Would definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy and comfortable home! There were four of us adults, and the space was perfect. The house has 4 bedrooms—2 with twin beds and 2 with futons which gave us plenty of room and privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities and even some seasonings, so it was super convenient to cook meals at home. The whole place really feels like a home away from home - warm, welcoming, and perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back.

We enjoyed our stay in Kyoto and found the location very convenient to Kyoto station. It was nice to have a self contained house vs apartment and nice to have a separate bedroom for the kids. The bath and tub were a definite stand out, loved soaking in the tub after a long day of sightseeing. As others have noted, the bathroom is downstairs along with tatami bedroom, but we got used to going downstairs when needed. The stairs are relatively steep and shallow so anyone with limited mobility would be challenged. But it worked great for our family and allowed for some privacy across the bedrooms. It was also great to have a washer and dryer. Definitely recommend for those staying in Kyoto and planning to use the trains often. The mall across and within Kyoto station are also easily accessible for shopping and convenient meal options. Enjoy!

The most well stocked Air BnB with all of the necessities you would need for either a long stay or short stay. Efforts were made to make the place feel homey and less sterile as alot of Airbnb's tend to be.

La petite maison proposée par l’agence est située dans un quartier paisible et très typique des environs de Kyoto. Juste à l’arrière du château de Nijo, dont la visite fût une superbe découverte ! L’hôte des lieux a été plus qu’accueillante, chaleureuse et à notre écoute qu’importe la question et a fourni des instructions très claires pour vivre au mieux notre expérience, je recommande vivement!!
