An absolutely charming property, surpassed only by the beauty of its location. Wonderful hosts, thoughtful, personable and welcoming. I honestly couldn't fault my stay there. I will definitely return. Truly wonderful.

Darren and Nadene provided me with exactly what I needed! A gorgeous place with so much peace and quiet! Nadene made me breakfast in the morning which was such a lovely time to enjoy a bite to eat and great company! I’ll be back!

Nadene was an incredible host. Came right out to welcome me, walk me down to the water to see all that they had to offer, and then helped out with some coffee beans and incredible peaches when I realized I didn't pack all I should have. Highly recommended.

Nadene and Darren's place is absolutely amazing. Away from everything in the woods surrounded by nature, this place is bliss. The property has 12 individual rooms, 2 large shared kitchens and bathrooms, an amazing spacious seating area overlooking the forest, and a balcony. There are many books available and some board games, so there's something for everyone. You can stay here with a large group but we were lucky enough to have the whole place to ourselves. The place is close to the lake where you can go canoeing or kayaking, and all the gear is provided. There is also a nice seating area outside for campfires, and / or you can just go for a little hike. Nadene prepares a great breakfast with homemade muffins 😋. Both her and Darren are lovely people, very caring, beautiful souls. I would highly recommend staying here.

Wir haben im Cedarhaus unsere letzten zwei Urlaubstage verbracht, da es von dort nicht mehr so weit zum Flughafen ist. Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht, die Gastgeber:innen sind überaus freundlich, es war total ruhig und das Haus ist wirklich besonders schön eingerichtet! Das Zimmer wirkte sogar etwas größer als auf den Fotos und man hat durch geschickte Regale viel Stauraum und Ablagemöglichkeiten. Der See ist zwar klein, dadurch aber so wunderbar ruhig und man kann traumhaft entspannt paddeln. In der letzten Nacht gingen wir zum See und sahen Polarlichter! Dann gingen wir im Morgennebel nochmal paddeln, das war der schönste Abschied von Kanada den wir uns vorstellen konnten :)

From US, did not know it was Thanksgiving holiday. Algonquin sold out. Very gracious hosts. Lovely town and close enough to Algonquin. Accommodations were extremely comfortable and very clean. Hosts were very helpful with advice for local opportunities for adventure.

Good value, comfortable room and double bed for a couple of nights. Peaceful location, good area for lakes/paddling

Nathalie nous a réservé un accueil très chaleureux. La ferme est une belle et grande propriété. Au moment de réserver, nous n'avions pas remarqué qu'il y avait peu d'équipements (pas de kitchenette ni de télévision, Wi-Fi faible débit), mais cela contribuait d'autant plus au charme de l'endroit. Tout était propre et le petit déjeuner (en supplément) était excellent et fait de produits maison. Le logement est petit (convient pour deux adultes et un enfant maximum) mais très cosy. Une très belle expérience !

Our stay was great from start to finish. Best part was the fire pit right on the beach which we utilized and had the whole beach to ourselves after sunset. 😊

Kevin’s place was great. It was clean and quiet. Just what we were looking for. It is pet friendly so our dogs enjoyed the weekend too

This Airbnb was in a great location, lots to see and lots of great hiking trails and provincial parks near by! Loves seeing so much wild life around us, place was super clean and cozy! Just want we wanted for a weekend away!

This property was a great getaway space for the weekend. I loved how close it was to the water, as well as the amenities that were available. I got to cook in the unit using the single stove top provided in the unit, which was nice. Staff were very responsive whenever we needed something and the unit had the basic necessities.
