Stavroula was both proactive and responsive. She reached out to offer service and information, and open to help when asked. Our trip was interrupted by the Heathrow shutdown and Stavroula was able to help accommodate our changed schedule. She offered good ideas and ensured our arrival went smoothly.

De villa is heel ruim! Het was even zoeken naar de vierde slaapkamer, die zit in een bijgebouwtje. We hebben vooral genoten van de tuin, veel verschillende plekken om te relaxen en voor onze peuter heel veel ruimte om veilig te spelen. De jacuzzi was heerlijk! Vijf minuutjes lopen naar een kleine baai met strand, en nog vijf - tien minuten naar een groter strandje waar de zon langer scheen. Voor ons als Nederlanders was het even wennen aan de strikte regels voor de boiler. Maar dat lukte ook. Lambros was vanaf het eerste contact vriendelijk en hielp ons de eerste dagen met veel geduld om alle apparatuur in te stellen. In het voorseizoen was er in de omgeving nog niet zoveel te doen. Maar daar staat de rust tegenover, voor ons een prima resultaat. En Agia Napia is niet ver weg en daar is alles.

Nibel is a great host who always gladly helps and recommends anything. Her house is beautiful, clean, and very spacious, we immediately fell in love with it here! Every day we had fresh, huge, and juicy lemons from the garden, as well as other fruits. The surroundings of the house are very quiet and peaceful, with a view directly to the fascinating ghost town - Varosha which is just across the road. Also there are very friendly and kind neighbours! 😊 Definitely recommend this place!

This is a fabulous house, roomy, airy and perfect for a stay in Nicosia. We needed to be close to local government buildings and it’s a 15 minute walk to the old town. Loads of shops, restaurants nearby, we hired a car but you don’t need one as it’s opposite the bus terminal. The garden is lovely, the smell of the orange blossom on the trees was simply amazing. We also enjoyed the lemons and oranges off the trees. Huseyin was a great host, attended to our every need very quickly. My father is elderly and I asked for some non slip mats which promptly arrived the next day. The house has many things left over from previous guests like cling film, foil, teas, coffees etc.

Top, un logement super pour passer quelques jours au bord de la mer. Accès direct à la plage et superbe terrasse pour se reposer et manger. Stavros, l’hôte, a été très accueillant and nous a laissé beaucoup de nourriture/spécialités (faits maison) à notre arrivée et pendant notre séjour. Je recommande vraiment. Merci encore!

Cudowne miejsca dla grupy, u nas 8 osób, każdy miał swoją sypianie. Kuchnia osobno z wyjściem na taras co było super wygodne. W kuchni dostępne wszystko co trzeba. Mieszkanie czyściutkie i zadbane, wygodnie urządzone. Kontakt z gospodarzem super! Można się zameldować o każdej porze. Polecam gorąco. Dziękujemy za gościnę ❤️

Gemütlich, nicht weit vom Strand (ca. 5 Min mit 2 kleinen Kinder) und von der Stadt (ca. 15 Min zu Fuß). Disco für die Kinder und musikalische Abenden konnten wir im nebenstehensen Hotel besuchen. Bequim für die Familien mit den Kinder. Viel Spaziergangzönen. Alles super gewesen!

Theodoros place is very beautiful with a great homely energy. The place is seconds from the beach and a starry sky at night. If you are looking for peace and serenity this is it, do not hesitate! The cat is very sweet also. Theodoros was responsive when I called/ messaged, easy going and friendly. I loved my stay here so much and would definitely recommend to friends family and come back when I can. You do need a car to get around fyi!

Отдельно хочется отметить удобное расположение — можно пешком добраться до многих интересных мест. Прекрасный район, все под рукой! Огромное спасибо за теплую атмосферу и внимание к деталям. Irene's place was spacious and had a very homely feeling. The rooms were very spacious and so was the living room. Check in was quite straightforward and Irene was extremely responsive. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook all three meals & coffee. Bathroom was clean and had all the amenities. Having parking in the back was great since it's not possible to get around without a car. The neighbourhood was packed with restaurants and bars.

Maria's place was amazing. The location is within walking distance from very good restaurants and the beach, yet private in a quiet area. The rooms were clean, we really appreciated the two bedrooms. We liked the terrace, as well as the small (but functional) kitchen. All the ammenities listed were present and functional (though the hair dryer could have been a bit more powerful). The check-in process went smooth, but we didn't really like there was only one key (also attached to the card required for power).

Our stay in Jan's appartment was great. It is spacious, charming with a lot of handcraft. We came with 2 small kids and Jan provided a potty and toys for them. Welcome gift was a nice touch:) in our case it was some stuff for breakfast as we came late at night. We've also got good recommendations for restaurants. In March this location was very quiet, we had the beach just for us. There is a beautiful promenade along the coastline within walking distance perfect for strollers. In Winter I recommend to take some warm socks :) the floor was cool, which is perfect for the heat of the Summer. Jan provided clear instructions about the apparment and was a very responsive host. We would definitelly come again.

Very smart and pristine apartment. Toufic couldn’t be any more helpful. Access to the apartment is very easy. There is a small supermarket within a 10 minute walk.

Maria is very helpful and friendly and always ready to help you. She gave clear instructions. The apartment is cosy, clean and equipped with all necessary amenities and equipment. I would return to her apartment if I decide to visit Paralimni again.

Peaceful location close to the beaches and restaurants and has two large supermarkets close by. Large outdoor area was great for relaxing. Apartment is well equipped with everything we needed.

Nice big apartment! The kitchen is well equipped. Very big terrace, which we really enjoyed. Lots of seating and a sunshade on the terrace. The beds were comfortable. It was great that both rooms had their own bathroom. The only problem for me was the cold floors, but there was no problem with flip-flops.

We had pleasant 3 days at Chris's apartment. Chris was super informative. We got a huuuuuge, detailed message with all necessary information about check-in, neighborhood, shops, restaurants... Literally, everything you should know :)

Bir seminer için Mahsa’nın evinde konakladık. Konaklamamın en başından sonuna kadar dost canlısı, misafirperver ve eşsiz bir ev sahibiydi. Her gün düzenli şekilde herhangi bir şeye ihtiyacımız olup olmadığını, her şeyin yolunda olup olmadığını sordu. Ev gayet temiz ve düzenliydi. Her şey anlatıldığı gibiydi. We had an absolutely wonderful 3 week stay at Alexis airbnb in Nicosia. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the place. Alexis was incredibly hospitable, providing detailed information about the property and the local area, and was always available to assist with any questions or needs. The location of the apartment was perfect. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood, it offered a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet it was still conveniently close to all the major attractions and amenities. Overall, our stay at Alexis apartment exceeded our expectations. The combination of a fantastic host, a comfortable and well appointed apartment, and an excellent location made for an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a delightful and hassle free stay in Nicosia. We can’t wait to return!!
