Loved it. Went here on a work trip as I didn’t want me and 2 workers to be trapped in a hotel. I will never rent a hotel on a work trip again because of this house. It was better than advertised, immaculately clean, and just felt like a second home. Thomas answered questions fast and I couldn’t be happier with our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at a delightful place, we hated to leave! We enjoyed drinking coffee on the porch. Logan was a great host and the home was spotless! We can’t wait to come back again and catch more fish!!

This home was beautiful! The kids enjoyed their stay and the friends we invited were very impressed. Overall visit went great and the host was very responsive with all of our concerns.

What a great view. This was our first guys trip to Toledo Bend. The dock was amazing. Plenty of space to hangout. We used the boat ramp. It was very convenient. This location is very close to Many, LA so groceries etc are very close. Gilligans crawfish and barbecue were close and amazing. Definitely recommend. The rooms were as listed and comfortable. The kitchen was good.

Exactly what we were looking for. A last minute get-away to a cozy spot with a beautiful view. House was very well kept, and had a great view of the lake with an awesome patio and outdoor space!

This place was beautiful! Would definitely stay there again. The size was perfect for our group, the house was very clean, the hot tub was amazing! The house was very roomy and comfortable!! Lots of outdoor space as well as TVs in every bedroom plus’s both living areas and on the deck. Everyone in our group was satisfied and we left feeling pleased we chose this particular house to make memories in!!! Thank you Eric for sharing your house with my family!!! BTW we had total of 10 adults and 2 children and had more than enough room. The beds were comfortable.

Quiet and beautiful home. Never knew the neighbors were around. Peaceful place to stay and enjoy the short drive to many restaurants, shops, and activities.

This is an older home but so charming and is right on lake Hamilton. We enjoyed fishing and kayaking, there were two kayaks there we used, they also had an inflatable kayak but didn’t require it. We had a family trip, 6 of us, all adults. Sleeping accommodations worked out well. Two clean bathrooms with great towels! Great living room space and table for eating or card games :) there were also board games provided for us to use. The kitchen was perfect for cooking breakfast before we headed out for adventures in town. Kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. Also had a grill outside but we didn’t use. We walked to a very close park with trails nearby. Walmart close drive if you forgot anything. Doyet was a delightful host, so kind and knowledgeable about the area. He lives right next door and is very responsive to any needs. He also left us some arrival goodies and flowers! I would love to stay here again!

We had an amazing stay. It was very cozy and calm. The game room was so much fun! I highly recommend visiting the cottage.

Christopher was welcoming with clear instructions on how to access the house. He provided a bottle of wine and dog treats for our Buttercup pup. The house is small and cozy and still has two bathrooms. We enjoyed the lovely deck & the screened in porch is nice.

This place was absolutely beautiful and such a cozy home. Kristi was responsive and the communication was great. She even let us check-in a couple hours early since the place was vacant the day before. The only con was the hot tub needed a part ordered and it wasnt going to be installed until after our trip ended. My gf and I were not able to enjoy it the first night. However, it started heating up and it work the rest of our trip! This also was not a damper on our vaction, as we decided to extend our stay for another night because we liked it so much! I brought some poles and we fished off the private dock, enjoyed staying in while it stormed and rested in the hot tub at night. All of her TVs were connected to all the streaming platforms, making movie nights an ease. I would love to come back during the warmer months to enjoy the kayaks they provide, as it was too cold to enjoy them.This place was very much worth it and we had an amazing time. Thank you for the great memories we made!

No words can adequately describe how awesome Dewitt is! His cottage is adorable, so so clean, and to top that off Dewitt will bend over backwards to see that you have a great time. It’s a perfect quiet escape and the views are amazing. This is our second stay here and we will be back! Feels like home away from home and Dewitt feels like your favorite family member. This is an adorable home situated right on the lake with a beautiful view. Our family had both of their cabins and it's a great space for a family to come and spend some time together. The outdoor area is amazing!

This Air BnB is the best one I’ve ever stayed at. Donna and Luke were so responsive and helpful, and the house was absolutely perfect. We loved getting to sit on the back porch, sipping our coffee and watching the water! The house was perfectly secluded but also only 10-15 minutes from everything we wanted to go to and see, so the location was prime. If you are thinking of staying at an Air BnB in Hot Springs, consider this your sign to book this one!

I was very upset when I saw it was going to be raining and storming the whole weekend I was in town, but the place was amazing, and everyone had a lot of fun! The rooms were very spacious and it was beautiful all around. Would definitely come back!

My husband and I stayed for our anniversary. The whole property was absolutely perfect for a serene outdoor getaway. We were only able to use the kayaks and hammock for one day of our stay due to adverse weather but we would definitely come back! When the threat of severe weather came through, our host was very accommodating and communicative as well!

We loved the decks, fire pit and parking. Cabins were clean well appointed. The beds were very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again.

Two night getaway for 6th wedding anniversary. Peaceful, quiet, restful time. Bed was super comfortable and the fireplace was wonderful over the colder than normal weekend. Enjoyed eating at the Ouachitas and the Chopping Block and looking around the family owned furniture store. Friendly greetings all around!

We had three families and lots of children stay here and it was a great getaway for us and the kids! Perfect to just relax, hide out and fish 24/7! Warning though to anyone with allergies, the pollen was crazy this time of year! We ended up ignoring it and going out anyways and the kids couldn’t care less about it. But it was messy and gave us the sniffles.

We had a wonderful time! The cabin was beautiful and perfect for us two and our fur baby! Thank you to Terry for being an amazing host!

best place I've been so far. this was an all girls trip and we felt very safe. the cabins are spread out you so barely see them. we didn't see a single person while we were there, which was nice. the place was very clean and also smelled clean. one of my favorite little things about the place is the robes, loved that. the showers were pretty spectacular also. we loved all the outdoor seating which was nice for us to sit and enjoy the lake. they thought of everything for this cabin. thanks for making this an amazing vacation for us.

We loved our stay! The house felt like home when we first walked in. Pam left us some thoughtful snacks, and a helpful guide to the area. We enjoyed the s'mores at the comfy firepit, and relaxed and enjoyed our coffee on the front porch. The kayaks were so much fun to use as well. Everything was decorated for St. Patrick's Day, which was so thoughtful. Our stay was restful because of the comfy beds and quiet surroundings. Their house is close to everything. We would love to stay again!
