Truly a beautiful soul is Laura, her husband and dear children. location is superb, walking distance to everything..we felt safe and truly welcoming to such a remarkable city. we will be back. Great place to stay, not too far from transport links and very easy to get to. Everything was clean and Karin qas a great host. Area is beautiful and wonderfully peaceful, its also located not too far from the olympic hotel and stadium which makes for an easy landmark to ask for directions to if you get a little lost.

Vincent is a fantastic host, so helpful and quick to respond and provided clear instructions and great local recommendations. We loved our stay in Amsterdam, so much to see and experience. Lots close by and walkable. The apartment is a lovely and restful space with everything you need to rest after a full day of sight seeing. The only challenge of course is the stairs but when you know what you are getting into it is fine.

Excellent place to stay! Wonderful location in the water and we enjoyed our time here. Max was friendly and responsive.

We loved the apartment. Gorgeous high ceilings and very comfortable. In a beautiful side road away from the crowds, but a stone’s throw from the major galleries and a good supermarket. Easy tram ride from the station. Martine was wonderfully hospitable and very easy to communicate with. We felt very much at home and had an excellent experience. Would definitely like to stay there again.

Great place, lovely area, nice walk to get ferry into the centre. Flat was very clean and had everything we needed. Hosts were amazing, responded really quickly and gave great information. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Location is perfect. Short walk to a nearby unground parking facility as well as many sites to see around Amsterdam. Sebastian was easily the most kind and thoughtful Airbnb host I have had, he made check in a breeze, helped with getting out luggage to the third floor and had a bottle of champagne, the best local marzipan rolls you can get and fresh flowers waiting for us. I couldn't recommend this more!

거실에 전신창문이 있어서 문 열어놓고 테이블에서 아침밥 먹었는데 너무 좋았어요! 버스를 타야하지만 2정거장 정도 가면 맛집도 있어서 좋았습니다.

My family and I had a great stay at Stephanie's place in Amsterdam. The location is great – in a very nice neighborhood close to the Vondelpark, with easy access to trams, restaurants, and shopping. The Jumbo supermarket at the end of the street was very convenient. Stephanie gave us some good recommendations for things to do/places to eat in the neighborhood, and this was also a great home base for exploring the city – a nice place to relax after walking around all day. Hopefully it will be available the next time we visit! Thanks Stephanie! :)

Thomas is very responsive with questions and recommendations. The location itself is safe and private with short walks to public transit options. We were able to accommodate an early check-in and were provided clear instructions for check-out.

It’s nice quiet place with friendly people (the hosts as well as the people around). There is a bar / restaurant right next door, but it’a open only 10am - 5pm. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The beds are comfortable. The only minor drawback is that there is a nice fireplace outside, but there is no wood.

Mati is a wonderful hostess. She was always proactive in communication and always very helpful in any way. She made a taxi reservation for a 4 AM taxi for the airport with a trusted taxi company, she had great recommendations for restaurants and helped me find the right bus to get to and from Central Station. She is very warm and kind and enjoyable to work with.

Soggiorno di 4 notti in 4 con 2 bambini di 3 e 6anni. La casa di Guido è ideale per i bambini che hanno molto appressato il salta salta nel giardino oltre che gli spazi esterni ed interni molto vivibili. Nonostante il circondario sia residenziale il centro è raggiungibile in 15 minuti di tram. Assolutamente consigliatissimo.

Ήταν υπέροχη η διαμονή μας στο Amsterdam τον Αυγουστο του 2024, μείναμε περίπου 20 ημέρες στο διαμέρισμα της Claartje (οικογενειακώς : ζευγάρι με δυο παιδιά) και είμαστε πολύ χαρούμενοι με την επιλογή μας. Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο και οικείο με έναν καταπράσινο κήπο, όμορφα χρώματα και cozy γωνιές για να χαλαρώσεις και να ξεκουραστείς μετά από τις ατελείωτες βόλτες στην πόλη. Όλος ο οικιακός εξοπλισμός που χρειαζόμασταν ήταν εκεί. Μόλις 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το Vondelpark και ένα βήμα μακριά ότι μικρό εστιατόριο μπορείς να φανταστείς , καθώς και καταστήματα με ότι χρειάζεσαι να αγοράσεις και να καλύψεις όλες τις ανάγκες σου. Μια γειτονιά που τα έχει όλα. Η επικοινωνία με τους οικοδεσπότες ήταν εύκολη και άμεση πριν την άφιξη μας αλλά και καθόλη τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ την Claartje και τον Bas για την φιλοξενία.

Just returned from an 8-day stay. The place was as shown so we knew what to expect and all turned out the way as advertised: Helena was always responsive, flexible and welcoming in person with local goodies, bottle of wine and suggestions for local restaurants. Location might be a bit unusual, going down 2 steps into a basement studio but you still have windows to the canal-side street view. Location is ideal for city exploration: a Metro stop across the street, a supermarket around the corner and several restaurants within a block, surprisingly quiet, in the city of Amsterdam. Highly recommend for those who want to explore a real, local city scene.

Thomas was great from the moment we got into Amsterdam, immediately got us checked in and explained about the apartment in detail, along with local recommendations! He was more than happy to help with anything I needed and was extremely attentive! The place itself is great with Oosterpark round the corner and metro/trams all within a 10/15 minute walk to get anywhere within the city - local restaurants & cafe’s all within 5 minute walk too! The place looks bigger than the photos which was nice surprise! We even had stuff in the fridge waiting for us upon arrival! Thanks again Thomas for being a great host and letting us stay at your home - I’ll be coming back!

Michiel en Rosa zijn zulke lieve mensen. We voelden ons gelijk thuis in het appartement door een super Lief welkomst cadeau. Alles zag er verzorg en netjes uit. De communicatie was uitstekend en het was altijd fijn om even een praatje te maken met Michiel en Rosa. De ligging van het appartement is super en de omgeving lijkt wel een ansichtkaart. Gewoon een superfijne ervaring om hier te verblijven. Zelfs in de winter. We gaan ze missen maar zijn ontzettend blij dat ze een onderdeel van onze reis zijn geweest. We had a great stay at Anna’s place. It was so nice to be away from the touristy areas and in a quiet, comfortable, well equipped apartment. With transit you can be in the city center quickly but it is also very walkable. Anna was always super responsive and provided lots of great recommendations for restaurants and places to go in the area. Highly recommend staying here!

Daan and Iris were excellent hosts and very accommodating and flexible with our requests. They even left us a welcoming bottle of red wine, which was a very nice surprise. The apartment is very well designed and decorated…a little oasis. Loved the little various souvenirs they have on display from their travels, showing their appreciation of the different cultures of the world. Oh, and the king size bed was SO comfortable, it was hard to get out of bed in the mornings. Would definitely stay here again!
