Thomas is very responsive with questions and recommendations. The location itself is safe and private with short walks to public transit options. We were able to accommodate an early check-in and were provided clear instructions for check-out.

Our week end at Mickey’s was very nice. The house is very spacious and peaceful. We loved the big windows and the garden. We also enjoyed some trips to Amsterdam even if it is better to go by car rather than with public transport which are longer. The rooms and bathrooms were perfect (we were a group of 8 friends including 2 couples). Mickey was even available on during the week in case we needed some help or just to answer to our questions. There is a supermarket really close to the house (5 min by walk) which is also really helpful!

wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen diese Unterkunft gerne weiter. Eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin und ein sehr schönes und modernes Haus in einer ruhigen Gegend. Einkaufsläden waren fußläufig zu erreichen genau wie die verschiedenen Anbindungen an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.

We had a great time, great location and easy access to main roads- great for families planning daily trips to cities and parks. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood, close to village center(10min ride) for supermarket, restaurants etc. The house is lovely and well equipped, Anne and her team are welcoming and friendly, easy to check in and out, no fuss. I highly recommend

Ήταν υπέροχη η διαμονή μας στο Amsterdam τον Αυγουστο του 2024, μείναμε περίπου 20 ημέρες στο διαμέρισμα της Claartje (οικογενειακώς : ζευγάρι με δυο παιδιά) και είμαστε πολύ χαρούμενοι με την επιλογή μας. Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο και οικείο με έναν καταπράσινο κήπο, όμορφα χρώματα και cozy γωνιές για να χαλαρώσεις και να ξεκουραστείς μετά από τις ατελείωτες βόλτες στην πόλη. Όλος ο οικιακός εξοπλισμός που χρειαζόμασταν ήταν εκεί. Μόλις 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το Vondelpark και ένα βήμα μακριά ότι μικρό εστιατόριο μπορείς να φανταστείς , καθώς και καταστήματα με ότι χρειάζεσαι να αγοράσεις και να καλύψεις όλες τις ανάγκες σου. Μια γειτονιά που τα έχει όλα. Η επικοινωνία με τους οικοδεσπότες ήταν εύκολη και άμεση πριν την άφιξη μας αλλά και καθόλη τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ την Claartje και τον Bas για την φιλοξενία.

I had an absolutely incredible stay! The hosts were amazing—thoughtful, kind, and always making sure everything was perfect. The home was spotless, comfortable, and so welcoming. The kitchen was a dream to use, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Every little detail showed how much care and attention they put into making guests feel at home. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience, beautiful modern house. Thank you for everything! 😊

Birgit was a fantastic host! Her home was perfect for our quick trip to Amsterdam. It is located close to public transportation (less then 10 minutes to Centraal Station) and a grocery story is around the corner. Birgit showed us around her place and explained how to use different features of the house. She helped map out the easiest routes around the city for us. She was always available and super friendly. We had a great time and cannot wait to visit again.

We were astonished at how beautiful and unique this place was. Even more than the photos in the listing! It was a perfect location to go into Amsterdam for the day.

The first thing I have to say is Sophie and Pieter are clearly lovely people. We were late because of traffic but Sophie waited for us and gave a warm and very helpful welcome. Secondly, the apartment is a real home from home. The kitchen has all the equipment you need if you want to dine at home. Throughout the apartment everything was clean and functional as well as being well designed and attractive. Thirdly, the location is excellent. The tram runs regularly on the Overtoom and gets you right into the centre in 20 easy minutes. On the other side is the Vondelpark, which is a slice of real Amsterdam that many people would miss, which is a shame as it’s fantastic. The bar run by the brewery was a real find for us. Around you are a number of excellent places to eat and drink on both sides of the park and into the centre. Finally I am going to return to Sophie and Pieter - honestly you could not get better hosts. Thank you very much - we intend to return.

Very lively neighborhood De Pijp, close to a lot of places by foot - most within 20 minutes or less of walking to many go-to spots in Amsterdam. Many restaurants, bars, coffee corners, shops around. Lovely to walk around with all local people. Place was fantastic, brand new. It's on the ground floor, easy to walk in. The living room very well decorated, the kitchen is very well equipped. The master bedroom is quite big with an ensuite bathroom (no shower), the second bedroom is a bit small, no room to fit luggages, but you can always use the wardrobes. The main bathroom has quite big shower with a steam bath. We couldn't use the garden, because it was winter but it would be lovely to hang there in good weather for sure. Our hosts was very welcoming and responsive. All our conversations was smooth and professional. Definitely recommending the place and would stay here again without a doubt!

Miriam is very friendly and owns a nice dog. She was very helpful. The Airbnb was clean and really great. The check-in information via email was very helpful and clear. We would love to come back to this great Airbnb!

We had a wonderful stay at Theodora’s apartment! Met us outside when we first arrived and Stan even carried our luggage up for us. The apartment is beautiful and is in the best location!

Alexander was very responsive before and throughout our stay in the studio apartment. Great location. He was very accommodating with his check-in and check-out. He and his wife gave a special little gift of cookies for my daughter who was celebrating a birthday trip. I highly recommend this place and Alexander as a host.

Had a great stay here. Very beautiful location. A really lovely home that Tijmen has crated with easy access to everything worth visiting in Amsterdam. Lovely places to eat and drink very close to the apartment. If we came back to Amsterdam we would definitely stay here again. Obviously as a result would highly recommend

What a great stay! I had a last minute opportunity to head to Amsterdam to join my parents on vacation…their hotel was sold out, so I was on my own. I found this gem about a mile from City Center, super accessible by foot or tram to everything! Thank goodness Jorrit was there to greet me and help with my heavy suitcase…the stairs (2 flights) were SUPER narrow on the treads (seems to be the case everywhere in the city) and about as wide as my suitcase. But once upstairs, the place was exactly as described…plus a lovely welcome basket with Dutch treats! I was prepared for no AC, but there was a recent heatwave so it was hottt. But it cooled down and was beeezy with the windows open and fans on. Very safe neighborhood, and even a pub within 100 steps (but not noisy or rowdy). The kitchen was well stocked, so I saved on things like salt and pepper and EVOO and basics. Jorrit gave lots of GREAT recs on where to go & what to do. A super stay and I’d definitely rent here again! Thanks!

Anna and John , out hosts were wonderful. Place was so well designed and so beautiful. I could tell a lot of thought was put into the design. I think the place would be even better with a notebook with instructions about house, tv, appliances , and check out procedure . On the other hand, Anna and John were so responsive. Anna and John met us at the apartment , plane was delayed so arrived late around 9:30. Anna and John were flexible and gave us a warm welcome with tour of house. However in the morning, I discovered scaffolding with green mesh across windows. I paid top dollar for a canal house with view of canal. This was a disappointment and was not told about this. I would never have rented if I knew there was barely a view through the windows with scaffolding and mesh . Everything else was wonderful! Future renters should ask about the obstructed view.

Great, cozy place to stay in if you want something close to Amsterdam, but nice and quiet. Great to be on the water, supermarket/shops in a nice picturesque town 5 mins from the house and you’ll drive into Amsterdam in 10 mins. Host super responsive and smooth and flexible checkin and checkout. Recommend!

The amazing house offers the perfect home away from home with everything you could possibly need. The accommodation was very spacious, well equipped and in a wonderful location. Murielle was exceptional from start to finish, helping us with arranging things to do, sorting a grocery delivery prior to our arrival, and on hand at any moment to answer any questions we had.

Wir waren für zwei Nächte in dem wunderschönen, ruhig gelegenen Haus und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dort. Es ist alles sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, super sauber und toll ausgestattet. Der wunderschöne Garten, lädt mit allem, was er bietet, zum Entspannen ein. Auch die Kommunikation bei Fragen/Anliegen lief unkompliziert und schnell. Kirsten war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Alles in allem echt spitze! 🫶🏼

Our family of four had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay in this gorgeous house. The location was quiet and scenic as well as extremely convenient to historic Utrecht, a pretty canal walk, bakeries, grocery store, restaurants, and public transportation. Pim and Cynthia were very responsive, lent us a bike, and had great recommendations. Highly recommend!

Wir haben uns während dem Aufenthalt in Amsterdam sehr wohl gefühlt, da man nicht direkt mitten in der Stadt und sich perfekt zurückziehen konnte. Der Ort bietet alles was man braucht und die Unterkunft war der Hammer! Eigene Saune & Whirlpool waren an den kühlen Oktober Abenden perfekt. Zimmeraufteilung top und besonderer Stimmung durch die hohen Decken! Alles in einem 10/10

My family of 5 had a wonderful time at this home! It was beautiful, clean, relaxing and extremely convenient to get around town via bus/metro. We walked every morning around town because the town is extremely charming with several restaurants and a market 2 blocks away. I made breakfast every morning in the beautiful kitchen which had everything one would need. The host was so incredibly amazing, he tracked my flight and knew I would be arriving hours before I told him I would be so he was waiting for us which was amazing after a long flight. He was so sweet, courteous and caring. We were greeted with a warm welcome and many, many treats for us in the refrigerator. From eggs, milk, selection of fresh breads, sweets, fruit, wine, a delicious pear juice, selection of deli meats, butter, and many more items. The warmest welcome we’ve ever received. As if that’s not enough, the AC worked great! The pics don’t do it justice. This is a must stay! Thank you so much for everything!!
