Souliya is a great host. He met us when we arrived and showed us the place. Really kind and generous family. Helped us with our luggage. Very welcoming. The house is very relaxing. Comfy bed. Nice shower. Good WiFi for video calls. We appreciated the washing machine and laundry rack to dry clothes on the balcony. Great sofa area as a work space. We visited when Laos was unseasonably cold - it’s winter but everyone in the town was saying how cold it is! So if you do visit in winter bring a few layers for night time and first thing in the morning. We stayed several nights and he was kind enough to send a cleaner half way through our stay to refresh towels and take out the trash. Recommend Lula coffee for excellent morning coffee a few minutes walk away.

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Alles war sehr ordentlich, sauber und es wohnt eine sehr nette Señora nebenan, die uns bei allen Fragen geholfen hat. Zu Fuß sind es 25 Minuten ins Zentrum, leichter ist es aber mit einem Roller :)

The host was very friendly and the place was just as in the pictures. I really liked the location and the quite room and will gladly come back!

This was our favourite place to stay so far - it’s a beautiful historic home located on a quiet side street off the main road in the old town, surrounded by great restaurants and cafes. At the top of the street, you have moped hire shop (excellent), a massage salon & a French bakery & cafe. Everything you need! It’s a very peaceful location. From the balcony, you can watch the Buddhist monks opposite cleaning the temple grounds. You can walk to the night market & numerous riverside eateries from here. The roads are surprisingly quiet - it’s a very walkable city. The garden, house & balcony are all lovely - very comfy beds, the aircon & fan worked really well & it was great to have a large water refill on site. The cleaning team were so sweet & did a wonderful job. Souliya was super quick to respond - we locked ourselves out of the safe & within minutes she had someone round to sort it. Everything felt very organised, calm & safe - the essence of Luang Prabang. We’ll be back!

LOVED our stay here! This Airbnb is a beautiful resort, pet of Hilton’s Small Luxury Hotels in the World. This stay is gorgeous and the highlight of the start of our trip to Laos. The manager, Carl, was very kind and responsive to our needs as well. They use an app for all communication and have excellent activities and will help you book transportation as well. We are really please with our stay and only wish we could stay longer. We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful 3 nights stay here as part of our honeymoon. The Namkhan very nicely upgraded us to the Lovers’ Tent upon our arrival at the resort. All the staff we met were so friendly and helpful, and it really made us feel so special and cared for the entire time we were there. It is a little far out from city centre of Luang Prabang, but if you’re looking more for a peaceful, quiet stay, we highly recommend (:

Had a lovely time here. We thought the house was so beautiful and worth a visit. Looked exactly like the pictures and the hosts were very nice. The only negative was there was some construction nearby so it was a little bit loud in the mornings, but this isn’t their fault. We would recommend this place to everyone and hope to be back!

Très bon séjour chez Mark ! La maison est très spacieuse, propre, bien située dans le quartier de la vieille ville. On peut facilement rejoindre les sites principaux de la ville à pied. Très bon accueil et communication tout au long du séjour. Nous recommandons !! (A noter qu'il y a bien 3 espaces couchage avec lits doubles : 2 chambres climatisées et un espace bureau sans climatisation avec le dernier lit où il peut faire un peu chaud selon la saison).

Souliya‘s place is a lovely, two-story stone-wood house with wooden shutters. It a very cosy and well decorated home. We just fell in love with it and the surrounding area. 🥰 The bed is comfy. The bathroom complete with a nice shower. Great appliances. Easy walkable to both rivers and old town. It has a little garden or terrace, depending on whether you are on the ground floor or on the first floor. Would return anytime. 🙏🏼
