Notre séjour avec les enfants fut excellent grâce notamment à la qualité des prestations de la villa, notamment la climatisation et la piscine. La villa est très propre, un pisciniste et un jardinier viennent entretenir les extérieurs tous les 2 jours. La communication avec Abdellatif a été excellente, il a été hyper réactif à chaque fois et arrangeant. Je vous recommande les yeux fermés pour un séjour au calme dans un beau cadre. On reviendra à coup sûr.

The apartment hosted by Mhamed and Oumaima has two storeys - the ground floor with the kitchen and the living room as well as one more room, and a second floor with the two sleeping rooms. On the ground floor you can go out in the private garden with a private pool. It was not very warm in January, so we were not able to use the pool and also had to use the A/Cs to warm up the apartment. The house where the apartment is, has also a beautiful garden and a large pool, which can also be used in the warm months. In front of the building is enough place to park your car. Within 10-20 minutes driving you can reach every spot in the city, so it's quite well situated. The nearby supermarket Marjane is 3 minutes by car or a 12 minutes walk. Mhamed and Oumaima were perfect hosts - very kind, responsive, and helpful! Thank you Mhamed and Oumaima for your hospitality!

We had a very lovely stay here, Marina was a pleasure and so helpful giving us tips and numbers for a taxi. The place was just what we were looking for with the Moroccan character and close enough to the centre in a taxi. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Merveilleux séjour chez Basma. Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances, maison sublime, très bien équipée, au calme. Idéal pour les familles. Hafida nous a régalé tout le long de notre séjour, merci pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Basma est très réactive et très sympathique. Au plaisir.

très belle villa,propre et grande, idéale pour un séjour en famille ou en groupe d'amis. L'emplacement est excellent, sur un golf, et à proximité de cafés et restaurants. l'hôte était au petit soin, et très serviable.

Wunderschönes Riad, das wir sehr empfehlen können. Wir wurden von Aziz persönlich empfangen und er zeigte uns alles. Als wir Probleme hatten mit dem Backofen war er trotz Fastenbrechen innerhalb 10 Minuten da und hat sich darum gekümmert. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und gut ausgestattet. Sehr schön gestaltete Bäder, Aufenthaltsbereiche und ein schönes Treppenhaus. Die gesamte Residenz ist eine Oase der Ruhe und wunderschön durchgrünt. Trotz Ramadan waren schon 2 Pools geöffnet. Diese sind sehr gepflegt.

The villa is beautifully furnished, with amazing open air facilities. Everything was very clean, and the surroundings are quiet and thus this was the perfect place to relax. The Al Maaden Golf Resort is well maintained, and the driveway leading to the car port is very pretty, with olive trees and palms lining the way. Mounir took care of the check-in and was very friendly and patient. And the gentlemen driving us from our car port to the villa were avaialable 24/7 and were very polite at all times. Youssef always responded to our queries quickly and in a helpful way. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have liked to stay a bit longer!

Beautiful place, we stayed for a three day trip to Morocco and had a wonderful time. the villa is amazing, enjoyed the pool, very spacious. Only thing the shower was cold last two days but other than that Tarik was a great communicator whenever we needed help

Our stay at Paolo’s villa was unforgettable – we had tears when we left as the staff were so wonderful! The perfect mix of exploring Marrakesh and Agafay, along with relaxing days by the pool, made for a wonderful experience. The villa is stunning, and we felt at home from the start. Sana, Fatima, and Jafaar made us feel like family, with delicious meals every day. After our first dinner, we asked them to cook for us the entire stay on the days we were there! Paolo was a fantastic host, arranging for Abdullah to pick us up from the airport and providing transport throughout our stay. The location was peaceful and safe, with a small village nearby, and the 30-minute drive into Marrakesh was no issue. The rooftop views were incredible, with hot air balloons and the snow-capped Atlas Mountains in the distance. At night, the starry skies were unforgettable. We can’t wait to return – thank you, Paolo, for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Très bon séjour dans cette magnifique villa, décoration intérieure très belle et colorée, piscine chauffée agréable en cette saison (fin d’hiver), nous avions une gouvernante de 9 à 16h qui faisait le ménage (vaisselle, machine et repassage), Houda et son mari ont été très gentils et réactifs, ils nous ont de plus recommandé de bonnes adresses, merci encore pour tout 😊

Great riad in the heart of it all. Colle was great with his communication, he provided all the great recommendations along with airport transfers. Riad was easy to find in the heart of the Medina. Location felt very safe. It was clean and peaceful.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour à la Villa Seyana à Marrakech. La villa est magnifique, propre et très bien entretenue, idéale pour un séjour en famille. Le personnel est au petit soin, et mention spéciale à Saïda, la cuisinière, dont les plats étaient délicieux et préparés avec beaucoup d’attention. Une expérience que je recommande sans hésitation !

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce riad à Marrakech ! Le lieu est fidèle aux photos, très propre et joliment décoré. Un grand merci à Fatima et Simo qui ont été adorables, très accueillants et toujours disponibles pour aider – leur gentillesse a vraiment fait la différence ! À noter que la propriétaire Karine n’était pas présente sur place, donc aucun contact direct avec elle. Petit bémol : les services supplémentaires proposés (comme les transferts ou repas) sont nettement plus chers que les tarifs habituels à Marrakech, donc à prendre en compte. Autre point important : le riad s’étend sur 3 étages, ce qui peut être fatigant pour certaines personnes. En résumé, un très beau riad, parfait pour découvrir la médina dans de bonnes conditions !

La maison est exactement comme sur les photos, voir mieux en vrai. C’est très beaux, agréable et cozy. Cette maison a énormément de charme. On s’est senti dépaysé mes Amis et moi. J’y ai fêté mon anniversaire, on y a passé des moments inoubliables. Vraiment un grand merci à Fatiha, qui a été exceptionnel tout le long de notre séjour et d’une grande gentillesse. Une communication super fluide, d’une très grande aide et de très bons conseils. Elle a tout fait pour que notre séjour soit réussi. Et tout ça uniquement par écrit. Exceptionnel. Encore Merci, car mon tout premier séjour à Marrakech a été un franc succès. Je recommande !

Eine ausgesprochen zentrale Unterkunft, in der wir uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Oussama war sehr hilfsbereit und bemüht, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Für die beiden Frauen in der Küche gilt dasselbe. Wir kommen gern wieder.

10/10. The riad is absolutely beautiful. Stunning courtyard, gorgeous terrace. Naima makes a delicious breakfast and a mean cup of mint tea. She was charming as one could ask for, and easy to get along with. Brahim was very helpful as well. Chris' guide on Airbnb to local places doesn't miss. Be sure to get the lamb tagine at Le Tanjia. Planning on coming back next year and will absolutely stay here again if it's available. My only regret was not asking Naima to make us dinner, because I bet her tagine beats the local restos.

Villa à environ 30 mn de Marrackech. Nous avons apprécié d être au calme . La maison est très grande et bien équipée, la piscine chauffée est un vrai plus. Je recommande de faire appel à aux cuisinières , discrètes : les plats très bons !! Nous reviendrons pour un prochain séjour . Le véhicule est indispensable..

The Villa is amazing, can’t complain. Everything was perfect, mehdi was also swift in his responses to deal with any issues, the maid is also available who cooks and cleans the whole villa, giving us a hotel experience at the same time, the pool is slightly cold and taxis struggle to find the location as its on the outskirts of the city but once you know the route its fairly simple to get to, we will definitely be back

Très bon logement lorsque l'on a l'avion dans la nuit car il est situé à 10-15min a pied de l'aéroport. Yassine est un hôte très serviable, disponible et réactif. Il nous a même accompagné à pied en pleine nuit jusqu'à l'aéroport pour nous aider à porter nos bagages. Merci pour tout Très bon rapport qualité prix, nous recommandons.

We had an incredible week at Meyddi's place which looks exactly as the photos in the listing. The presence of caretakers Salah, Assiah and their baby made the stay only more special. They are some of the kindest people we've met and were always available to help or answer questions. As mentioned in other reviews the breakfast each day was fantastic. Meyddi was also very responsive and helped us book an unforgettable hot air balloon ride experience with a great company. We'd feel lucky to return one day.

We had a fantastic stay here. Francois was really good at communicating prior to our stay and nothing was too much. Khadija met us from the taxi and walked us to the Riad. She was extremely helpful, her food was fantastic and she was very accommodating. She even offered to walk us to the Secret Garden so we didn’t get lost! The riad itself was out of this world, what a little gem of a place. I would absolutely stay here again and would thoroughly recommend it. Location within the Medina was great and just a short walk from the souks. I want to return!

Le logement proposer part abderahim etais top du top nous avons passez un excellent sejour dans cet belle region en famille tres bon acceuil rapport qualités prix excellent merci encore a toi . ( nous avons ue des dort orages première nuit ou nous sommes arriver avec quelque coupure de courants et d eau abderahim nous a remboursé 1jour et demi sur la semaine que nous avons reserver sans meme lui avoir demander un remboursement)
