We loved this property at Purgatory resort. We were here during off season so everything was quite but it is located just opposite to the resort entrance with option for free shuttle to the skiing area so that is plus especially since we prefer to stay in a homely environment instead of a resort. We had a Tesla and having a covered garage with a level 2 charger made the difference for us to choose this property (will need to have a J1772 to CCS adapter though). The surrounding is beautiful and its right on 550 in between Durango and Silverton so great location IMO. The house itself is very modern and cozy. Brian has been super responsive to queries throughout. We loved our stay and will consider again when we visit this area.

The outside wrap-around deck means you can find a sunny or shady spot as needed. For us, we were seeking sunny and out of the breeze. A great place to stay if you are wanting multiple trips to Ridgway State Park as it is a quick drive up the highway.

We felt right at home! Very cozy and comfy. Pictures and descriptions were spot on. Cindy always answered my questions and went above and beyond to offer suggestions for things to do. Beds were so comfortable and never ran out of hot water for showers. 😊 Roku on the living room TV. Games in the closet. Extra linens in the closet and PLENTY of towels in the bathrooms. They really have thought of everything! Thank you! We saw a beautiful fox the first night.

Great location! Easy 5 minute walk to lift 7, convenient to Clark's market (3 minute walk), and convenient to old town Telluride. Unit was very clean & well stocked for the 4 of us (two couples) Appreciated the Ski Locker to store our skiis It's a 2 bedroom unit, 1 Master Suite with bath; 2nd bedroom is 2 twin beds, however, 2nd bathroom was upstairs which was fine during the day, a bit inconvenient at night, especially if you forget to keep the light on in the stairwell. But it worked fine for us. :) Appreciated the consistent updates and check in's, host was extremely responsive. Always wanted to be sure everything was going as it should be. Would definitely consider coming back.

Best place to stay. Our Host was great to communicate with prior to our stay answering all our questions in a timely manner. The condo far exceeded our expectations. It was well furnished with plenty of towels, cookware, extra refrigerator, a large washer and dryer, and all the amenities you could want. There were also lots of board games to keep our kids entertained as well as a swimming pool that was just a few steps away. We rented skis from Performance Skis which is near the Condo without the hassle and long lines of renting at the resort. I can't say enough about how great this condo and our Host was. We look forward to staying here again next year.

We had a great stay in the Purgatory Condo. We were close to the mountain and the Shuttle Service was excellent. We enjoyed the hot tub and comfortable surroundings after long days on the slopes.

Great place with free shuttle to Purgatory. Kitchen has the basic amenities (pots, pans, silverware, glasses, small appliances) and not much else. If you plan to cook there, make sure you bring any oils, spices, non-basic items etc you may need.

Homely and secluded slice of farm house tucked away in a beautiful part of CO. Any easy way to switch off the routine and life pace and bring your right into the present moment!

Thank you for such an amazing time...the house was amazing, only topped by the unbelievable skiing that we're able to get in at Telluride. The house is very close, and is a wonderful drive with views of the San Juan Mountains the entire time. I can't wait to come back and can't suggest this place enough! Sibylle gave clear, easy instructions to get in and the house was perfect...can't thank you enough!

If you have a group looking to ride OHV at Peach Valley or Dry Creek, this location is perfect. Plenty of room in the house to spread out for a good size group, nice hot tub, and all the things you would need. The host was very responsive for any needs prior to our arrival as well as once we were there.

So grateful for this option while we build our small spot in paonia. Would be difficult to do without folks like Sandy! 🙏 and she lets us come with our enormous dogs! 🐶

This is a lovely space in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful views. Very spacious and uncluttered but everything you’ll need for your stay. The little basket of toiletries in the bathroom was a nice addition! Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Daniels! He was very communicative and the place was very clean and exactly as photographed. The keypad on the door to get in was a bit finicky at times so we always carried the physical key. The wifi is a bit spotty as well. I brought my own T-Mobile box which worked great! The deer in the yard was a fun treat most mornings and evenings. It's about a 15 minute ride to town with a beautiful view on the way down the hill. Beware of deer! I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for peace and quiet in a beautiful area of CO.

We had a great stay. Everything was as expected and presented in the description. Easy access and close to town. Hosts were responsive to questions and reached out several times during our stay. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Great location for a weekend away in the mountains of Colorado with plenty of amenities for families and/or friends.

The San Juan house was amazing. It madew a great home base for Silverton mountain and was a great place to spend our evenings. The front porch is a great place to relax with a drink and take in the beautiful surroundings after a long day on the mountain. Many restaurants and bars in town are a quick walk from the house.

Norm was very welcoming and always available to meet any needs we had. He was very personable and has a lot of knowledge of the area. Super host! We loved our stay and would come again. The sunrises and sunsets were amazing There is a wonderful large yard with an outside grill and seating. I would highly recommend this home away from home !

Joshua's place was a great stay for the week. It was just what we were looking for, a home away from home. It was convenient to our work downtown and we were able to sit back and relax after putting in a long day. He checked in to make sure everything was as expected and was a great host. Thank you! This stay was great. So convenient for downtown and for the fairgrounds. The property was clean and comfortable and as described. I’ll be coming to this area several times next year and hope to repeat.

This was a beautiful and cozy space, perfect for our group. A short drive to mountain village for skiing and to take the gondola to town. Warm and comfortable, and well cared for!

We had a relaxing stay at this lovingly restored Victorian Airbnb. Classical music and soft lighting awaited us upon entering this cozy home. My husband said that the bed was one of the most comfortable he ever slept in. There was a family of deer that frolicked in the yard in the morning and at dusk. The views from the back yard were spectacular! We appreciated the extremely well stocked kitchen and numerous cozy spaces that were created throughout this historic home.
