Oh the apartment was looovely, the view was breathtaking. We immediately felt at home and it was hard saying goodbye to this wonderful and dreamy place. Communication, check-in etc. was super good, we could always communicate smaller issues. The only minor issue we had was that the apartment is not so soundproofed. But we only had like 1 or 2 instances where it was an issue for us. Although we were sceptical because of the high price, it’s absolutely worth it. Thank you so much for this wonderful stay!

Beautiful place in a quite place and so close to restaurants and beach which i love. Great communicative host and the place is value for money. Definitely will recommend to others.

The apartment has an amazing view and offers a super relaxing atmosphere. The place itself is great, and the host is even better—always responsive and ready to help with any questions or concerns. The only downside is that the immediate area is quite quiet, with limited activities nearby. However, about 2 km away, things get livelier, and it’s also not far from Ballito Junction, a fantastic mall with plenty of shops. Just keep in mind that Durban center is about a 40-minute drive away, all depends on what you're looking for in your stay/vacation

The place is beautiful. I loved the fact that the host responded quickly when we needed assistance. Having access to Netflix AND Showmax was great. I would definitely book again.

Rhonda's place was beautiful, peaceful and clean. It has direct access to the promenade and a clean swimming beach. It had everything I needed for a stay with my family. Rhonda and her team are very responsive and helpful.

Lovely clean apartment in a secure estate with lovely restaurant and swimming pool in the complex. It is up 2 flights of stairs and would prefer if it had air con and beach towels. Other than that, I give it 5 stars. Host was very responsive and accommodating and a pleasure to deal with.

We spent two nights here and everything was excellent. Beautiful apartment, close to the beach and other activities around. Host was very friendly and had good communication. Definitely recommend for others.

The place was very beautiful, clean and peaceful. Elsbeth went the extra mile by providing stuff you may need at the beach.

The cottage is very comfortable and clean and is well stocked with everything you need. The huge trees in the yard provided welcoming shade. The neighborhood is quiet and close to amenities like shops and restaurants. Annatjie is a star host, warm and friendly and very welcoming. She was always quick to respond to any questions and very helpful with suggestions. I would highly recommend her place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Durban.

Beautiful home, the pictures don't do it justice. All the rooms are beautiful and spotless. The estate has great activities, including walking and bike trails. Ana was also very engaging, proactive and communicated well. The helper kept the house clean at all times and was friendly. The dogs also added to the fun. A few glitches like the freezer not working after arrival but Ana made a plan. We could have done with more cupboard space as we were a big family with lots of groceries and had to keep them on the counters Overall magnificent holiday... a proper fun house. Highly recommended.

Such an amazing place to stay, very quiet and peaceful. Patrick as a host was absolutely amazing, always helping and making sure we were all good, while also suggesting ways to make the overall stay that much better. Finally if your looking for a quite beautiful place to stay with the family or with some friends this is definitely the place to be

The house was truly beautiful, and the agent was very kind. Although we felt unsettled when the electricity was out(caused by the municipality) and there was no running water for the first 2 days, we were able to use essential utilities thanks to solar power. The steep incline of the driveway meant we had to unload the van at the bottom and walk up, but this effort was rewarded with breathtaking views from the living room, pool, and every room in the house. Despite a few inconveniences, the house’s beauty and stylish interior design more than made up for them.

Janelle was friendly, helpful, communicative and responsive. The property was beautiful and the location gorgeous! Highly recommended this place.

What a lovely place we couldn't even go out because the place was just amazing. I definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants to unwind and relax.

We travelled from Canada with our little ones for the first time to reunite with family and couldn’t have found a better place to do it. What a spectacular home, stunning views of the valley and everything was clean and as pictured. Vanessa was a great host and very responsive throughout.

Carena's place was a large beautiful home with lots of gorgeous, mature palm trees. Carena and staff were so very helpful and kind and went out of their way to make sure our stay went perfectly. We greatly appreciated it 🙏🏼

This apartment is perfectly situated to all the facilities in the area and it is very safe. It is very well kept and extremely spacious. Security is great in the building

The place looks even better in person and the view from the balcony is breath taking. I would highly recommend this place and book it again in the future.

My family and I had the most splendid time in Bronwyn's well-appointed, spacious quayside apartment bosting magnificent views of the Durban coastline from every room and it's generous balcony, which are even better than the photos. Swimming and surfing beaches are just a few steps away. The area is amazingly quiet at night except for the soft whisper of the waves as they hit the shoreline, inducing the best sleep you're likely to have anywhere. Bronwyn and Mike are exceptional hosts and I do plan to return again soon.

The location of the accommodation is perfect because you are close to all shops and restaurants but still feel like you're not in the city. Even though it was just a short stay, it was definitely worth it. The only small hiccup was that there was no electricity on the last morning, so could not make breakfast or coffee or blow dry hair etc. Perhaps a gas stove would be a great addition and an inverter to keep the fridges and lights on, especially with the power situation in that area....but that was not a train smash. It happens. Overall can recommend it!!

Lovely place with sea view, tidal pool just infront of complex. A restaurant and coffee shop in walking distance. Enjoyed my stay.

Simon and Matt were great hosts. Very communicative and ready to help. Super friendly as well. The place is amazing. Close to Florida Rd with lots of restaurants. Felt at home. Will be visiting soon

The place was sooo beautiful and clean , we had everything we needed. Their service was super great .

We cannot recommend Jessica’s Airbnb enough and will look to stay there again the next time that we are in Durban. It is located directly on the promenade and a short walk from all of the key Umhlanga spots, in addition to being clean and well-decorated. Jessica herself was a great and responsive host.
