Each room sleeps 2 people. Lower level has a whimsical queen size circular bed that sleeps 2. And a washer & dryer. Pls don’t have guest sleep on upstairs couch. Pls use lower level bed. Camping site is soft and flat lawn. picnic table, and dry wood. *Guests bring their own camping gear!

We are located in California, Ohio w/ plenty of space for your family. 15-20 min WALK to Coney Island, Riverbend Music Center, PNC Pavilion, Belterra Casino/Race Track. 7 miles to Downtown Cincinnati. The entire house has all new updates and furnishings. 1/2 acre of yard space. *Summer 2023 note: outdoor pergola is down due to storm damage for the safety of our guests. Will be replacing soon!
