This home is just what we hoped for our family get together ❤️ we celebrated our twin grandbabies 2nd birthday. The space what terrific for them to run around. We were all able to dine together in the spacious dining room. The horses in the neighboring yard were beautiful. Florence is a nice area and so close to Cincinnati. We are already planning our next visit. Thanks Tom!

We booked Rodneys place months ago for 7 girls to stay in after going into downtown Cincinnati to bar hop and celebrate my sisters engagement! It had more beds then I expected (pull out beds on almost every one), was absolutely stunning and was perfect for all the pictures my sister wanted to do! The basement steps were a little steep and one of my sisters did fall down them but she's super clumsy so this is a given. Even with texted pictures on how to work the hot tub, none of us could get it heated past 75 degrees, which was rather disappointing. Either way, Rodney was super responsive, messaged me every morning and night to check if we needed anything, and texted me within half an hour with the pictures how how to work the hot tub. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay! Great for large groups - everyone felt like they could have their own space while also feeling like we could all be together. Kitchen was perfect for cooking meals. Beds were quite comfortable. Greg was an incredible host and very responsive!

From start to finish my experience with Ken was top tier. The house is beautiful and was perfect for my leadership retreat. My business partners are still talking about it . This is also great for a family getaway.

Vicki's place was a beautiful, cozy home tucked into a quiet neighborhood. If you're looking for a stay for your small-to-medium family, this place is great! A nicely updated home with enough mid-century charm remaining. Beautiful backyard view, fully stocked kitchen, and nice amenities for small children. Thanks for a great stay!

The space was perfect for my friends, myself and my dog. The home was very cozy in the living/dining area and the kitchen was great for cooking! I loved that the dining table was large enough for us all to eat together :) We all raved about both showers being excellently clean and enjoyable, the shower supplies also seemed to be high quality! The bedrooms were spacious and clean, everyone had plenty of room for their things. The beds were very comfortable all around. The dog bed in the living room was awesome as I have an elderly dog she’s normally on the floor so her having her own spot was great! The area was excellent and conveniently located to a lot of great restaurants! Street parking was easy we were parked right in front of the house the entire weekend. I would stay here again!

Great stay for 7 people. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Easy commute to the Ark encounter and Creation museum.
