The property was beautifully furnished and the facilities were clean and well equipped. Ideal sea front location with fantastic views. Within walking distance of the bars and restaurants. Would recommend to friends and family.

What a brilliant place to stay! Thank you Nina for creating such a peaceful, clean and comfortable home. Everything was clean, tidy and there were ample blankets, soaps and kitchen utensils and cleaning products to make us feel right at home. We stayed there with our 3 kids and it felt so safe...our children even made friends with the neighbours! Nina was easy to talk to and sent through so many local recommendations. We will 100% be visiting again!

Cozy historic cottage. Tastefully and uniquely decorated. It’s the little things that make you feel right at home. E.g cold spring water, fruit juices and fresh milk in the fridge. Towels from local Barrydale Hand Weavera, fresh quality tea, Nespresso coffee machine with cups, nice organic soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Big pile of wood supplied. Lovely seating areas inside and out. Central location. Will be back. :)

This place was truly exceptional and afforded us the exquisite beach vacation we wanted. It had everything we needed for our stay. The views were stunning. The villa is aesthetically pleasing and functional. Juanita Ann was a terrific host. She personally gave me a tour of the house during check in and took into account our unique needs of our family. She was very responsive throughout the trip and helpful. Would love to come visit again!

Awesome stay in this beautiful house, everything was super easy for us to enjoy the most of the Kitesurf session. The welcome was really nice and flexible, it was clean, really spacious, we found everything we needed and more ! highly recommend the place, thank you so much for the stay !

We enjoyed our stay here a lot! We felt very welcomed from the start and even got an upgrade to a garden room. You can enjoy fantastic views and a cozy and cute house. Great restaurants just around the corner! I would stay here again, you should too! Lidia is a fantastic host and easy to communicate with.

This is a very large, comfortable, clean, beautiful apartment with great views of the ocean. It is a short five minute walk to the Lighthouse and to the convenience, store and restaurants in town. Would loved the peacefulness of this town and its non-touristy appeal even though you are right there where the Indian and Atlantic oceans meet. Hillary was a great host, staying late for our evening arrival. We highly recommend this is a place to stay.

We stayed for a 9 night stay and it was absolutely perfect. The space was spacious and it has everything you need for a super comfortable longer stay. Lovely peaceful surroundings looking onto a forest of bluegums. Their little doggie made our everyday coming to say hello every morning. We highly recommend Dedré studio apartment.

Well equipped comfortable apartment. Secure and really nice location. Will definitely stay here again! Great communication which always makes a massive difference.

Very well located unit. Close to some really nice restaurants. Some noise at night, but that is understandable, it being a student town. Host was very responsive. Overall a very good experience.

My wife and I had a fantastic time in Franschoek and were so glad we chose Marlicia’s place as our home base. From using the pizza oven, to even gifting us tomatoes grown in her own garden, Marlicia made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Definitely coming back with more people soon!
