Elaine was an excellent host, communicated promptly and well. Went to great lengths in showing and explaining all the facilities at our accommodation and the surrounds. We highly recommend this spacious and outstanding accommodation. Spotlessly clean, most comfortable super king size bed, crisp white linen, lots of bedroom cupboard space, big spacious bathrooms, stunning kitchen with high end appliances, well stocked with glasses, cutlery and crockery. The most magnificent view of the sea from the balcony and superb bbq area with table and chairs. Safe underground parking and lift. Brilliant location for restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and more within no more than an eight minute walk. One of the best accommodation we have booked. Facility better than the photographs. I have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation and most certainly would stay again. Was sad to leave.

Me, my partner and my friends had a great stay at Christiane's place. The location is amazing with nature and beach around the corner. The house is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. Both the architecture and interior design are absolutely stunning. The check-in experience was great: David gave us clear instructions and plenty of information on the surroundings and interesting places to visit. The house was exceptionally clean. During our stay there was sudden unscheduled loadshedding that caused some trouble with the alarm and wifi: this was to none of the hosts fault. In fact the host and her co-hosts were pro-actively helping us with the sudden inconvenience in the best way they could. This is a very high quality listing from a true Superhost with super co-hosts. Highly recommended to all other guests.

Eva’s house is right on the rocks where you can even hear the local seals calling. The house is decorated to the highest standard by someone with a great love of art. Unfortunately, during our stay it was quite windy and we were not able to utilise the outside areas as much as we wanted, but I do think that this house would be very cosy and beautiful even in winter.

We fell in love with the village of Stanford and the soul restoring River Home. This beautiful house is right on the river's edge and is a real treat (and retreat) to stay in. Just the place to surrender to nature, listen to the birdsong, rest and restore. We loved walking along the delightful river path. A short walk into the centre of town will bring you to several delightful restaurants. We ate at three of them (for lunch at Madré we enjoyed a really good pork belly with crispy skin and vegetables, at La Trattoria we had a feast of authentic Italian food and Agteros has a menu full of delightful South African dishes done with a modern twist). We also brownsed in some delightful homewear and gift shops. If you prefer eating at home, the kitchen at River House has everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. It is spotless, has a great gas hob and electric oven and a dishwasher for cleaning up after.

We had a great stay. The house was quiet, comfortable, clean, and right beside the ocean with the most incredible sunsets.

We had a lovely stay at Casa Mia! The views are spectacular & the beach was beautiful! You need water shoes! Due to the very rocky beach & sea. The place was nice & clean, had great amenities & was very peaceful. Ate at The Anchorage restaurant, which had lovely food & wine & was very reasonably priced. The beach at this side is a lot better without the rocks! I would recommend this house to anyone wanting a peaceful getaway with plenty on the doorstep for a nice relaxing break.

Das Haus ist in einer ruhigen, sicheren Gegend gelegen und stilvoll und gepflegt eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen-wir kommen sehr gern wieder! Für uns war es perfekt!

The apparement is a hidden gem in its complex! Great views and close to all the good spots in Somerset West/The Strand and Stellenbosch. Everything was very well presented, just parking was a bit tight in the complex and far from the actual appartement entrance.

We had an incredible stay at Miriam’s house, from the moment we arrived. We were impressed by the attention to detail and warm welcome The location was perfect, offering both peace and quiet. Also sea view 👌 Our host was responsive, friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed.

My friend and I attended a line dance event in Gansbaai so we did not have much time to spend at the apartment itself. However it was a lovely place to stay and super surroundings. I will definitely book the apartment again for a break away stay in the near future. We felt very safe, the apartment was super clean and very comfortable. There was a problem with the WC Accentrix system in getting into the building as the code did not work but it was sorted immediately by L and very helpful indeed and followed up to make sure we were sorted. The only problem we had was the lift was out of order and we had to lug our luggage and gear up to the third floor a few times. Certainly got a good workout. We also must mention that this problem was not something our host could forsee and it was just one of those things that happen and not something they can control. I can highly recommend L's place and thank you for a lovely stay.

Wir waren insgesamt 12 Tage bei Charlene zu Gast. Wir konnten früher einchecken was sehr angenehm war. Beim Check-In wurden wir gleich herzlich von Charlene begrüßt. Sie hat uns kurz alles gezeigt und wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und man hat alles was man braucht. Man hört immer die Wellen vom mehr und kann schön draußen auf der Terrasse sitzen. Die Privatsphäre wurde sehr gewahrt. Man hat nicht gemerkt das die Gastgeber auf dem selben Grundstück leben. Wir haben nach der Hälfte der Zeit eine Reinigung bekommen mit frischen Handtüchern. Die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und haben uns auch bei einem kleinen medizinischen Notfall direkt geholfen. Die Gegend ist wirklich sehr sicher. Wir haben uns nie unwohl gefühlt. Nicht weit in Hermanus hat man alles man braucht an Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Für Weinliebhaber ist es auch sehr angenehm mit den Weinhoppers oder auch einem Shuttle kann man die nahegelegenen Weingüter besuchen und genießen.

Wish we could have stayed forever! We loved this Airbnb, it may be the best ever stayed in! The house and location are stunning. The host was welcoming and helpful. There were many useful extras like clothes and dish washing pods and soaps in the bathroom. Very useful after a long journey. We can’t wait to return!

Das Apartment war ganz neu und modern. Es fehlte uns ans nichts. Auch das die Sicherheit außen/innen betraf, war es absolut sicher. Das einzige Manko war die Straße vor dem Patio, aber meistens waren wir sowieso unterwegs. Sheraine war stets zu Verfügung und gab auch wertvolle Tipps.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist superschön. Man hat einen grandiosen Überblick über die False Bay. Nur ein paar Schritte zum Meer. Kilometer langer Strand zum spazieren. Sehr Familienfreundlich. Sicheres Schwimmen. Schneller Anschluss zu den schönsten Weingebieten Südafrikas.
