I went to Ethan's place for a work retreat and it was absolutely perfect. It's spacious, clean, with beautiful nature surrounding it. We couldn't have been happier, or more productive!

Your helpful suggestions and recommendations for local options meant we could relax and enjoy our stay without worrying about wasting any time. Thank you.

Wonderful host and lovely house, very unique character. The kitchen took me right back to my young days - exactly like our house was growing up, so lovely memories came back. Big rooms and ample space, including a pool table for evening fun. Smart TV, books to read and games to play, and a lovely fireplace, makes this the ideal winter getaway. Close to the beach to take the dogs for a walk and relax in summer also The garden is lovely and the security good, so we felt at home and the dogs loved running around. All in all a great but too short stay. Highly recommended and we'll be back!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is well located in Hermanus, very close to the beach (only a few mins before you ca dip your toes in the water) and there's a lovely beach bar/restaurant called 'Dutchies' at a stone throw distance. What really was my highlight was the amazing braai and the long table in the courtyard. You can truly throw a nice braai here!

Wir waren insgesamt 12 Tage bei Charlene zu Gast. Wir konnten früher einchecken was sehr angenehm war. Beim Check-In wurden wir gleich herzlich von Charlene begrüßt. Sie hat uns kurz alles gezeigt und wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und man hat alles was man braucht. Man hört immer die Wellen vom mehr und kann schön draußen auf der Terrasse sitzen. Die Privatsphäre wurde sehr gewahrt. Man hat nicht gemerkt das die Gastgeber auf dem selben Grundstück leben. Wir haben nach der Hälfte der Zeit eine Reinigung bekommen mit frischen Handtüchern. Die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und haben uns auch bei einem kleinen medizinischen Notfall direkt geholfen. Die Gegend ist wirklich sehr sicher. Wir haben uns nie unwohl gefühlt. Nicht weit in Hermanus hat man alles man braucht an Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Für Weinliebhaber ist es auch sehr angenehm mit den Weinhoppers oder auch einem Shuttle kann man die nahegelegenen Weingüter besuchen und genießen.

Had a very peaceful and enjoyable stay at Matt’s place! The surroundings are so beautiful and the beach is within walking distance. The house itself is very cozy and well kitted! Would definitely return :)

We had an amazing time enjoying what must be the best view in all of Pringle Bay. Such a short walk to the beach and to shops and restaurants too. Ali was a great host and we felt right at home. From the balcony we saw whales, a mongoose, loads of beautiful birds in the fynbos, and of course a few baboons ☺️ thank you for such a wonderful stay, we’d love to be back some time!

Had a Lovely stay at Francois place. Would really recommend this to anyone that want a getaway to kleinmond.

Chane and Chris who manage the complex were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. The views from the apartment are fantastic. Saw dolphins and whales regularly. Need a car to access the amenities in Hermanus. Would be helpful to have recommendations in the apartment about supermarkets, restaurants, taxi’s and local tourist attractions. Whale Rock is like an oasis.

We had a superb time, awesome location, can't ask for more.

Simon was prompt and kind in his communications. His home is comfortable as if we lived there. The most amazing view across Gordon's Bay with the cutest little beach that felt like it belonged to us. Such a friendly and kind assistant that assisted the running of the house. Really home away from home.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Rooi Els. Heide hat uns herzlichst empfangen und uns verschiedene Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten empfohlen. Die Lage des Hauses ist traumhaft und die Ausstattung hervorragend. Wir haben uns direkt zuhause gefühlt. Die Kommunikation war super einfach, schnell und freundlich. Ich kann einen Aufenthalt von Herzen empfehlen! Vielen Dank

Such a beautiful and tranquil flat! I couldn’t take my eyes off the stunning big waves. Garth and Terese were incredibly welcoming and kind—they even baked us a delicious sourdough bread, which was amazing! Highly recommend!

This place is an absolute dream, the location especially. Sitting at the fire pit watching the sunset over the dunes is fantastic with the wild horses peacefully roaming around. Accommodation is as described, no frills but a well equipped kitchen and had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be back if we travel to South Africa again.

Marc place is a great place to spend a few days close to the beach, relaxing and enjoying.

We were received with friendliness and felt at home, like visiting loved ones, family, welcomed with simplicity and sincerity. The unit was clean and exactly what was described and more. Our stay was peaceful and comfortable, with everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting around the table on the stoep / patio, breathing in the fresh air, meditating on the scenery and breathtaking sunsets. The locality was perfect! Enjoying morning and afternoon walks on the beach and to the harbour. "Rush hour" traffic to Spar, Woolies and restaurants was a breeze as they were close by. Upon checking out, we were sad to leave. Our hostes, Diëdré (Didi), came to see us off with well wishes and blessings. We will surely remember you for your kindness, helpful and spontaneous personality and early morning weather report (lol), we knew how to dress and what to expect for the day. We will miss you dearly and definitely visit again!

Zebra’s View is an incredible retreat, perfect for relaxation. The home is beautifully designed and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The ocean views are breathtaking, and we were lucky enough to witness dolphins and seals playing in the water. In the distance, we even spotted a whale spraying water, which was magical. The wildlife adds another layer of charm—beautiful birds frequent the area, and the zebras made a delightful appearance on the small strip of lawn just in front of the patio. A couple of things to keep in mind when booking: 1) There is ongoing development around the property, so if you’re staying during the week, the noise and presence of builders will be disruptive. 2) The path nearest to the house that leads to the beach is quite steep, which could be challenging for elderly guests or those with physical limitations. Thank you Ethan and Stefani; we’ll hopefully be back soon.

My partner and I had a really nice stay at Mari's place. We were warmly greated by Dee with a beautiful surprise for my partner and I during our romantic tour . Dee was very sweet, showing us around and giving us a tours of all the features of the place. It was certainly a treat to wake up to the beautiful view every morning The place was very well stocked with high quality utensils and glassware giving a beautiful sense of comfort

A very stylish home with tons of room. Extremely well equipped kitchen that was a joy to cook in. It was a short walk to the beach which was lovely. Gorgeous swimming. Baboons a small feature but we were a group with some experience and the monitors seemed pretty on it. We had avery nice long weekend.

The perfect spot for us! Beds were super comfy and the spaciousness of the accommodation was great. Felt right at home. Towels were folded on our beds with a little treat and waters in the fridge helped us out so much after a long drive. We will be back!

This place over-delivered in almost every way. Very spacious with a great open plan kitchen/dining room and large sliding windows on the top and bottom floor that gave you views straight onto the ocean and mountains that are just exquisite. The balcony and fireplace upstairs were used every night for sundowners as we sat and watched the sun set straight ahead of us. The bathrooms are beautifully designed and fitted with high end fixtures. Linens and beds were comfortable and spotless. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an unforgettable time here with our family and couldn’t have asked for a better way to finish off our trip to SA. I highly recommend this place and will come back anytime!

My family and I had an amazing time at the house. The property is set-up very well, it's more spacious than it looks in the pictures, its well equipped and the view is just incredible. Hanlie was quick to respond and very helpful. No complaints whatsoever, I would highly recommend staying here to anyone who is thinking about it.
