Beautiful apartment - the view from room is absolutely breathtaking. Jeanette is a wonderful host who kept us informed and left some treats to welcome us: a thoughtful chocolate on pillow, some wine and water chilling and a friendly smile upon arrival. Big, comfortable bed and the huge fluffy towels gets a 10/10 from me! Easy to check out procedure - not that I wanted to leave made this a memorable stay! Thank you so much!

Great apartment and very central, we rarely used our car as there are so many restaurants, shops and attractions in the area. Would surely recommend this apartment.

My second stay at Jeanette's lovely apartment, which says it all. The ocean views are wonderful. Spent a lot of time on the huge stoep just breathing it all in. The apartment was clean and well equipped - everything there that I needed. Jeanette is a great host - super helpful, thoughtful and pro-active. I'll be back again soon.

It's a beautiful appartement with a most amazing view! We loved to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The communication was always super fast. We would always try to stay there again on our next vacation in Hermanus. Thank you very much for everything!

Our stay at Jurgen und Adele Bredel's penthouse was absolutely incredible! The penthouse itself was stunning, with breathtaking views that made every moment unforgettable. Everything was exactly as promised, if not better. The attention to detail and the care put into maintaining such a beautiful space were truly appreciated. We staid for two weeks at David's amazing apartment. It's really a gem and probably the best place we ever staid in during the ten years we're using Airbnb! All rooms are spacious with an exquisite interior design and a panoramic view on False Bay, including two balconies. The beach is just across the street and well maintained by the local community. David was a very responsive and caring host, doing his utmost to provide us with a fabulous stay at his beautiful place. We will certainly return to enjoy the apartment, the surroundings and the unforgettable sunsets!

A nice stay in Hermanus

Amazing apartment overlooking the Gordon’s Bay beaches. Incredible views and close to so many amenities and fun things to do . We had a wonderful family holiday in our own back yard ! Local tourism all the way . Johlene is a great host and made our stay pleasurable . I recommend this apartment if you want a break from the city and a beach holiday to remember .

We had a great stay and Lisa is a wonderful host. You have to keep in mind that it is a little far to walk to the lagoon and would defenitely not recommend doing it after hours.

We enjoyed our stay at Gideon's place. It was a walkable distance from Grotto beach. Our dogs had ample space to run and stretch their legs. Gideon and Jayne were great hosts and even left us goodies in the fridge. Well stocked cupboard, with all the necessary amenities. We will definitely be back. Awesome place to stay.

This apartment is fantastic. Well equipped with everything needed for a great stay. Everything works, no issues or complaints. Comfortable chairs, comfortable beds. There were enough odds and ends (salt and pepper, sugar, loo roll, etc.) to get by without going shopping immediately, which was nice. The location is fantastic, right on the beach, views across the bay, couple of easy walking access restaurants and others at Harbour Island a short drive away. Having spent a single afternoon in Cape Town, I'll definitely come back here again rather than staying in the city! Gordon's Bay has a lovely laid-back vibe. After being here for 3 hours we were asking if we could buy it! Overall it's very peaceful but the beach can get a bit "vibrant" at times; we enjoyed the sound of families playing and laughing most of the time, but it did get a bit much until 2am one morning. We were there for 16 nights in January and it only happened once on a Saturday, so hopefully a once-off party!

Jeanne is a lovely lady and excellent host. Everything about my stay was very good. I highly recommend this place.

Carla and Steven welcomed us with open arms, it felt like coming home to family you have not seen in a long time. They are the best hosts on airbnb we have stayed at and we felt right at home and in the process we made some new found friends.

Bianca's place was totally amazing. It exceeded our expectations. It was tastefully decorated. Modern and stylish. It was conveniently close to beach, shops and much more. Bianca even had complimentary tea,coffee,sugar and sweeteners. What a lovely surprise. Thank you soo much. We safely home in Johannesburg but her place relaxed me so much. I now feel ready for this year. P.s ill be back very soon if she allow us.

Great stay! Cute, clean and tidy! Close to the beach, amenities and restaurants. We had such a wonderful and memorable time. The host was great too and when we needed to cut our trip short a bit, she easily refunded the days we no longer needed.
