We had a wonderful stay at Akwa house. There are plenty of spaces for the kids to relax and have fun while the adults could sit in the lounge overlooking the beautiful views. We loved the quiet location and family-friendly feel of the street. The kitchen was well stocked and we slept very comfortably in all the rooms. I would definitely recommend Akwa house to anyone looking for a great home right close to the beach.

Tim's place in Betty's Bay is in a great location close to Bass Lake (walkable) and a short drive to the beach. It has beautiful sea views and plenty of space. The kitchen and lounge is open plan and the kitchen is large and very well equipped. The beds are comfortable and there were plenty of towels and linen. This is an amazing spot with plenty of accommodation and three bathrooms, perfect for a large group.

What a peaceful and safe place ..I just loved the view of the beautiful farm so clean and passive…very impressed with house it was so clean and organised I had a fantastic time and hot tub was amazing with galaxy of stars above ..will definitely go again soon

We had such a lovely time here before that we returned for a second visit. It's a cosy, quaint home that is clearly loved by the owners as can be seen by the many personal touches. So special having morning coffee on the deck watching birds and butterflies in the fynbos and overlooking the gorgeous seascape. We always enjoy the village experience of having easy walks to the beach and the local deli. Thank you Jan for another wonderful visit and to Maria for being so welcoming.

We spent several weeks in this lovely home and had a fantastic time. The location is perfect—Betty’s Bay is a peaceful and very safe place, with no fences, which adds to its charm. The beach and the famous penguin colony are within walking distance, making it a great spot for nature lovers. The house is well-equipped and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. There are three separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an outdoor shower, which was a nice touch. The outdoor area is fantastic, with a hammock for relaxing. A brand-new washing machine and dishwasher were installed during our stay as the previous ones needed replacement, and we really appreciated the quick response. Marina provided excellent local support and was very accommodating. Lee was a great host and always very responsive! Betty’s Bay isn’t a big town, but you can find several lovely places to eat or pick up some groceries. For bigger grocery shopping, we usually drove to Kleinmond, which is easily a

Even though we had horrible weather the days we stayed at the house, we still had an amazing time. The house has a nice fire place to make the experience cozy during cold or rainy weather. The kitchen is perfectly stocked, the beds are very comfortable and the view is spectacular even during stormy weather. Close to Hermanus and Stanford but also nice and remote so that we could properly disconnect. We could not have been happier.

We were a group of 5 and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ferrybridge House. The setting is beautiful overlooking the river and mountains as was the incredible birdlife while enjoying our morning coffee. The house is spotless, secure and has everything one needs. Stanford village is charming, we walked along the river and had an exceptional supper at Rivergate farm as per your recommendation. we will definitely be back

Grandiose Aussicht auf das Meer und wir konnten immer wieder mal Wale und Delfine beobachten. Vom Haus gibt es einen direkten Zugang zum Cliff Path, auf dem man kilometerweit joggen oder zum nahe gelegenen Nature Reserve wandern kann. Wenn es für die meerseitige Terrasse mal zu stürmisch ist, gibt es noch einen geschützten Wintergarten mit Grillplatz. Das Haus ist auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt sehr gut ausgestattet und durch einen Sicherheitsdienst alarmgesichert.
