Audrey and her family were perfect hosts!! The quiet and serene location makes one not want to be anywhere but there. Walks on the property, beautiful views, the zipline, treehouse, basketball and hammock were all highlights. The home was clean with plenty of space for a family of 7. Fully stocked kitchen and plentiful toiletries/personal care items were provided. Large screen TV was great to watch the Final Four. If and when we get to come back one day, we look forward to building a fire in the fire pit and having s'mores.

I stayed overnight at Shawna’s barn so that I could attend a wedding nearby. It was the perfect spot for an overnight stay! She was awesome, and her kitchen had a ton of staples for cooking and cleaning. Also, her chickens and her mules/donkeys were beautiful and sweet. I would definitely recommend!

Such a cool place to stay! Our family spent one night at Brad’s place. There is so much space and so many beautiful pieces of art to behold. Communication with Brad was easy. The outdoor space is incredible. Wish we could have enjoyed it longer!

Perfect weekend getaway. This beautiful hideout has an amazing shower and tub, great views from the hot tub and deck, and a cozy bedroom for peaceful sleep and movies. Ana was super communicative and even proactively sent us a video demonstrating how to get to the nook. Great place to stay for a private and romantic anniversary weekend.

The place was beautiful with an overlook of Dale Hallow Lake. We saw lots of deer and other wildlife off the back deck. The home was beautiful and matched the pictures. The upstairs shower is small, however the shower on the first floor was very spacious. The check in and check out was easy. Definitely recommend!

This house was awesome! Super clean and great for a family! Close to sunset Marina which is where we keep our boat so it worked out perfectly for us! Will definitely be getting this house again!

A great place to stay away and have a refreshing and quiet time. My wife and I were there for the weekend and I am greatly impressed with the hospitality. It's top notch,a lot of snacks, sweet and muffins (although we didn't eat the muffins, we're not a big fan🫣🫣), howver we appreciate the kind gesture.. Everything worked well and same as it is in the pictures. We really enjoyed our time, hopefully we'd visit again.

Betina’s place is a unit inside of the Fairfield Glade / Wyndham Resorts units. Our family has stayed at the Wyndham unit many times. Crossville has some wonderful dining including The Lantern for steaks and Annie’s for pizza. Food City is the closest grocery and Instacart does deliver. Is currently the off-season so the resort was quiet. Be sure to bring your swimsuit if you want to use the pool, etc.

Great mountain condo perfect for couples or small families. We had some problems with Waze taking us down unpaved roads directions in messages was clear. Only warning is during the winter mountain roads can ice over.

Absolutely planning on staying here again for next year’s golf trip!

Swan Ridge was the perfect location for our group during our vacation for our friend’s wedding in Hilham. It was able to fit 10 adults comfortably. We had such an amazing time, we didn’t want to leave. The sunset pavilion is an absolute must if you are staying here! Took many walks to soak in the fall scenery. Would recommend and return!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the stunning views—whether it was sunrise or sunset, the scenery was breathtaking. The home itself was spotless, with every detail thoughtfully considered to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was incredibly kind and communicative, always quick to respond and provide helpful recommendations. Their hospitality truly made the experience even more special. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful, and well-maintained getaway. Can’t wait to come back!

Can't even describe how amazing this place was! So much bigger than expected. Finally a kitchen that was truly well stocked. Bill was awesome with communication and so personable. Amazing instructions for everything. Beautiful views, quiet and so homey. Y'all need to visit this place !

What a beautiful stay. The log cabin was specious and cozy for the family. Very clean, well maintained and beautifully furnished. We were able to make a small bonfire for the kids to roast marshmallows, and had a beautiful pond view while we sipped morning coffee. The layout of the cabin was nice and comforting, and I fell in love with the kitchen. When entering the property, we were kindly waved in. Location is close to town where they have a strip of wonderful shops. Highly enjoyed every minute! Teryn was extremely helpful as well. When I had a question they were available very quickly. Highly recommend.

This review should actually have 10 stars because it truly was PHENOMENAL. The location was everything we were looking for. The house? So beautifully and delicately decorated with love and family, it fills the space. It smelled amazing when we walked inside. The cabin was spotlessly clean. The hosts provided cooking water, drinking water, pop and there were even organic eggs in the fridge!! There were plenty of puzzles and games available; plenty of different settings to sit and get cozy in. The blankets? Ugh. So soft. The river? The rocks? Stunning. We loved walking miles along the river one way and miles the other way along the road! We really enjoyed being able to sleep with the windows open and wake up to the beautiful sounds of nature. We loved sitting on jump rock and watching the bats feed at dusk. Did I mention the axe throwing and the fire pit? The pool table? So many opportunities to smoke your spouse or family in games while’s having fun and connecting! We will be back.

We will definitely be back. The house is well maintained, spacious, and clean! Joe reached out ahead of time to ensure check-in was easy. It is always comforting when you walk into the house and it is exactly what is described and pictured. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this place again.

We absolutely loved our stay! Very peaceful yet close drive to town for a quick bite or supermarket run. Great set up to get off the grid, yet with all modern accommodations - the WiFi worked perfectly 😊 We stayed over new years and plan to be back in the spring!
