This home is in a great location and is extremely nice-well furnished with comfortable furniture, bedding, towels, internet and tvs with streaming services, along with everything you need (and don’t!) in the kitchen. The decks, grill, blackstone and outdoor furnishings were a nice add and a great place to relax from a long day on the lake! My large family (2 sons, 1 daughter) with spouses and children totaling 12+1 infant and 2 Shih Tzus had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our time. Russ and Mandy were friendly, communicated well with me and had everything well organized to inform us of check in, house rules, check out, etc. They’ve pretty well thought of everything to make your stay very enjoyable and I highly recommend!

The red house on mountain top road is a great place to stay in cookeville. It is centrally located and about 10 minutes from any part of the town. This was the perfect stay for our little college get together with our friends. We loved everything about our stay, but the best parts were the hot tub (best one I’ve ever seen!) the master shower, and the indoor outdoor fireplace. It was so awesome to be able to turn it on and fight the cold both in the living space after the hot tub and out on the porch while we were hanging out. The view from the back porch was also amazing with the empty winter trees.

Such a cool place to stay! Our family spent one night at Brad’s place. There is so much space and so many beautiful pieces of art to behold. Communication with Brad was easy. The outdoor space is incredible. Wish we could have enjoyed it longer!

Jon was an amazing host. The house was immaculate, great amenities all around! We had trouble with the water on the first day and Jon was proactive and fixed the situation in seconds. He was extremely helpful, and even was able to give us early check in with little to no notice! I would definitely recommend coming here! We loved our stay!

We were in town for a wedding and wanted a nice place to stay and this fit the bill! It was easy to find, very clean, and felt cozy. The upstairs neighbor does have some squeaky floorboards, but I don’t fault Blair for that! A good place to stay overall.

Absolutely beautiful spot to get away. Very quite and serene. Lovely view and lovely deck! Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Diana was a great host. She was very responsive and nice. The place was clean and nice.

We had an amazing time with our family and friends before they head back to college/work. Our boat is at Hurricane Marina and the drive there was less than 15 minutes- which was very nice! We enjoyed playing pool and games. House had everything you needed and was clean and comfortable! We highly recommend this place and Michelle was super responsive! Thank you for sharing!

We absolutely loved our stay! Very peaceful yet close drive to town for a quick bite or supermarket run. Great set up to get off the grid, yet with all modern accommodations - the WiFi worked perfectly 😊 We stayed over new years and plan to be back in the spring!

The cabin is peaceful and private with a beautiful view that can be seen while in the hot tub. They do provide a single plug in hot plate since there is no stove. Very clean when first arriving like it was just cleaned before we arrived. By next morning there were several lady bugs and stink bugs that have made their way in by the windows and doors. Overall a nice stay, will have to bring our boat next time!

We absolutely loved this little cabin! So cozy and peaceful. Also loved seeing the Bull, horses, and goats all nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

Jon was a tremendous host, and truly went out of his way to take care of me and my family during our stay. The pictures can’t do the views any justice. It was a pleasure to wake up to little birds and expansive views of the lake. Definitely worth the visit! Thanks for having us!

Beautiful lake, peaceful setting. Enjoyed the snow, just wished for more time there.
