We had such a lovely stay. The house and garden are wonderfully designed and comfortable. Being able to have all the space but just 20 minutes away from central Stockholm was great. Nikolina was so helpful and really responsive when we messaged her with questions both before and during our stay. We would thoroughly recommend!

Das Haus von Niklas ist unfassbar gemütlich und die Lage einzigartig- wir hatten dort eine tolle Woche im August ! Es ist sehr ruhig und einsam. Gemütliche Betten, super ausgestattete Küche. Nachbarn hört und sieht man nicht. Wir waren dort mit 3 Jungs zwischen 11 und 20 Jahren. Wir haben gebadet, Barsche geangelt, sind über die Insel spaziert und vom Felsen gesprungen - und abends haben wir die gefangenen Fische gegrillt und in der Holzofen- Sauna direkt am Wasser entspannt … es war total erholsam für alle. Wenn man sich anfangs gleich mit Lebensmitteln gut eindeckt, muss man die Insel eigentlich gar nicht verlassen. Niklas ist super freundlich und immer erreichbar- er hat uns am Parkplatz abgeholt, auf die Insel gebracht und alles gezeigt. Eines der schönsten Ferienhäuser in dem wir je waren! Danke dafür! 😃

Staying at Gustav’s house felt like coming home. It’s warm, comfortable, and has that perfect mix of coziness and understated luxury. From the moment you step inside, you feel at ease. The décor is tasteful, and the house strikes a great balance—plenty of spaces to relax on your own and spots to gather and enjoy time with others. The location is just as lovely. A quick walk takes you to the water’s edge, and heading the other way, you’ll find some beautiful woodlands to explore. Unfortunately, visiting in December meant we couldn’t fully enjoy the outdoor amenities, like the decking or the beach volleyball court, but they looked fantastic. That said, we were more than spoiled indoors with the gym equipment, sauna, pool table, and an amazing kitchen. Gustav was also incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we had questions, which made the stay even better. Our family of five cannot recommend this place enough.

Un super séjour dans cette cabane atypique et super mignonne ! Vraiment bien aménagée et très cocooning. Ce qu’il faut pour deux personnes, bien équipée. L’arrivée flexible est pratique, l’accueil est sympathique avec une fiche pratique bien utile.

Joel was very responsive with all communications which provides a great sense of security, especially when visiting a different country. House was just as presented in the pictures, very clean inside, looked to be recently refurbished. Evenings are extremely peaceful with only ducks occasionaly in the distance. Neighbors were nice, supermarket about a five minute drive away as well as many popular areas to visit in Stockholm about a 15 minute drive. You will enjoy this location.

Har storkost oss en liten uke i det superflotte huset. Stor plass, alle fasiliteter, pen og solrik terrasse. Gangavstand til verdens beste BBQ-reataurant «The Old Smokehouse». Spilt mange fine golfbaner og kos oss masse. Anbefales varmt ☺️

Wat een feest om een week in het huis van Erik te mogen verblijven. Optimale vrijheid en rust met een magnifiek en weids uitzicht over het water. Een heerlijk royaal huis met op twee verdiepingen een zitkamer om te kunnen relaxen en overal steeds weer dat heerlijke uitzicht en een royaal terras. Alleen de badkamers waren dan misschien iets verouderd, maar dat wisten we op voorhand al vanwege de foto’s. Maar ze voldeden verder prima en de sauna erbij was helemaal top. En ook de ligging was gunstig genoeg ten opzichte van het centrum van Stockholm. De bushalte is op acht minuten loopafstand (of je parkeert je auto gewoon bij de bushalte, zoals ook veel forensen doen, en pakt dan de bus). Met de City-mapper-app is het gebruik van het openbaar vervoer heel simpel en ben je iedere keer actueel op de hoogte van welke bussen of metro’s je het beste kunt nemen. En gewoon teruglopen vanuit het centrum was ook goed te doen (als lekkere sportieve wandeling). Volgende keer gewoon weer deze plek

This house is just stunning! The calm neighborhood, the view over the lake, sunset and sunrise from every corner of this house. Linda was a very friendly host and super helpful. We would love to come back as it as just as we imagined.
