This was our second stay at Michael's house. The house is in a great location near the town of Windham and on the water. The house was clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. Michael was very helpful and attentive. We would definitely like to stay there again! Thank you so much!

Had another great stay at this lake front beauty. Though small, this cabin is adequately furnished and has all the right amenities for a great stay. Convenient distance to sugarloaf but nice to be off mountain. The hot tub was great to use and the surroundings are so nice. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful location, perfect stay with amazing hosts! This was the perfect getaway for our family and we cannot wait to go back! The location can't be beat and Kate and Barry went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

The hosts are amazing! Very helpful and responsive. Unfortunately we were not there on vacation displaced from our home for 2 months. It was welcoming and once settled in felt like home, it was a little strange to leave lol - If I needed anything the host were available and willing to help. I wish this displacement was during summer months! Thank you Brad and Colleen

We had a wonderful week in your beautiful home! The house has everything you could need, basic kitchen utensils, towels for both the hot tub and bathrooms as well as pods for laundry. The views were beautiful and the neighbors were very quiet. So many great restaurants around the area as well, definitely recommend staying here!

On this trip we stayed in 3 Airbnb’s, one in Vermont, one in New Hampshire, and this one in Maine which was our last stop before heading back home!! By far this was the BEST!! Absolutely amazing! The beautiful house and views make you want to just stay there especially in the Hammock which is in a perfect place by the water…So relaxing!! And Mrs. Penny was such a Joy to work with. I feel like I have known her for years. She is a beautiful person inside and out!! Thank you Mrs. Penny for everything!! WOW your place is really something special!! I loved it!! #wonderful memories

Our stay at the beach house was great! You couldn't be closer to the water! So much fun kayaking, floating and swimming in the lake! House is much better than the pictures do it justice. For a 2 bedroom house its very big and spacious, beds were extremely comfortable. The no wifi was a little bit of a downer but there were plenty of board games to play. There is some street noise but not bad at all. Would most definitely recommend if you are looking for waterfront property. The access to the resort pool was a plus too for the kiddos!

Jonathan was awesome! Gave us the rundown on what has changed since our last time to Rangley. Plus, made us coffee each morning. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved Jen's place! It was even cuter than the pictures. Great spot for a night or two and close to the mountains. Jen was super responsive and accommodating.

Beautiful home and amazing atmosphere if you love sitting by the water!! If you like waking up and looking out to Beautiful Sebago Lake, listening to the boats go by and sitting with nature this house is for you!!! Jessica and Adam's home is perfect for a family getaway! This was our 3rd time staying at their home and it was amazing just like the first time we stayed! You won't be disappointed renting from Jessica and Adam! Amazing hosts for a beautiful home

What a great place! Upon entering we booked for our a annual family trip! The house and yard were amazing. We can't wait to go back! Only negative that I have is the pans. Investing in long lasting pans would be great.

Michael was kind and helpful and the cabin was exactly what we were hoping for. It’s a beautiful location with hiking trails and access to the pond with free firewood and amenities. Highly recommend for a peaceful weekend away!

Everything was fantastic! We have been coming to Sebago/Frye Island for over 30 years and this has been by far the best “cottage” we have rented. Franck and his family were wonderful hosts from the day I booked to the day I checked in to the day I checked out. All done with ease and great communication. The house was beautiful and had everything you wanted including A/C if needed. The beds, baths were clean and comfy and the basement was expansive and great for kids if you had them. Also, the fire pit and the pontoon were wonderful additions. We asked to have a family “celebration of life” gathering and the answer was a rapid fire YES and we got to celebrate my father with all his Maine relatives in a beautiful and serene setting that he loved. Monica is an incredible host and did an incredible job with this Airbnb. She has such a beautiful home and clearly thought of EVERYTHING! We would love to stay here again and will recommend this home to all our friends and family!

Second time staying here did not disappoint! Loved coming back to this peaceful/cozy home and Brice was great, extremely accommodating. We will be back for sure!
