Spent a lovely long weekend here catching up with dear friends. The cabin is lovely, had everything we needed and we made good use of the hot tub. Fab to relax in with a drink after a long day shopping at Bicester Village!

We had a wonderful stay, such beautiful peaceful surroundings full of wild/farmlife plus the gorgeous cat! Hosts helpful and easy to get in touch with, clean and cosy place, hot tub clean and very special being in the bubbles under the stars!

Just arrived home after a wonderful stay at this little lodge. Exactly as described in the listing/photos, and Tracey had even set out some little Christmas decorations to make it feel more festive and homely (as we were there for Christmas). The new park facilities (soft play & swimming pool) are FANTASTIC for kids, we were there with our 18 month old and he loved it, but there was loads for older children too. The shop on the site isn’t open between November & February but there’s a co-op a mile away, and we didn’t eat at the restaurant onsite because we went out to some nice local pubs, but it looked nice enough. The lodge is in a really nice position not really overlooked by anyone else, and felt very spacious & homely (with proper central heating too). The hot tub was also a winner! The kitchen is fully equipped and the TV has ALL the apps plus regular freeview TV channels too (I read an earlier review that said no normal TV but this must have been updated!).

Me and my 4 friends stayed here for the weekend and it was lovely! The outside surroundings are beautiful and very peaceful. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure a good stay, bonus points that they got the hot tub up and running again! 😊 We would all return again, thank you both so much!

We decided last minute to have a relaxing couple of days away after the Christmas rush, this place didnt disappoint! We have 2 boys aged 9 and 7 so this had the right mix for us. The farm is brilliant (friendliest goats ever), a fab play area, and a great restaurant (breakfast is a must). There are some great pubs near by, we loved The Plough Inn at Ford. Then theres the lodge, perfectly positioned to make you feel like you're in the middle of nowhere, the perfect size, of course a hot tub, and all the amenities you need. The lady on site who looks after everything is so accommodating, the best host we've ever experienced. We highly recommend this place, we would absolutely return!!

Lovely cabin in the Oxfordshire woods. Very easily accessible by car or train to Bicester North station. The hot tub was the highlight of our stay - set to perfection before our arrival and very clear instructions to help us warm it up the day after. Mirror house provides a nice blend of privacy and proximity to the nature. it was a surprise for my partner who absolutely loved it! Will definitely look forward to visiting again.

We had a wonderful time celebrating my wife’s Birthday at Duncan and Jackie’s beautiful cabin. The cabin was an ideal size for the two of us and our dog! Situated on their small farm with plenty of space for the dog to run around carefree and enjoy herself, it was ideal for us all. We loved how cozy and homely the cabin felt and its location was so peaceful, the log burner was a lovely touch too, perfect for the chilly evenings this time of year. Also a thoughtful birthday treat from Duncan and Jackie, a tasty cake and birthday card gave a fabulously personal touch to the visit. It was never too much trouble for them to provide plenty of recommendations for local places to visit, for food or must see locations. We particularly enjoyed our meal at their local pub The Bathurst Arms upon Duncan’s suggestion. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit at The Summerhouse Cottage and would definitely return again when in the Cotswolds.

A truly wonderful, peaceful, relaxing retreat. Hidden away on the Bosmore Park Estate near Henley on Thames, this retreat cabin is an absolute gem. The cabin is beautifully appointed, wonderfully clean and with lovely details like coffee pods, tea bags, dog treats, biscuits, big marshmallows, logs, firelighters, matches etc. The two bedrooms had lovely clean crisp cotton bedding. Towels and toiletries were provided. Our son and his partner joined us from London (a short trip to Henley on Thames to collect them from the station). The log burner and heating system worked brilliantly as did the shower and all the kitchen appliances. The outside decking was great for an alfresco breakfast and the fire pit was great for a late evening hot chocolate with those marshmallows, bananas filled with dark chocolate and other goodies. The surrounding area has fantastic walks, restaurants, pubs, houses, gardens to visit. Our furry friends, Fox Red Labrador and Cockapoo were welcome too. Perfection!

This is such a wonderful quiet place, the accommodation is brilliant with the pods over looking a valley vacated by sheep, goats, highland cows and alpaca. The surroundings offer loads of walks and you are so close to all the highlights the Cotswolds has to offer. The staff are very friendly and assist when / if needed.

Belinda is an amazing host and her place is probably one of the best Airbnb experience we've ever had. Not only how tidy and beautiful the place is, but also it is one of the most equipped: all the basic cookingwares, ingredients, tea, etc...everything we need that we can easily find, so we can fully just enjoy our time there without felling like we are moving house over the weekend :) The farm is fun, loads of sheep, horses, a small goat and few dogs, but they are not loud at all. Flowers are everywhere when we visit and it is just so peaceful.

Lazy Dayz Lodge is a little gem, it’s very comfortable and cozy with everything you could need for a happy stay, even everything my dogs could need! Spotlessly clean and had everything it said in the description. Very private and peaceful setting on the site. Debbie has thought of everything for her guests, even fresh milk on arrival. Lots to do and see in the surrounding area, well worth a stay here, you won’t be disappointed, we had a lovely stay, real home from home.

We stayed here as we had a family gathering locally. The lodge was very clean and very cosy. We were only here for 1 night but would stay again. could do with a name of the property visible as there are 2 identical properties and in the dark was tricky to figure out. other than that a perfect place to stay if you are visiting Oxfordshire

My wife and I had an amazing time at Aurora. perfect location with lots of great walks and pubs nearby. the Sheppards hut, Aurora, was amazing. Nice and come, perfect for 2! had everything you needed and the best shower I've ever used. Gas fire did the job, hassle free and made the hut cozy! Bed very comfy. our dog, milo, loved the huge garden which was nice and private with views all round. Property was easy to find and access no issues. communication superb. We highly reccommend this place, so happy we chose it! We agree with all positive reviews and lovely messages left in the guest book. thank you to the StayCotswold team. looking forward to our next stay. Mike, Megan and Milo.

I stayed here because I’m overseeing a project nearby. These charming shepherd hut/wooden cabins were truly a delightful experience. The cabin itself was beautifully designed and well-equipped, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views that made each moment special. Watching the sunset each evening was a highlight , and I found that it could be a peaceful and rejuvenating place to visit. Thanks to Tom for his hospitality and for providing such a wonderful stayover . I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene getaway.

Antonia's place was warm and homely. Although in her garden, I had off road parking and didn't feel either overlooked. It was clean and I felt at home straight away, especially with her pictures and knick-knacks! She suggested places to go but was not intrusive. Lovely break.

A really lovely place to stay, relaxing, comfortable, everything you need to make you feel at home. This was exactly what we needed while we were having home renovations done. Jane and Derek are such lovely hosts, and make sure you feel very welcomed. They go out of there way to support your needs. We would highly recommend staying here.

Ali is a great host and the den was perfect for what I was looking for - a 24 hour retreat. The den is immaculate and has everything you could need, including an ironing board. Ali left a generous breakfast hamper and clearly communicated everything. Would recommend

Thoroughly enjoyable place to stay. Close to lots of sites and amenities we wanted to visit. Nice, clean and secure accomodations.

We had a wonderful stay at Clare and Paul’s caravan over the Christmas week. Thanks for the decorations and personal touches in the cabin. Kids were super happy and didn’t want to leave. Look forward to coming back again. Thanks for letting us to stay at the caravan.

Teana's place was a fabulous find! We have stayed in the area often over the years, but never been lucky enough to book in here. Lovely place, had everything we could possibly need and more! Friendly and responsive host. We hope to be back!

A great little place to stay for a couple of nights, within walking distance of Devizes town centre. The property had everything we needed for our stay. Gertine was very responsive to any questions we had and is recommended as a host.
