Marshalls Barn was a fantastic cottage in he most beautiful surrounding area of the Cotswolds . We had a fantastic time there. It was spotlessly clean and had every amenity you could wish for. We loved that the cottage had been beautifully decorated for Christmas. A full tree and lovely decorations through out the house. The wood burner in the large dining room was beautiful and made meals even more special. We had our dogs with us and they loved being in the large garden and were completely enclosed and safe there.They also loved being in front of the wood fires after long walks. The bedrooms were large and warmly heated with hot showers and great baths for soaking . It is an ideal house for families lots of room and plenty of home comforts not usually provided. I would definitely return to this beautiful cottage . Thank you co host Janet for the warm welcome and making the house look so special for Christmas.

One of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed - the entire home was 7star from the views, the interiors, the amenities and without a doubt the most kind and friendly host! Cannot recommend this place enough !! This really is a gem to find and an absolute pleasure to stay at. Can’t wait to see them again xxx

What a lovely house and setting, even more beautiful than the photos. Nicola was a very friendly and accommodating host, great communication. As well as being very comfortable and well furnished, the house is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need. Finally, the village is lovely, and the pub a short walk away served up a great lunch.

We stayed at this stunning cottage as a large family to celebrate my dad’s 60th birthday. The home was absolutely beautiful, so charming and full of character with a cottage feel that is so unusual for a home that can accommodate so many people. It was spotlessly clean and we were welcomed with a bottle of Prosecco and some snacks! Amelia was so proactive in sending the information booklet ahead of the stay to allow us to make plans and restaurant bookings. She was also really helpful and responsive to communication. The check in and check out instructions were clear and helpful, including directions to the property and locating the key. We would recommend it in a heartbeat for a really special stay. As a family, we will cherish the memories we made here, so thank you for a really wonderful experience! Michelle and family

We were a family party with ages from 5 to 75 . Lots for everyone to do ( swimming , tennis, billiards/snooker & beautiful walks all there) There was enough space both inside the wonderfully converted barn and outside in the extensive grounds to enjoy each others company without being overcrowded. Thanks Sarah for enabling a lovely weekend .

Abbie's place was fantastic for us to meet up with grandparents for a couple of days after new year. The weather was super frosty, great views & sunrise from the house. Good job the heating was really effective keeping the place cosy. Twenty minute drive to Stowe NT for a lovely walk & 5 min drive to the Folly in Towcester for a cracking meal. We're into coldwater swimming and Abbie kindly let us use the pool out of season - first time I've had to crack the ice to get in some water ! The sauna after was amazing & only took 20 mins to warm up. Imagine it must be lovely with the pool in summer. We'd definitely recommend and would like to come back.

Our group of 8 really enjoyed it here, Stephanie's place is very cosy and secluded so great for a getaway/bonding time. The house was clean and the amenities (snooker table!) kept everyone busy. It was also nice to have the choice of two dining spaces, both in the Apple Barn as well as in the main house. It was very cold when we visited so we didn't get to enjoy sitting outdoors, but this would be a real treat when it gets warmer. Overall highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Falling Leaf. Very cosy and comfortable with everything we needed to relax and enjoy the peaceful setting and to explore the surrounding area as well as some great dog walks from the door.

Samantha was a great friendly host she allowed us to park our car and put our luggage in the annexe early as we were attending a wedding The accommodation is perfect it was clean beautiful soft furnishings and facilities Samantha had an eye for detail to enable our stay to be comfortable Welcome pack of tea coffee milk Would highly recommend We will visit again and explore the area Jane and Steve

We had a great stay. The apartment was very modern and spacious. However, Certain things could have been cleaner, such as the dirty plates and pans.

This brand new flat is a great place to stay if you’re visiting Haddenham and the surrounding area. Great communication with the host, easy check-in, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The highlight is the amazing bathroom! Thanks for having me.

A fantastic cabin in peaceful woodland with beautiful views. The cabin was well equipped and spotlessly clean. The outdoor area was perfect to sit amongst the trees and relax whilst enjoying the views through to the fields. The fire pit was perfect once the sun went down. All in all a fantastic place to spend a few days relaxing with friends.

We had a great stay at Richard’s cabin. The hot tub was lovely, the views were beautiful and the cabin itself was very charming. The super king bed was very comfortable and fit all three of us in there! Richard was very welcoming and went through everything with me thoroughly upon on arrival. Highly recommend! Maureen is a great host and her place is exactly as advertised—clean, comfortable and just a short walk into Pangbourne. I highly recommend it.

A beautiful cabin to get away from it all. Spacious and well designed; we enjoyed new year’s for two here. Everything is thoughtfully done and there are lovely views through the windows while the fire/underfloor heating keep you warm. Extremely generous and welcoming hosts who communicated clearly throughout and helped us with our supermarket shopping delivery!

Had a fantastic stay. It was all very easy from booking to leaving - text messages explaining book-in etc. This a great location for walks and there are so many walks and Oxford and lots of other Little villages. We even got to Henley on Thames We did not realise we were so close to the White Horse so did a quick visit on our way back from an afternoon in Oxford which ended up in us doing yet another walk on top of our Morning walk on the loop walk around the horse. The garden is amazing and Winston our Labrador has a fabulous time. The garden is all enclosed and private and extremely large! The cabin is very clean, warm, comfortable and it’s great to get a place with a big shower cubicle that is hot, powerful and does not leak… We were here in Winter but intend to come back in the summer and use the outdoor fire pit and sit in the garden while Winston entertains himself Highly recommend

We had a lovely weekend at Samia’s cabin. The decorations, the attractive rugs and all the plants, made it a very pleasant space. Samia was very helpful- she came and introduced herself and gave us recommendations for places to eat. It made a great base for exploring Oxford- a 25 minute walk into the centre and we made good use of the busses. Thank you, Samia!

Best airbnb we’ve stayed in! Me and my girlfriend stayed here for a long weekend while attending Reading Festival. The airbnb itself was lovely and the host, Nicola, was so welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately we didn’t get to see too much of the local area but the location was beautiful. Would definitely recommend this place and if we return to the area, we will be staying here again!

It had all the basics we wanted. A log fire which was wonderful and easy to use Within easy walking distance of everything and some great restaurants Naomi was very helpful with our questions. We really enjoyed our stay
