Lovely weekend at this beautiful property. An absolutely stunning house, beds were super comfortable and everything was exactly as described. Thank you so much for hosting us!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The host was absolutely wonderful, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We were delighted to receive thoughtful gifts of food and Prosecco, a lovely touch that made us feel so welcome. The accommodations were perfect for our family, with a crib, high chair, and toys for the kids, which made our stay even easier and more comfortable. The property itself is incredibly peaceful, offering a relaxing retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm and welcoming escape!

We stayed here for my sisters Hen Party. It was incredible, the photos don’t do it justice on here. When we arrived we were gobsmacked with how gorgeous the place was and how much space we had. It was a very relaxing place which was someone my sister wanted for her hen. They let us hire a chef for the Saturday night and he came in and cooked for us. It was comfy, lots of space and rooms. Clean and really close to the main town centre of Chipping Norton. About a 5 minute walk. I cannot recommend this place enough. If I ever find myself planning something for a bigger group of people I will be re-booking! Thanks again

Beautiful cottage in peaceful countryside, a real retreat for us! It was spotless and very cosy with the log burner to gather round and the hot tub was a delight. Georgie was really helpful in having it hot for us on arrival which was fantastic after a long journey travelling! Beautiful walk to the village very nearby through the parkland - so relaxing. We had everything we needed and the cotswolds right on your doorstep to explore.

A lovely weekend! Joe's place was the perfect home from home experience, clean, comfortable, and well thought out. Living so far from family, this seemed like the perfect place to meet. 8 Adults and 2 children (both 2 years old), enough space for all of us. Not many places we go to, and can all sit in the same living room! Great locations with Bicester Village just over the road. We also visited Diddly Squat while there. I would 100% recommend to anyone. Thanks Joe, and Karen for a fabulous place to stay for the weekend

Lizzy's place was wonderful. We were only there for a weekend and I would love to go back for a longer stay. There was plenty of space and the hot tub was a bonus. The property is also close to some very pretty villages and towns - highly recommended!

There was nothing not to like about here. Everything you need for a break & the hot tub was amazing. John was quick to come back to me when needed. The bed was very comfy & lovely linen, nice touch to have slippers, gowns & extra towels for outside. We were able to take the dogs, lots of lovely walks and dog friendly pubs. Although we knew the living & dining area was open plan, we hadn't really realised that the bedroom was too. This meant we had to pile up our cases to stop the dogs coming in at night. We don't allow dogs on the beds at home, but they would take a chance if they could! The private yard is secure, but not directly accessible from the front door. This meant I had to pop on their leads to take them out. In the summer, I would have been unable to leave the door open to the yard. Again, not a major problem, but this is useful info. Location is lovely, good Indian takeaway, The Boat Inn supplies groceries. The Navigation great for riverside drinks but awful Sun roast

Grrat couple of days in the Cotswolds. Stephanie was a fantastic host and the house had everything that we needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a group stay.

Perfect for what we needed - somewhere that felt secluded, peaceful and amongst nature. We absolutely loved our stay, and probably be back in the future!

Lovely stay for our 5th year anniversary, exactly like the pictures! So peaceful and everything was just as described. Will definitely be staying here again in the near future. Hosts were great at communicating and thought of every little touch to make the experience as wonderful as possible.

Spent a lovely long weekend here catching up with dear friends. The cabin is lovely, had everything we needed and we made good use of the hot tub. Fab to relax in with a drink after a long day shopping at Bicester Village!

This was honestly the best place we have stayed at and wish we had booked an extra night. we are planning to come back a few times this year as we loved it so much. Lucy was so accommodating and such a fab host! I cannot fault anything. Perfect place to stay along with the perfect host.

Lovely cabin in the Oxfordshire woods. Very easily accessible by car or train to Bicester North station. The hot tub was the highlight of our stay - set to perfection before our arrival and very clear instructions to help us warm it up the day after. Mirror house provides a nice blend of privacy and proximity to the nature. it was a surprise for my partner who absolutely loved it! Will definitely look forward to visiting again.

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL. Made even better by the appearance of the next door neighbours cat Zeus. The only criticism is there were no basic cleaning products to clean the kitchen area with. I would have preferred that than toiletries to be honest.
