Jeffrey was flexible and accommodating. The space was perfect for our family and made for a great stay in Ventura!

We absolutely loved Geoffrey’s place and getting to know him and Annika a bit. So clean, great energy, comfortable, and it was perfect to have the hot tub and sauna available. We will be back again!

This place was perfect! The pool and beach access are amazing. The only issue was getting there because PCH was closed so we had to take a detour. Other than that, we had a blast. I'm not sure the neighbors enjoyed us as much as we enjoy the place but it didn't bother us! I have 2 boys 9 and 11 who had a blast playing in the pool and were enjoying themselves in the middle of the day (not at night) but we definitely got some unfriendly stares. Sorry - we don't have these luxuries everyday so we will enjoy them while we can! The place itself was nice, kitchen was great, fireplace was fun. Balcony was perfect. Definitely a gem!

We had such a wonderful stay at Kiran’s place. She is incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating, making the time there so smooth and comfortable. Communication was always easy, and she truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The home was very clean, cozy, and exactly what we needed. The location was perfect, and i really enjoyed the scenery it was a great way to start each day. I’m so grateful for her hospitality and would highly recommend staying here. I would definitely love to come back. Thank you again Kiran.

Comfortable place in a quiet complex with private entry to the beach. Convenient location to explore the area from.

William provided clear and helpful instructions. We arrived late and had no issues entering gated area and the space was easy to find. It was a clean space, with a fully stocked kitchen, calming vibes throughout the community. We enjoyed walks on the beach. Great location! It looks like the pictures. Hope to return again soon. We stayed there on our way back from LA to San Fran. It was an absolute surprise. Shamim is truly a super host. And the place was a gem. It was neat and clean, and everything was provided. Instructions were very clear and had a keyless entry. Dedicated parking was a great convenience. The absolute best part was the private access to the Beach. And the beach was gorgeous and expansive—a large flat swath of fine sand land all to yourself. It reminded me of the Copa Cabana beach section in front of our five-star hotel in the early morning when there was hardly anybody. The waves were gorgeous, and one young girl attempting to ride them in the distance. Shamim also recommended great restaurants in the neighborhood, which turned out to be great. Pacific Grill was great, and American Pizza, a few miles away, made our kid's day. Reasonably priced.

Julie’s place was a nice decorated apartment located in a tranquil block. It was clean, spacious and equipped with almost everything you need for daily life. Julie was very hospitable and can always solve our problems. The location was also very convenient as Whole Foods was just 3mins drive away. One thing wasn’t that perfect was during our stay, someone(probably sent by the management office) came to renovate the unit downstairs. They used glues that had a huge pungent smell and was believed to be toxic. I was forced to leave the house and stay outside for daylong. Of course, I believe it is a rare case and usually people will not encounter it. Overall it was a perfect place to stay in Thousand Oaks and I will definitely recommend it to all.

Johny is very respectful and helped me with any questions, checking in, besides he is very nice and friendly. His house is in a very peaceful neighborhood. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to have a peaceful environment

Me and my family loved this place, from the inside and out. This place has a beautiful view of the beach sunset and in general a really relaxing experience. Suneetha's place is in the perfect location! We enjoyed daily walks down to the pier to enjoy the sunset, went whale watching, and drove to several beach destinations on the coast, all within 30min to an hour. Her condo is spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed listening to the ocean and birds from the balcony. In unit laundry was great and we enjoyed using the facilities including the gym and swimming in the heated pool! Overall it was a wonderful stay!

Our first impression was welcoming, well stocked and cozy. It was bonus to be given access to the the Community Clubhouse which offered an indoor pool, gym and other activities. We had an amazing month-long stay at Robbie’s beautiful home while our own place was undergoing construction. The pool and jacuzzi were a fantastic bonus, and the house itself was comfortable and welcoming. Robbie was an incredible host, super friendly, accommodating, and always quick to help with anything we needed. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend staying at his place. Such a great stay! We absolutely loved this home and would definitely come back. The sunsets alone were beyond breathtaking. Cooking in that kitchen with the view of the ocean made preparing every meal a pure pleasure. An unexpected bonus was the garage gym—really solid! We got in a couple of workouts! The art is incredible and the interior design is magazine-worthy. My favorite AirBnB I have ever stayed in. Thank you again!

I would go back again and again! I was lucky to get the dates and times it presented and I took it! So glad I did! The waves cleared my mind and the sunset was beautiful. This is by far the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in! Not that I've had bad experiences before but this gorgeous home sets new high standards. The Hosts - Super kind, friendly, responsive. They went out of their way to help me more than once. The nicest most thoughtful hosts I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. The Home - Stunning. Pristine. Spacious and private. The art and decor is aesthetically beautiful and soothing, furniture is so comfy! Amenities - Everything you could want and more! Seriously, from the gym to the many snacks stocked to the mini bar, the various pots and pans and spices, you will want for nothing. With it's large gorgeous garden, luxurious soaking tub, and the spaciousness of the home I felt I was in my own private spa retreat! I cannot wait to come back again!
