What a great place! Check-in was seamless with the Smart Lock. Home was just as pictured, and the backyard absolutely perfect! Why has no one mentioned the beautiful gardens? And the amazing Lime & Orange Trees? And all those succulents? 😍 Sitting in the backyard among the mature gardens made it feel like a private oasis! We enjoyed the yard even in the rain - and the artificial ‘grass’ and hardwood/tile floors made it a perfect, stress free set up for traveling with pets. The home is quaint and full of character, exactly what you expect from a 1950’s home. The neighborhood was quiet, clean and made us feel very safe. Onsite parking was a huge bonus! Location was perfect! Just a short drive to everything you could ever want to do while visiting! Courtney was very helpful with her recommendations and quick to respond and so friendly and kind. Our only complaint is that we wish we were able to stay longer!!!

I’m so happy my wife and I found this property. The back yard is so cute! The inside is very cozy! The kitchen has everything you could need just make sure to bring coffee! The bed and pillows were great as well! For being inside a neighborhood it was extremely quiet. Also thank you for letting us control the thermostat. Some places they will not and it was so nice to have it at 70 on a cold night. We will be back! Thank you! Also the wager and dryer are wonderful and do not stink. 80% of the air bnb we stay at have front load washers and 75% of them smell like booty! Yours does not!!

This place was perfect for us! We loved the Pierpont community vibe. The beach was a 5 min walk away and there was a wagon for us to use which was wonderful. Instead of bunk beds like the listing photos, there were twin beds, which also worked great for us. We felt super at home and the host was extremely helpful when we had any troubleshooting to do. We would love to stay again!

We had a wonderful time, everything was perfect and as described. The ping pong table and corn hole in the large lovely backyard provided great entertainment for us. The neighborhood is cute, quiet and close to many restaurants and shopping. Erik is a wonderful host and was very responsive to any questions I had. We will definitely comeback when we are in the area again.

The location is absolutely awesome, right on the edge of the sand, with amazing walks on the beach. It is a very peaceful place. The cottage is rustic and lovely, and if the weather was a little colder than we had hoped, it was still super beautiful. The clouds and the fog rolling in was really amazing to see. The kitchen is well stocked, and the home is comfortable. It is possible to walk to the harbor and several restaurants there including a truly fine sushi place. It is a short drive to Ventura and several other spaces along the coast that are beautiful. I would highly recommend. Tiffany was very responsive, and we appreciated the chance to stay in this cottage on the sea.

We had a great time and Maxcy’s lovely beach house was perfect for our stay in Ventura! The home was very well-appointed and there were so many thoughtful extras to make our stay comfortable (extra towels and blankets, etc.). The neighborhood is very quiet. Maxcy was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. Thank you so much!!

Was in town for work and Meredith’s place seemed like the right fit and it definitely was. Cozy and spacious. Steps away from the beach too which was a plus!

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

This oasis of peace and tranquility perched in the Santa Monica Mountains yet only minutes from the Beaches of Malibu, is the perfect tonic for our fast-paced, technological life. I had all the amenities needed to stay as connected as I want but with the space, design, and solitude to go inward and contemplate deeper questions. I would live there if I could!

We returned to this location as it has an ever so beautiful location. The deck is very big, allowing for all seven of us to enjoy the waves, surfers, dolphins, and seals. The bedrooms each allow privacy. Our granddaughter had a private bedroom, sharing a bathroom with her parents. The photos are accurate. A bonus we had this time was meeting “Gidget”, aka Kathy, who is sometimes in attendance at Duke’s. She is the person the movies were based upon. A delightful person! If you’re looking for a spot for a group, snap this up!

Although the place was obviously older, they did a great job with decorating it and updating it. Jason was great and very responsive during the stay as well.

Mila's place was clean, cute and cozy. It’s a back unit with an easy access private entrance and a nicely kept gated back yard. The train runs right behind the house, but honestly with the door closed, we didn't even really notice it. From the beginning Mila was responsive and very accommodating, especially with us bringing our dog. She also provided a clean dog bed and bowls, so I didn't have to worry about packing them. We were there for a week and had a comfortable stay. I would definitely book with her again. Thanks Mila! :)

Comfortable place in a quiet complex with private entry to the beach. Convenient location to explore the area from.

William provided clear and helpful instructions. We arrived late and had no issues entering gated area and the space was easy to find. It was a clean space, with a fully stocked kitchen, calming vibes throughout the community. We enjoyed walks on the beach. Great location! It looks like the pictures. Hope to return again soon. Julie’s place was a nice decorated apartment located in a tranquil block. It was clean, spacious and equipped with almost everything you need for daily life. Julie was very hospitable and can always solve our problems. The location was also very convenient as Whole Foods was just 3mins drive away. One thing wasn’t that perfect was during our stay, someone(probably sent by the management office) came to renovate the unit downstairs. They used glues that had a huge pungent smell and was believed to be toxic. I was forced to leave the house and stay outside for daylong. Of course, I believe it is a rare case and usually people will not encounter it. Overall it was a perfect place to stay in Thousand Oaks and I will definitely recommend it to all.

Suneetha's place is in the perfect location! We enjoyed daily walks down to the pier to enjoy the sunset, went whale watching, and drove to several beach destinations on the coast, all within 30min to an hour. Her condo is spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed listening to the ocean and birds from the balcony. In unit laundry was great and we enjoyed using the facilities including the gym and swimming in the heated pool! Overall it was a wonderful stay!

Our first impression was welcoming, well stocked and cozy. It was bonus to be given access to the the Community Clubhouse which offered an indoor pool, gym and other activities. This location exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay again!

We stayed there on our way back from LA to San Fran. It was an absolute surprise. Shamim is truly a super host. And the place was a gem. It was neat and clean, and everything was provided. Instructions were very clear and had a keyless entry. Dedicated parking was a great convenience. The absolute best part was the private access to the Beach. And the beach was gorgeous and expansive—a large flat swath of fine sand land all to yourself. It reminded me of the Copa Cabana beach section in front of our five-star hotel in the early morning when there was hardly anybody. The waves were gorgeous, and one young girl attempting to ride them in the distance. Shamim also recommended great restaurants in the neighborhood, which turned out to be great. Pacific Grill was great, and American Pizza, a few miles away, made our kid's day. Reasonably priced.
