We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Orchard House. It is a beautiful home where we all felt comfortable and able to relax and breathe. The home was very cute and cozy. It was clean when we arrived which was very nice. Bathrooms were spotless, trash emptied, beds clean. The kitchen was full sized, the neighborhood was quiet and beautiful, and there were friendly horses as well. Angela was responsive and helped with any questions I had before and during the stay. We will be back!

This is our second stay at Nili’s place. And if we are in the area again we would stay here. A big beautiful home with fruit trees, birds, and a pool. We were even visited by a pair of owls who have a nest in tree on the hillside. Very clean home in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of toys for the little ones if they accompany you on the visit. If you need a rental in this area, I highly recommend this home.

We had an amazing stay with Vanessa in Malibu. A really gorgeous place with an incredible view surrounded by wildlife and tranquility. Really good bird watching opportunities from both the deck and the lower viewing area. Incredible sunrises. This was also the best stocked airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! Plenty of everything, especially in regard to kitchen supplies. I highly recommend this Airbnb - you won’t be disappointed!

Un séjour magnifique dans les montagnes!!! La maison était cozy et bien décorée, et nous avons pu profiter de la cour de la piscine à tous les jours. Emma et sa famille étaient vraiment charmants, gentils et discrets; nous avions toute notre intimité. Si vous aimez les randonnées, il y en a une multitude dans les alentours à moins de 15 minutes de voiture. Nous visiterons à nouveau, c’est certain :)

We loved our stay at this beautiful, well maintained and well appointed home! In addition to being of architectural interest the home was cozy and comfortable for our whole family. The kids swam all day, and the adults cooked and enjoyed the back patio and atrium areas. The yard and outdoor areas were lovely and well cared for. There were so many things to do close by - from hikes, to shopping, restaurants and museums. Instructions and information provided by Dicle and Trisha were easy to follow and clear. They were responsive and helpful in all communications. Will book again.

We truly enjoyed our stay... it felt as though we had escaped to a secret hidden oasis. The attention, details and care Nathan and Humberto put into their home is what made us appreciate it more. The host Linda was very responsive. We were evacuated due to the Palisades and other wild fires, and we were very disappointed! But Linda called in the middle of the night telling us we had to leave. Power went out eventually in the unit and we returned quickly to retrieve all of our belongings. We were able to go and stay with friends we were supposed to be visiting. Since the situation was so terrible, we arranged to leave early for our second destination and Linda was very gracious about refunding our early departure and Airb&b was very helpful and refunded our entire stay. Hopefully, when we return for our son’s wedding in May we will have the full experience!

I would go back again and again! I was lucky to get the dates and times it presented and I took it! So glad I did! The waves cleared my mind and the sunset was beautiful. The beach walk was so peaceful and I felt like it was just my personal ocean (hardly no one in sight). Thank you Amber for allowing me the opportunity to stay in this castle! I will be back!

We stayed for two nights and enjoyed or stay very much! We loved the peaceful neighborhood and walkable distance to the beach. We also loved using the fire pit in the evening and hearing the waves crash at night. Though we only stayed a couple of nights, Kristi and Karen were very responsive throughout our stay!

We had an amazing stay at this house with three couples and a baby. There was plenty of space, and the house was really well set up for a group. The location was fantastic—close to great hikes, beautiful beaches, and excellent restaurants—while still feeling private and tucked away. The beds were super comfortable, and the rooms worked perfectly for us, even with the different sizes. We especially enjoyed watching sunsets from the back patio, and the wood-burning fireplace made the evenings so cozy. The host was incredibly accommodating and easy to communicate with, which made everything even better. We were all sad to leave and would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommend!

Christine was spot on with check in and communication. She made my brother and I feel comfortable during our stay. This is a cool place that is close to downtown, Lake Casitas and Ojai. We had a great stay and definitely would visit again. Thumbs up.

Thomas was so accommodating and responsive. His place is wonderfully decorated and the bed is so comfy! It is a great yard for a dog- there is a whole side yard as well. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need. Would love to stay at Thomas’ place again :)

Nancy is a wonderful hist and the B's Hive was a perfect nest for us to rest while visiting family in Newbury and Oaks. Make sure to make time for hiking trails accessible only a block away.

Larissa’s place was awesome. Nice secluded location that is not far from the coast. The two separate bedrooms along with the sofa bed worked out well! Kitchen was well stocked with stuff if you want to cook. Everything was extremely clean. Check in and out were a breeze with easy to follow instructions.
