Teri's place is a lovely little oasis - feels cozy and private as soon as you're thru the front gate. Walkable to downtown Ventura - highly recommend the Frontside Cafe for breakfast! Everything else as described! Would stay again. Thanks Teri!

We were really pleased by the location, the apartment, and the host YiFan. The apartment was clean and had anything and everything a guest would need. Plenty of closet and drawer space. Large comfortable bed. It was a particularly hot week when we were there and the A/Cs worked great. The windows also often cross ventilation. As noted by others, this apartment is connected to a house that sits in Box Canyon in Chatsworth at the top of a road. The road is a bit challenging the first time you go up it, but you quickly get used to it. The view from the porch is incredible, of the nearby mountains and across several communities. Great sunrises and moonscapes. YiFan was always available, immediately responsive, and helpful - a great host. It was a convenient location for us, less than 15 minutes from family. Anything you might need (Ralph's, Target, Home Depot, Trader Joe's, CVS, restaurants, etc.) is within a 15-20 minute drive. We loved staying here and look forward to returning.

We spent three weeks in this beautiful space and had the best time. So special being surrounded by nature and waking up to the most magical mountain views each morning. The apartment is peaceful, homely, spacious and thoughtfully decorated, with everything we needed for a longer stay - well equipped kitchen, laundry, a handy workspace, good wifi. We enjoyed all the books too! It’s a perfect location for spending time in Topanga, with many beautiful walks and beaches a short and scenic drive away. Definitely aim to arrive in daylight the first time as suggested, as it can be easy to get lost in the winding roads initially! Rose and Bradley were great hosts - while mostly being away during our stay, they were quick to respond with anything we needed, and it was lovely meeting their sweet labrador Luna, too. Highly recommend, we would definitely return!

What a beautiful location! We had a relaxing time and a lovely stay while in Ojai. Clean and modern. Description and pictures matched the experience. Check in was easy and hosts were responsive and communicative. We will recommend this place to our friends and family. We’ll also book again in the future.

Moorpark CC was the venue for a family wedding. In searching for a place to stay, we found Christine and Dennis's lovely place, such gracious and friendly hosts. The guest home is extremely clean and comfortable, Moorpark is too with many restaurants and available amenities.

Jon’s place was great! His dogs were kind and friendly. Jon was an excellent host and I would gladly stay with him again.

We travel often and have stayed in over 30 lovely Airbnbs, but the warmth and hospitality we received from Jerri was well beyond anything we have ever experienced before!!! Upon arrival we were so warmly and graciously greeted, our luggage was carried in for us, and Jerri had prepared special amenities to be there for us in advance, without our asking... Like the kind of milk we preferred and even asked the age of my grandson so she could have appropriate toys, games, and sports equipment awaiting him! (BTW, he didn't want to leave when it was time to go and asked if we could just live there!) Her Malibu apartment (fully private entire bottom floor) was tastefully decorated, very clean, and filled with many thoughtful details that made our stay very comfortable. Too, the hilltop location is breathtaking!! There we witnessed the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets! So a million thanks, Jerri, for making our weekend so very enjoyable!

Ron and Elke’s place was comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. We enjoyed our stay and will no doubt rent from them again.

This was a great stay for 1-2 people. The location was super close to downtown Thousand Oaks where you can find all the restaurants and stores you need, the place was super cozy and clean and they even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine (unfortunately we aren’t wine drinkers lol). Highly recommend their place!

10/10 I definitely recommend staying at Julie’s place. Me and my girlfriend booked here for a Valentine’s Day getaway and we loved it. Julie recommends arriving while it’s light out and I’ll second that, otherwise it can be a little confusing lol but once we got in we felt right at home. It’s quiet and peaceful surrounded by nature. The hot tub was amazing, we didn’t want to get out. Julie is a great host, very responsive and helpful. She even gifted us a free bottle of champagne which we really appreciated. We definitely plan on being back soon, we fell in love with this place.

We absolutely loved Kimberly’s place! We wanted a quiet and romantic place to relax for our NYE and it was perfect! She placed many thoughtful amenities in the Airbnb and the place was clean, clutterfree and had a proper kitchen for cooking. The bed was soft and comfortable and it was honestly better than some of the hotels we experienced during our trip. I 200% recommend her place!

Great Host My Family visited and stayed at Eric’s property. The location is great and the space is comfortable, very clean, and spacious. Eric is responsive on communication.

Beautiful Neighborhood. I really enjoyed taking a walk up and down the hill, it is a little over a mile in this very special neighborhood. Lots of people walking their dogs, even though I did see a coyote daily, the neighbors know about him/her yet they coexist beautifully. As far as the unit itself, It was decorated so nicely and also had a very comfy bed. Big bathroom and shower and having a laundry inside the unit was very appreciated. Mani was very responsive when I mentioned that the kitchen main light was not working and he had an electrician there to fix. It is a very peaceful private location surrounded by nature. There is a huge closet too to store all your clothes and any extra luggage you may have. The only thing is that if you like watching TV in the bedroom, there is not one. But I had my laptop so not a big deal. I really enjoyed my stay and would go back even just to walk this charming neighborhood again.

We needed a place last minute as all places in Ojai were booked. It was a perfect spot to relax, walk the grounds, visit the animals and still have privacy. Also a short easy drive into town.

Wow! What an incredible stay! I cannot recommend to stay here enough. The entire place is some very special and with the most spectacular views of the mountains, great mountain energy. Heidi is really wonderful, helpful and supportive. I had personal difficulties and she helped me a lot. An angel of LA. There are lots of fur friends to connect with too. If cuddles and love with them all. Thank you Heidi for such a nurturing stay. You did give guidance that a car is required, as a foreigner I wasn’t confident to drive, thanks for helping me with organising rides.

Amazing place and amazing Corral Canyon area! Comfortable beds, modern kitchen and bathroom, very clean, great living space, great short walk to incredible ocean views and canyon views, short drive to Malibu, Pepperdine, and Zuma beach (where saw dolphins and whales 3 days in a row). Chris is a great host, very clear instructions, proactive and responsive. Extra bonus is the comfortable beach chairs, beach towels and high end toiletries. My family and I will definitely return - my wife, daughter, and I loved it as did our dog.

I had the best time at JKs place. It was a perfect getaway. Cute, clean, and he was a very responsive and helpful host!

We had a great stay at Hayley’s Great vibe and well equipped It’s a fun area, and lots of great walks (if you like steep hills!)

The place was beautiful, the room and area. Had a slight mix up with check in but the host responded immediately and all went smooth. The stairs were a challenge. We went in knowing they might be an issue. If you have no mobility issues you should be fine. My partner is disabled and the steps were a trouble. So just keep that in mind when you book to stay here.

Jeff and Irina were very friendly and responsive hosts. Jeff met us at check-in and showed us around the unit. The unit is quite large with two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and a full kitchen. The space was new and clean, as advertised. The bed was comfortable and plenty of extra pillows, blankets, and towels were provided. We would stay here again in the future.

Myrna and Bruce's place, despite being a very reasonable distance from the main attractions we wanted to see in North L.A. (about 45 minutes to the Getty on the day we went), felt peaceful and safe. I slept comfortably on the sofa bed; we used the very up-to-date washer and dryer and availed ourselves of lovely coffee and biscuits. The bathroom was cosy, clean and very pleasant. We unfortunately didn't have the opportunity to meet Myrna and Bruce themselves, but they kept in close touch and kindly told us everything we needed. Entry and exit were easy and smooth. I recommend this place as a great base for exploring L.A. and environs if you have a car and are resigned to the inevitable distances!

Stylish, very clean, and full of thoughtful little details that made it very comfortable. Plus we were able to pick and enjoy delicious oranges from the backyard!

Victor and Holly were wonderfully responsive. the place is cozy and great for anyone looking for a quiet, homey stay. There was a problem with the washer during my stay and they both went above and beyond to take care of the situation. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Very quaint and peaceful place to stay, would definitely love to visit again.
