Vivian was very responsive and communicated well. The house was large for eight people, and hot showers for everyone! A little traffic noise at night, but it died down after 9 PM. Would definitely come back again. Thank you Vivian!

Advertised properly! What you see is what you get. Perfect space for a good rest. Good space for your dogs to run around outside in the backyard when the zoomies kick in!

We had a great stay at this beautiful residence. The hosts were amazing. They provided snacks, fruit, drinks and many other food items for our stay! We stayed over New Year's Eve and they even provided party items. The residence was just as pictured. It's location is great, just next to the beach. Thank you for a great stay!

I would go back again and again! I was lucky to get the dates and times it presented and I took it! So glad I did! The waves cleared my mind and the sunset was beautiful. The beach walk was so peaceful and I felt like it was just my personal ocean (hardly no one in sight). Thank you Amber for allowing me the opportunity to stay in this castle! I will be back!

JC and Alicia’s listing was the perfect getaway for my family and I to relax and spend quality time together. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen + living room was a great communal area for our large party to eat meals and gather for fun. We also spent our evenings on the roof watching the sunset over the beach which was just across the street. JC and Alicia were great hosts and always made sure we were checked in, doing ok, and gave us some good recommendations. I highly recommend this spot!

We had a hard time leaving Rachel's place. It was absolutely gorgeous, so comfortable and the beds were like a dream. Every little detail of this home is picture-perfect! We arrived to the soft sound of beautiful music streaming from the TV and she left our little dog some delicious snacks - truly heartfelt hospitality. Our family enjoyed the beautiful backyard and took advantage of Rachel's excellent restaurant recommendations (Social Tap and McConnell's were DELISH). We were in town for the Cowboys training camp and went to the beach afterward, both of which were quick, 15-minute drives. It's the perfectly located home! We will most definitely be back. It’s just a short, pleasant walk away from a pristine and quiet beach where we could unwind and relax without the crowds. The neighborhood itself exudes tranquility and safety, making it an ideal retreat. Plus, it’s conveniently close to all sorts of amenities, from local eateries to ethnic shops. Norma and Uni truly went above and beyond. They were incredibly responsive, promptly addressing any queries and catering to our needs. Their attentiveness and hospitality added a personal touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. Whether you’re seeking a peaceful beach getaway or a cozy base to explore the area, this place checks all the boxes. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

Can we go back on vacation?! What a beautiful vacation home to stay and spend our family spring break! The house was wonderful, great location, close enough to LA, Malibu, and other great towns but far enough away that your feel secluded. We never heard a plane or any sirens the whole time we were at the house. One of my favorite spots was sitting in the spa when a warm breeze would drift the smell of lavender, rosemary, blooming wisteria, orange and lemon trees.... The kids enjoyed the pool and living room where we played a lot of cards and board games. There were many hiking paths within 20 min or less locations. Todd was very accommodating, the house was well stocked with essentials and simple touches that made you feel right at home. We will return in the future for sure!

We loved our stay at this beautiful, well maintained and well appointed home! In addition to being of architectural interest the home was cozy and comfortable for our whole family. The kids swam all day, and the adults cooked and enjoyed the back patio and atrium areas. The yard and outdoor areas were lovely and well cared for. There were so many things to do close by - from hikes, to shopping, restaurants and museums. Instructions and information provided by Dicle and Trisha were easy to follow and clear. They were responsive and helpful in all communications. Will book again.

Staying at Danna's place was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed and at home. I usually rent a cabin somewhere in the mountains with my best pup once a year for a quiet girls weekend. This year I was hoping for something more local and stumbled upon this gem of an experience. What a beautiful place Murray and Kay have. The property is easy to find and Murray was right there (with their horses) when I pulled in. The Airstream was fully equipped and I really didn't feel like I was deprived of any creature comforts. The solar battery was enough for my couple of devices to charge. Hiking trails right outside the door and views for days. One of their horses even made it up the mountain one night to say hello. The bed was comfy and there was plenty of blankets, linens and towels. I loved every minute of my stay and look forward to visiting again.

George’s place was the perfect beach getaway! The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location can't be beat - just a short walk to the beach made it so convenient to enjoy the sand and surf. The host was welcoming and check-in was a breeze. I had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone looking for an amazing beach vacation. Five stars all the way!

This Airbnb stay was truly fantastic. The guest house is situated in a peaceful and secure neighborhood, making it an ideal retreat. The hosts have thoughtfully provided everything one could need and then some! We cooked several meals during our stay, thanks to the well-equipped kitchen. The coffee and tea bar was a delightful touch, complete with a variety of snacks. The level of hospitality we experienced was exceptional. The Host’s Guidebook was filled with great recommendations, and the restaurants we visited were outstanding. We’re already thinking of reasons to return to SoCal and would definitely choose to stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay! The place is spotless compared to other Airbnbs we’ve stayed at, the cleanliness here really stands out. For example, inside the cabins, everything was not only perfectly clean but also thoughtfully organized, down to the smallest details. There were plenty of towels and beach items provided, which was really nice to have. The location is amazing, a few steps to the sand. It’s also very practical: there’s a garage for easy parking, plus two private outdoor areas that made the space even more enjoyable. The kitchen is well equipped and made it easy to prepare meals during our stay. Kristin was also flexible and communicative. Overall , a comfortable and convenient place for our family beach vacation! Thank you Kristi !

This is a great spot, and the host is amazing. I loved my stay. So beautiful! Spring time was so beautiful!

The place is top notch. It's at the top of a hill and you can clearly see the ocean. Rick was there to greet me and give me a quick tour. The house itself has pretty anything and everything from extra towels to condiments like ketchup and mayo to half a dozen different coffee types. The house is pretty clean and bright as most walls are actually giant windows. Outside there is a hot tub and a large plastic igloo style outside bedroom. Fantastic to spend the night in. One word of caution for out of towners... AT&T coverage in Malibu is abysmal. If that's your provider, put your map directions into your phone before you get there.

Very Nice apartment home. Jason is a wonderful host. I had no issues just the hot water in the shower didn't really get that hot. But overall very nice stay. I will return when I'm back in town! Thank You Jason

Tim’s place was perfect. Tons of character and very comfy. The front yard and back yard are really lovely and the shack in the back was a real treat for our kids. The kitchen was roomy which really makes a difference even if you’re not cooking big meals. Thanks again Tim!
