Stayed here for one night, great views especially when the sun was setting. Very quiet area. Linda was brilliant frlm the minute i booked all the way up until check out.

Great place very clean and tidy and a great place to get away

beautiful, relaxing space in a stunning location. hot tub was great and the bed was amazingly comfortable. The couch in the living room wasn't very comfortable but fit the decor of the room very well. would've been nice to have Internet but was actually quite relaxing to remain unplugged for a few days. the woodland area was lovely plenty of space for a relaxing walk. no fuss on the check in or out and the site was easy to navigate. host was very responsive to our messages and usually got back to us in under an hour. couldn't ask for a more relaxing woodland escape.

We loved our stay at the good life wales… it really is a beautiful spot, and perfect for stargazing at night in the hot tub! Roger and Debbie gave clear and helpful instructions to find the place as well as local recommendations. The setting is ideal for anyone looking to relax and explore the Brecon Beacons

Beautiful scenery peaceful, private the lodge was clean super well maintained we were impressed start to finish. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and our hostess went a that little bit further with Banners up in the lodge on our arrival wonderful ! And the sunsets STUNNING !!

This is our second time staying at Penally Grange, and once again, it was just beautiful! We stayed this time at Trevelyn Lodge (a different lodge from our last visit), hosted once again by Leon, and we can honestly say he exceeded our expectations once again. Greeted with a warm welcome and a lovely welcome pack waiting for us in the kitchen, such a personal touch. The lodge is beautiful, super clean and we felt settled and at home the moment we arrived. The amenities provided takes the stress away when thinking about what you need when going on holiday, giving us the perfect break away with our little boy. The hot tub as always is a highlight, the local area and beach are so easy to explore and we just love the peaceful surroundings. Our holiday flew by and we can’t wait to visit again next year. Loved this little gem! Very clean, had everything we needed, very comfortable and felt very private. Great location for exploring the Gower, we walked to Rhossili beach and Down from the lodge. Host Cath communicated regularly with us but gave us privacy also. Would recommend 👍

I stayed at Julie’s cabin with my partner and two dogs. It was beautiful and just as described. I mentioned that it was my partners birthday when booking and Julie even left him a small birthday gift which was very thoughtful. I also forgot something at the accommodation which Julie has very kindly offered to post for me. The ground surrounding the cabin is stunning, there’s a small secluded river at the bottom of the garden and the garden area is well kept. Julie was also a very responsive and helpful host. Would definitely recommend.

A lovely little getaway from it all place. Great host, Vicky who was always there to help with whatever we needed. If you have a dog this place is perfect. Our puppy loved the garden and dog walking field. Thank you for a relaxing stay.

We had a fantastic relaxing stay here for New Year. It was exactly what we hoped it’d be and more. The photos don’t do it justice. The cabin is surrounded by beautiful views and the hot tub was ready for us when we arrived. We arrived slightly early and that was no trouble, we were allowed to check in early. Kerry was a great host and always responded promptly to messages. We would definitely return here. Thanks again for an amazing stay 😊

Lovely little cabin perfect for us, easy 20 minute drive to the beach. lovely fresh towels the pool was amazing. Garden totally enclosed which was ideal for our doggies. Thanks again Emma we will be back

4 of us and a dog used the lodge as a base for walking. It was warm and comfortable and the hot tub was fabulous after a day on the hills. Plenty of eateries in walking distance.

Brilliant accommodation with so much included to make a pleasant stay! spotlessly clean and made us feel comfortable with a crawling baby in tow! Would love to return in the summer and enjoy the full site. Very attentive and responsive host, thank you!

Attended a wedding at the Mansion House, this was a great location and great facilities. Exactly what we needed.

Lovely lodge, really clean and nice location.

Great stay, nice and quiet and everything I needed including coffee and milk. Also a lovely gift of Prosecco and chocolate. Bed was super comfortable to sleep on. Richard was there to greet me and show me around, nice and friendly. Will definitely booking another stay and recommend to others.

Gaynor & Rhian were both amazing, very quick to answer any enquiries. The lodge was beautiful, exactly as shown in the pictures, spotlessly clean, inviting and spacious. Relaxing area, quiet and very well kept. Local beaches and days out (Folly Farm etc) within 15 minutes drive. Will definitely rebook.

Enjoyed our stay here with our dog. Felt very homely, well appointed and just enough space for us. Easy to access, Just off the main road, but felt really secluded and had lots of space. Quick and easy to reach all of the local beaches. Not much within walking distance from the door as we perhaps would like usually, though we were able to do a 1 mile loop with the dog each morning. Footpaths for longer walks seemed non existent, hard to find or knee deep mud. Might be a different story in the summer and it would be nice to recommend any nice routes, if there are any, though an OS map and Gower walking guide are provided. There’s no Wi-Fi, not an issue for us as phone signal was good, but maybe needs to be clearer in the description .

I could not fault Angharad as a host her communication was super efficient and all the information she provided was spot on. As for the property, it was just right for a short break away with everything we could have possibly needed! Very keen to revisit in the future!

The 3 of us had a lovely holiday. The accommodation was well equipped, quiet and quite close to Llansteffan. When i had a query during teh stay - Steve came back to me straight away. Excellent all around. Thank you.0

Had an amazing time staying in this beautiful cosy cottage and visiting the stunning sights of Pembrokeshire. Jackie and Ian were incredibly friendly and helpful, packing the cabin with everything you will ever need for your stay, including fresh eggs from their hens! Would absolutely recommend staying here!
