Eli’s place was magical. It sat on a hill overlooking a beautiful lake with a magnificent mountain in the background. It felt like staying in a part of her family’s history. The original home was built in 1840 but her and her family completely renovated the cabin while still keeping the integrity of the space. It was extremely cozy, clean, and charming. Eli was a perfect host - she was warm, welcoming, and made us feel right at home! She had great recommendations for a local farm, as well as nearby alpine ski places. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer but we definitely plan on coming back!! Thank you so much, Eli!

Bardzo przestronny i dobrze wyposażony dom. Wszystko co potrzeba do komfortowego spędzenia czasu. Gospodarz pomocny i komunikatywny. Codziennie dbał o podjazd, żeby dało się podjechać samochodem pod dom. Spokojna i malownicza okolica. Gorąco polecam!

Dette stedet er helt spesielt. Hytta er så utrolig koselig, og verten så hyggelig og hjelpsom. Dette var 2. gangen jeg var her, og jeg kommer gjerne tilbake. Her finner du ro og fred, og for mitt formål var beliggenheten perfekt. Anbefales på det varmeste! Takk for meg!

If You think the pictures are good, wait till you see the cabin in person! Such a cute cozy place. It's very well curated, not a lot of clutter and a lot of personality. Every single decor item was well thought and helped giving a very pleasant and comfortable feel to the cabin. The location is amazing: no neighbours to bother you, fantastic view, and so much silence around. The cabin had everything we needed and we particularly enjoyed the closed off terrace that allowed us to sit in front of the fire pit without the worry of our dog getting lost in the woods. The host was fantastic: first of all, she left clear instructions on how to reach the cabin since Google Maps was slightly incorrect; additionally she was very responsive during the booking process and was helpful the day before of the check-in, making sure we wouldn't be in trouble because of the icy road. We definitely recommend the place and hope to visit again!

We stayed 4 nights in Lisa's cabin. We had a great time. The cabin is well equipped, clean and the skilift is only a few minutes walk away. Highly recommended if you want a cosy place to stay in Hemsedal.

Location wise the best place, all required things are available nearby. The view from the terrace is amazing. Great place to enjoy with family.

Beautiful and spacious home! Lovely view of the hillside. House is really cozy and lots of space. Very quiet and peaceful. So close to town yet we felt like we were in a remote spot! Definitely recommend. Borgy was so helpful- she alerted us to a road closure due to flooding the morning we were leaving for the airport- super helpful.

We spent 10 days of Christmas holidays in Torilld's house. It was super nice stay. The home is cosy and well equipped. There is a feeling like you are being warmly welcomed. Very quiet place with outstanding surroundings. Thank you, Torild for a nice holidays! We will definitely come back next time

Bare å ta på seg langrennskiene å gå rett i skisporet. Liten lysløype i hytteområdet som passer fint for en barnefamilie, men også mulighet for lenger turer. Ren og fin hytte.

Wir waren für eine Nacht dort und es war vollkommen ok. Kleines aber schönes Zimmer. Alles was man soweit braucht, auch ein paar Utensilien zum Kochen. Die Kommunikation war super, Jan war sehr zuvorkommend. DANKE

We (2 adults, 1 kid) had a wonderful couple of nights in Lone’s very cozy apartment. We were there to ski, and everything from the interior of the apartment, the parking facilities and the distance to the ski-lifts was very accommodating to this purpose. We highly recommend!

Tipp topp leilighet i hotellet. Perfekt for 4 personer. Fin leilighet og super beliggenhet til å komme seg inn i bakkene i Hemsedal Skisenter. God plass i skibod, og enkelt fra garasje til leilighet.

This quaint cabin offers a great balance of rustic charm, coziness and comfort. It’s beautifully designed, very clean and has all the amenities one could need, including a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Odd Arne even treated us with freshly baked bread, which was a delight. We enjoyed the local ski tracks and nature. This place is on our “to repeat” list!

The lodge had everything we needed and more! It was very clean, there were plenty enough cleaning utensils and kitchen supplies and we stayed nice and warm all night. No complaints whatsoever! If you're searching for some place quiet and with beautiful views, look no further.

Inger is very helpful and responsive... Excellent stop if you are cycling Mjølkevegen.

Vi havde en fantastisk uge i Fjellsyn! Vi blev taget rigtig godt imod, og kom til en lun og meget fin hytte hvor vi følte os hjemme med det samme. Fjellsyn kan varmt anbefales og vi har følt os velkommen og hjulpet lige fra vi anmodede om at leje hytten til vi kørte derfra. Virkelig en dejlig oplevelse hele vejen igennem.

Praktisk leilighet med flott beliggenhet nær skiløype. Det var lytt mellom leilighetene. Dessverre fikk vi naboer som festet og spilte høy musikk.

Kjempefin og koselig hytte, perfekt for min familie på 4. Ryddig og rent ved innsjekk. Svært behjelpelig vert som svarte fort på spørsmål, ordnet oss ved slik at det lå klart ved innsjekk, og kom med anbefalinger på turer. Hytta ligger en kort kjøretur fra sentrum med butikker ol. Usjenert plassering hvor vi kunne gå rett opp i skogen og kose oss rundt et bål. Gåavstand til skiløype.

We had an amazing time in this awesome cabin! It has all you need, it is modern with a great view from the living-room!! The host is very responsive and kind :)

Meget hyggelig indrettet hytte med personlig stil, masser af tæpper, puder, stearinlys og bøger, der var alt hvad der skulle til for at få en afstressende uge. Der manglede ikke noget og alt fungerede fint - som at komme hjem. Hytten ligger helt fantastisk med sol opgang og solnedgang. Et par 100 meters afstand til langrends løjper og en rask gå tur til Alpin centret - hvor vi havde vores alpin ski udstyr stående i et lejet skab. Så nemt at veksle mellem langrend og alpinski. Vi kom i El-bil og fik ladet op til hele ugen med super charger ved Kiwi (super marked ved indgangen til Beitostølen) , mens vi handlede ind og her købte vi også brænde til pejsen. Der var tændt for varmen da vi kom til hytten og indkørslen ryddet for sne, så let at komme til hytten. Vi kom nemt til hytten på vinterdæk og 4 hjuls træk - fik ikke brug for snekæder. Inden vi ankom fik vi sidste opdatering fra Wenche så vi følte os trykke ved værtens back up. Kan varmt anbefales.
