Thank you guys so much for the super lovely space and being so responsive and just overall great hosts! If we ever make a stop here in Springfield or surrounding area I look forward to booking this space again! Also, highly recommend the Eurasia Coffee spot right down the road from the loft. I ventured out the morning I was leaving because the sun finally came out and wasn’t snowing, and I wish I would’ve found them the day I came in!

Thankyou Ashley! This was the perfect place for me while needing my own place visiting family! Everything I needed was in the house! Laundry soap , kitchen fully ready and stocked with supplies, bedding and bed were sooo comfortable! Closets are huge to sort things out to see what you brought and didn’t need! Shower is great and not whimpy water trickling out! The little Gym is awesome and walking through neighborhood around duck lake is right there ! Very convenient to everything ! I will be booking again! Safe neighborhood that is private ! 👍💖

Terry's place is very clean and the location is awesome close to most things in town and he responds very quickly, i would recommend this place and it worth every penny you spent on it!!!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was beautifully updated, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The hosts were incredibly easy to work with and made the whole process seamless. The location was perfect—right in a charming historic neighborhood with tons of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. We would absolutely stay here again!

My friends and I have stayed at Conni’s place three times now. It is always clean and in great shape. Lots of room to just sit and talk in a friendly environment. Once you go outside, you have many restaurants in walking distance. It’s centrally located to get to various golf courses. If you want to go to downtown St. Louis, the drive is nice and not too long. I can’t recommend this place enough. We will definitely be back again.

We had a nice stay a Melinda’s place, looked just like the pictures. Melinda’s instructions were very thorough as to checking in, parking, and checking out. I enjoyed the cleanliness of the apartment and organization of the cleaning items and amenities. There is a coffee shop, tea shop, pizza shop, Cuban restaurant and more all within a block. It was quiet in the apartment both day and night. If I visit Springfield again I would stay here again!

Rhonda's Sunnyside Cottage is a very cute, cozy, clean and comfortable place to stay. a good base to venture out from to enjoy the local beauty and activities. Rhonda is an excellent communicator and very helpful!

Very cool loft just off the square and close to all of downtown! Directly across from free parking. Great overnight stay for us, would do it again!

Self check in and out made arrival and departure very easy. We appreciated the comfortable beds, plush bath towels and stocked coffee bar. The loft, being located on a busy street, was quiet and safe. Our purpose for our visit was hockey. We were a 12 minute walk to the Blues arena, the Arch and many restaurants. Most important, our hoast, Tiffany, provided excellent assistance to our stay. Although we never met in person, she made our trip to STL successful. Oh, did I mention; BLUES won all three games we attended!

Went for a work trip! fantastic location and easy to find. Place was clean and free of clutter! Casey was super responsive and accommodating. would recommend anyone to stay here.

We enjoyed our stay. There were extra blankets which came in handy. The kitchen had necessities. We couldn’t figure out how to work the tv upstairs but we also didn’t contact the host for assistance. When we did contact the host she was very accommodating to us and responded in a timely manner. We were very pleased with our stay. For myself and 4 kids it suited us completely!

The apartment is spotless, very cute. Camden has replied to my messages instantly, very responsive, respectful and up to the task. I will recommend this place and if I am in the area I will use it again. Very clean kitchen and bathroom, plenty of sheets and towels. Thank you Camden

This is the perfect place to stay for a solo traveler or a couple that wants to be close to downtown Jeff City! I stayed here for five months as a travel nurse and didn’t have any issues the entire time. I really do recommend this place for everyone!

What a great little spot! Easy parking, quick to find, nice area to walk. Our #1 favorite part about this stay was the king size bed! Wow, so comfy! After a long travel day it was just a dream. My only complaint… I am unsure what was going on above us from the times of 12am-3am….. But, there was someone on the roof wearing boots walking back and forth creepily and us Texas gals were absolutely terrified…. If someone lives up please disclose this so the next person can be at ease. At the end of the day, this is was a very nice stay. On a side note for the area, there is a 30% alcohol tax at restaurants on Sundays and very little food options on Sunday’s, just be forewarned. Check out Skinny J’s , very interesting comedy show, too. Awesome place yall! Byeee.

This was our second stay here. Comfortable and safe. The place feels like home. Most impressed with how clean the entire place is and very well maintained! This should be the standard for all rentals! Great communication and responsive. We’ll be back!

My husband and I loved this loft apartment. The location across from the capital felt safe. Although it’s a historic building the loft was updated beautifully. The pub downstairs was a bonus, great food and the staff were so friendly. If we go back to Topeka we will stay here again!
