This was a good stay for what we needed - short trip to KC One thing to note for other potential guests - the beds were really too firm for all 3 of us. I think this is a matter of personal taste though, so I dont mean it as a complaint. The townhouse is clean, in a quiet neighborhood. Host is friendly and responsive. The neighbors who share a wall were quiet as well. There are very good restaurants and bakeries close by.

Had to adjust our stay from our first booked trip due to a family death and the hosts were accommodating and understanding. Great people, clean and safe home, overall great experience!

Location, location, location! My family of four only stayed here one night, but wish we had more time! Host is great, very responsive. The place is spacious, very clean, and super location - walkable to everything on/near the square (restaurants, ice cream shops, coffee shops, Walmart museum, Neighborhood market, playground, Crystal Bridges & its grounds). The Razorbacks Greenway passes right through so next time we will bring our bikes. We would definitely stay again and stay longer next time!

Our stay was great. Conlee is very responsive and easy to work with. I would stay here again and plan too.

I had one small issue come up during our stay and I reached out to her about it. Within 30 minutes her husband called me to address it. Very kind and responsive!

Overall, definitely a great stay! The pictures and description match well. It’s a great location, close by to everything in Fayetteville and the area itself is peaceful and nice.

A great quiet place to get away I was here for work and I loved it

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The property was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The host was incredibly welcoming. The location was perfect, just a 15 minute drive from work. I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient spot for their stay. I will definitely be back! I travel across the US for work, so it’s important for me to feel comfortable and safe. I’m happy I stayed here.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom unit on Madison Street. The townhouse was exactly as pictured and described. There was plenty of room for my family and our dog, Charlie. It had a great fenced in backyard for him. We were in Jonesboro to visit my son who’s attending A State. We were offered an early check-in at no charge which worked out great for us because his baseball game got moved up to an earlier time that day so we were able to arrive early, unpack and make it to the game on time. There was always great communication with the host before, during and after our stay. Unfortunately due to our schedule restraints, we didn’t get to enjoy any of the amenities offered around the property. We would definitely stay here again!

The location of this airbnb is perfect! Lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance. The home was very clean upon arrival and had everything we needed for our stay. Jessica was very responsive and gave clear instructions on the home. The price was very fair for what you get!

I actually came for my mom’s funeral and it was taking a toll on me he granted me a later check out in short notice. We have never stayed in a Airbnb before so we did not know what to expect… it met and exceeded our comfort and security Our host was amazing and enjoyed our stay We came for my wife’s sister, who passed away, funeral, so it was a comfort to have everything at the ready and not to have things in turmoil

Great host, location, and property! Walked to the Walmart Home Office in about 15-20 mins (less than a mile).

Really great place, especially for a longer stay. Everything you need is there, and nothing you don't. Lots of closet space (and hangars!) and maybe the most kitchen cabinet space of anyplace we've stayed. The bike storage and bike wash are super convenient. Location is also great - quiet neighborhood with easy access to restaurants and grocery stores, and I rode from the house to all the local trail systems. The hosts are very friendly and responsive, including for minor maintenance requests. We've already booked another stay for next year.

The duplex was spacious and clean. Slept 8 comfortably. 3 full bathrooms was nice as well. Kitchen was organized and stocked well. The stairs are a bit steep to the rooms downstairs, but overall the layout was nice. There is only seating for 4 at the kitchen table. Reem communicates quickly. I would book here again.

It's easy to tell that these folks work in the education field based on how thorough and organized the guest info binder was! It was a great touch on top of an already great place!

My family and I felt very comfortable. The basement was the perfect hang out spot for my kids and my dog enjoyed chasing squirrels in the backyard. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We felt right at home!

Loved everything about staying here! Killer house and absolutely perfect location! Host was always super responsive and helpful.

Perfect location and walkable distance with on small caveat. I’ll get to that later. The location was great and right around the corner from Beale Street. Catching a Lyft or uber when we went out was between $5-7 to Beale Street. That’s way cheaper than paying for parking. As mentioned the place was great, the only small caveat for me since I’m a light sleeper was the traffic noise since the property is right in downtown area. Other than that it was a nice little spot.

Great location to get on the Bike Trails! Owners were fast to respond when any issues came up. We will be back!!
