This place was incredible value and in a great location for us. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures, and was equipped with everything needed to have a comfortable and relaxing stay. The WiFi was also great, which was really useful for me and my partner as we had some work to complete online, and the WiFi was perfect for us. There was also laundry machines available to use which was very useful for us and it was a good price. Overall, so happy we stayed here, so much so that we will return soon to spend another week. Such a great stay, highly recommended and felt like a home away from home.

Wonderful apartment rental in a great neighborhood of the city. Standouts include the incredibly comfortable bed and nice amenities for food (microwave, kettle, fridge) and outdoor kitchen space. Only downside is the wifi doesn't work very well, but you can get a very cheap Thai phone plan to tether internet and you'll be fine. Overall a great stay, I will come stay again (had the best sleep of my life!!)

nous avons adoré notre séjour, nous y somme resté 6mois même si le logement n'est pas fait pour un séjour de 6 mois nous y étions bien à cause de l'environnement privé d'un haubans la verdure la piscine. Un conseil louer une moto ou une auto, le propriétaire pourra vous aider

We had a delightful stay at this nice guesthouse. The owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Since we arrived quite early, they allowed us to check in at 9:30 AM, which was a huge relief. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, making it a perfect home away from home. If you’re planning a trip to Chiang Mai, I highly recommend this guesthouse. It’s conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all that Chiang Mai has to offer.

As usual, had a good rest away from the noise. It’s generally quiet in the neighborhood, occasionally on holidays there could be noise from people celebrating in the evening but it’s far enough away. Since it’s so quiet, it’s easy to hear if somebody is noisy in an adjacent room or the corridor, but I stayed here multiple times and it was only a problem one night when some guests returned from partying after midnight (luckily, they went to sleep quickly). It’s also nice that the outside A/C unit doesn’t make much noise when you’re using it. Sometimes you can hear birdsong. Thanks to the hosts for safely keeping my luggage while I’m away. Thanks to spacious cozy rooms and convenient location I’d say it’s suitable for moderately long stays (like a week). First floor rooms seem to have the same layout and are consistently prepared, no surprises if you need to move to another room or stay another time.

Review: I had a great stay! The room was very clean and exactly as described. The location was perfect—within walking distance to many attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

very nice lady that manages the house. you can cook in the kitchen and you get a motorcycle for free what do you want more

룸 컨디션 이 좋고 특히 콘도에서 누릴 수 있는 수영장/사우나/헬스장 과 라운지 가 완벽 했습니다. 매월 하루한번 전체 청소는 콘도 위생 관리 시스템에 많은 신뢰를 줍니다. 특히 성의 있는 호스분의 친절한 답변과 빠른 문제 해결 에 감사를 드립니다 기회가 된다면 내년에도 다시 만나길...... 참고로 주변에 맛집이 많습니다 거희는 호텔투숙 느끼고 싶어 가끔 임프레스호텔 250bat 리버사이드호텔에서 300bat 에 아침 조식을 즐겼습니다^^ 한달살기 집 처럼 편안하게 하고 갑니다^^

Lovely place. Great Location. Cool AC and good wifi (three of us were working remote). We especially enjoyed the rooftop area in the evenings - once the sun went down. Very helpful staff on hand. We all agreed the beds were comfortable. Very close to several markets (morning & night). Only minor issue with the room was that the refrigerator did not work very well - but not much of a concern as we ate out almost every meal. We would definitely stay here again.

I absolutely loved my one month stay at Amy's. The room is large, clean, & nicely decorated. As an added bonus my room had a lovely balcony to be enjoyed. The location is incredibly peaceful & has many good places to eat nearby. Its also a short distance to the old city & Maya Mall. More than anything though it was Amy, Bee, & Yen that made my stay amazing. Amy is wonderful and has a wealth of information about the area and what's going on. Bee & Yen are so kind and helpful. It was very nice to have the cafe and workspace in the same spot. Bee makes great coffee and Yen amazing handicrafts. Amy really does alot and has a lot going on here. If you don't stay here, I'd suggest checking it out (Creativitea/& coworking) I'm super grateful for my time there. I can't wait to return and will miss them til next time. It felt more like family& friends. Thank you for a wonderful stay. It went by way too fast! Definitively recommend booking if available 🤗

It’s clean and the location is really nice Although the host is kind but the answer is a little slow… I‘ve been doing well for two weeks.

1.호스트 친절하고 신속한응답, 적극적인 문제해결의지, TM30관련, 즉각적인 응답과 문제해결로 큰 도움. 프로의식이 강한듯 했음. 2. Room 생각보다 크고, 깨끗하고, 욕실,화장실,침실,거실이 분리돼있어 아주 여유롭게 사용가능. 세제, 샴퓨, 주방용품 등 모든 게 잘 준비돼 있었음. 9층이었는데, 시내 전망이 좋았음. 3.콘도 전체 Astra콘도는 올드타운까지 20분정도 걸어가도 될 만큼 가까웠고, 정운을 나오면 로컬식당,편의점, 약국, 마사지샵, 환전소,ATM등 모든게 접근가능. 특히 콘도 주변이 나무가 많은 숲이 있어 새소리만 들리고 다른 잡음은 1도없어 아주 좋았음. >>위치,편의시설,정숙성,접근성등 최고로 여겨짐.

Beaty nice place water in the shower not really hot and a bit far from old city beside that highly recommend.

Nice place. A little bit far from the central area of Chiangmai but the transportation is convenient. The furniture and appliances in the room is ok though not too fine. A little noisy in the daytime but quite at night. It’s a little surprise that the gym room has its own WiFi. Most of all, the host is excellent.

This is the second year in a row I have stayed at both of Ohm & Walter's apartments. They both have great views and are very well equipped. It's a great location with a lot of restaurants within walking distance and easy to get to all the attractions in Chiang Mai. They are the best hosts and went above and beyond to to provide everything I needed and make me feel welcome and comfortable. I would definitely stay at their apartments again.

For me...traveling alone and working online The Leaf was perfect. Everything is very clean and everything works. Shower is hot,fridge is big, internet is strong and never drops, it's very quiet. There are bicycles available and plenty of good restaurants not far from the property. The owner is the nicest and kindest man i have met in Chiang Mai. I will be back there again.

My girlfriend and I had a great time here. The location is really close to Nimman with tons of restaurants close by too. The place was clean and the space was big enough for two. Penny was a great host and went out of her way to help us out when we had a concern. We would recommend!

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The apartment is well-equipped and comfortable. While the location is not that walkable, with a motorbike, it was convenient. I enjoyed doing yoga in the morning sun on the turf next to the pool every morning. While this was only a temporary inconvenience, it is worth mentioning that on five evenings, there was noise from live music performances in the mall's parking lot across the busy road. I appreciate the hospitality of the host and the quality of the accommodation.

What a beautiful place to stay! Bom (Kulthida) was very responsive and always available when I needed her for any questions or issues. We actually arrived just after the flooding in chaing Mai and they had dealt with it really well and every time we needed something Bom was very communicative to help get what I needed. Super peaceful place and close enough to get into old town either by a long-ish walk or a very short scooty ride. You can enjoy a spacious feeling being high up with lots of natural light and views. Glad I spent a month here to settle into Chiang Mai comfortably :)

像家一樣的地方，這是我多年來在清邁最喜歡的住宿之一。主人非常友善，常常會主動提供暖心的幫助和旅遊建議，房間就跟描述的一樣，非常整潔，設備和生活用品一應俱全，網速非常之好，而且還有可看Netflix的大電視，在大廳有洗衣機可供使用，天台可以晾曬衣物並且是一個舒適的看日落好地方。在附近有7-11和Mini BigC，還有很多本地食品店，稍微遠一點的話還有大型的Big C, Makro和Lotus，非常方便。地點雖然不是主要的旅遊區域，但離機場很近，只要你是有車的話，其實到達各旅遊景點還是很方便的，門外有泊車位，屋主還提供電單車租賃，可算是一站式服務。總括來說這是一個性價比非常高的住宿地方，下次還會再次入住。
