The most amazing place to stay with the most helpful host. Our first week in Phuket and it was a great start!

This was a great place to stay. I liked how electricity/water/cleaning fees were all included in the price so no hidden charges. Location is great by the beach and many great restaurants nearby to eat. 7/11 is next door, super convenient. Only slight critique I have was that the bed was harder than I like. This is just personal preference so I still rated 5 star!

The place is very close to Karon beach, yet away from the hustle bustle of the beach. Had a very pleasant stay here. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for some peace and quiet and stay close to the beach. While we did not explore it - the walkway to the Big Buddha is right on this road, too!

Sergey's apartment is an absolute gem — cozy, spotless, and filled with a calm, welcoming energy. It’s so comfortable that you barely want to leave, and the lighting is already perfectly tuned for a soft, peaceful atmosphere. Everything feels brand new, with no trace of anyone living here before. The apartment is well-equipped: a washing machine, microwave, fridge, reliable hot water, and fast, stable internet — everything works flawlessly. Thick curtains create the perfect conditions for deep, restful sleep. The location is just as delightful: shops and SPA, are a short walk away, and best of all, you can take a beautiful walk along the lagoon straight to the beach — and even stroll down the shore of Bang Tao itself. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax, recharge, and simply enjoy life in a serene and well-thought-out space.

Eine schöne, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung . Mit der Möglichkeit sich selbst tu versorgen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das Bad ist sehr groß, das ist einfach toll. Das Highlight ist der Balkon mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer und am Abend kann man wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Der Strand ist nach 10 Gehminuten zu erreichen, was einfach toll ist. Ich kann diesen Ort nur empfehlen und würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

A great place, quiet with views to the mountains. There is a shuttle bus 5 times a day, which is worth taking if you haven't hired a bike - the walk into town/beach is about 20-25 minutes but it can get very warm of course (but the walk/directions are not difficult). The place is excellent, and Maneerat helps if you ask for anything (I have a lot of online calls in the day and she brought an office chair for me to use).....it's not crowded with things but enough to relax with decent TV (I didn't use, but my partner did frequently :-) ) There are some local places to get some food, a small local restaurant opposite which is actually pretty good, but only open for a few hours a day, not sure of the exact times but about 12-6.....when I say restaurant, those who know Thailand know what I mean about 'Local' restaurant....either way, takeaway is also fine). Other places near are all takeaway street style food, with the nears proper restaurants about 15 minutes walk away.

Stayed a few months at Roberto’s flat. Quiet area which I was looking for but only 5 mins walk to Patong beach and 15 mins to downtown Central where all main bars, clubs, etc are. Clean flat with fridge etc inc TV ( BBC available). No problem with showering. WiFi excellent with around 70 mbps. Would happily stay there again if I go back to Patong area of Phuket. Cleaned every week with new linen etc via the ever helpful partner of Roberto, Mrs Dao.

Very cozy place close to all the nice stuff in Patong, but far enough to have a peaceful sleep. Great location.

Great apartment! We lived in this apartment for s month as a family. Looks even better in reality than in the photos🤩 The apartment is cozy, with a good interior, good furniture and everything necessary for a comfortable family stay. The apartment and its surroundings were generally quiet throughout the day. There are good cafes and restaurants either within walking distance or a very short drive from the building in which the apartment is located. Also, there is a decent sized shopping mall in about 3 or 4 minutes away from the apartment, that has a pretty good hardware store, a pharmacy, Starbucks, grocery store and a few more shops. The owner of the apartment, Caroline, is a very attentive and responsive woman. We traveled with a baby and she was attentive to all of our questions and requests relating to the baby. She rather promptly answered any and all of our questions and always did the maximum possible.

Отличное место для спокойного отдыха. Закрытая территория, очень зелено, шикарные бассейны. Магазины и множество кафе в шаговой доступности, до пляжа идти минут 10. Апартаменты свежие, все необходимое есть, тихо и уютно. Огромное спасибо хозяйке за встречу и помощь во всех вопросах!

Отличные апартаменты в новом комплексе. Невероятная чистота, отсутствие любых насекомых - за месяц ни один муравей не проник в квартиру. Хорошее расположение, окна выходят на зеленый склон с деревьями, солнце попадает только под вечер. Рекомендую!

Great location for old town Phuket 👌 close to 7 supermarket and Limelight! Also for Sunday night market. And also there is a shuttle bus to airport every hour just in front of the 7/11 supermarket, it is very convenient to get to airport very cheap! Bus 8411.

Wir hatten zwei tolle Wochen in dieser Unterkunft !!! Man hat hier absolut Ruhe und kann sich super entspannen. Man kann sich jederzeit mit einem Grab oder Bolt Fahrer abholen lassen oder mietet sich einen Roller und ist flexibel. Bei Fragen oder Problemen wurde innerhalb von Minuten reagiert und es war sofort jemand vor Ort ! Wirklich toller und freundlicher Kontakt ! Bis nach Patong sind es mit dem Taxi ca 30 Minuten. Aber auch in kamala gibt es tolle Beach Clubs 10-20 Minuten entfernt. Wir können diese Unterkunft weiter empfehlen ☺️

Второй раз в этом кондо, все чисто и красиво. Отличный район.

Отличная уютная квартира, место очень тихое и вид из окна шикарный)) сама квартира достаточно простая, но больше ничего и не нужно) нам очень понравилось здесь, даже вернулась бы в этот же комплекс) есть небольшой бассейн с видом на море и город) единственный минус это то, что ко всем магазинам и кафе можно попасть только по трассе, по которой страшно ходить, в общем жилье для тех, у кого есть транспорт, но проблему решала доставка а на пляж мы ходили только в выходные. Об этом предупреждала хозяйка, но мы все равно готовы были выбрать этот вариант. Еще учитывайте, что в описании указана неправильная точка локации, по факту это апартаменты Kata ocean view. А они находятся гораздо дальше

Our stay here was great! In the evenings there was live music at the pool in the center of the courtyard, so we could sit on the balcony and enjoy. The pool and gym were great and the hours were the earliest we have seen. This location is a 10/10 we were able to walk straight out and been surrounded by amazing food options, massages and shopping. The beaches were not that long of a walk either. Paul was super responsive and the condo was one of our favorites. We would definitely stay here again!

Extremely happy for the place, location, restaurants, and the host. It is rare for a residence on a beachfront, it is very well located within Laguna area which has all the 5-star hotels around meaning you will never run out of restaurants from breakfast until dinner or if you wanna cook this place equipped with awesome kitchen appliances and ample space. The balcony with see through swimming pool blend in with the ocean is a great relaxing view from the living room. There is cleaner and pool maintenance every the other day which keep the room clean and tidy. Our overall experience has been great from the beginning until end of our trip. We already thinking to come back again already :)

这次住得很满意！位置特别好，周边有很多餐馆，吃饭超级方便，小区旁边就是 7-11，随时可以买东西。走路就能到海滩，早晚去散步很舒服。房间布置得很温馨，住起来很放松。楼顶的泳池也很漂亮，白天可以晒太阳，晚上还能吹吹风，总体体验很棒！下次来这边一定还会再住！

We would like to say a big thank you to Ramon. He and Mariz went beyond and provided us with everything we asked for. Our kids had a good time at the pool and we had a great time at the villa. The best was listening to the waves when going to sleep. We can recommend the place.

Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen und würde sie jederzeit wieder buchen. Ida ist sehr hilfsbereit und flexibel. Die Lage ist hervorragend – man kann alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen, und dennoch ist es abends angenehm ruhig. Der Strand ist nur 8 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, und in der Umgebung gibt es viele tolle Restaurants sowie weitere Annehmlichkeiten. Die Gastgeberin war jederzeit gut erreichbar und äußerst hilfsbereit bei Fragen oder Problemen. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

This is the place to go if you want to be moments from walking street Bangla Road, but be able to retreat to your sanctuary. A very well appointed apartment with great amenities. A bar, restaurant and rooftop pool upstairs which was fantastic.

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Joey war immer erreichbar und stets bereit uns zu helfen. Die Lage war top 5 min Zufuss zum Strand und in der Umgebung waren sehr gute Restaurants. Wir würden die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen und werden wieder hier kommen bei der nächsten Thailand Reise.
